The quality of their food leaves much to be desired. It seems as though there is no expectation of making the food the way it was intended to be. The fries are rarely packaged properly ( not enough fries in the package) or HOT! I have witnessed them making a lot of fries with no customers present then they stack them up just sitting there so when you order fries never hot because they've been sitting there. the french fries are made in the deep fry basket and they're also just sitting there waiting to be packaged before someone orders them. This place was quite shit, said they were busy when there wasnt a long line in the drive thru, although the staff was mostly nice, the food wasnt, the fries were decent but didnt get a big enough portion, as well as the sandwiches, the big mac my mom had gotten was terrible, she had said the sandwich had to much sauce on one side, and the rest of the burger was bland. The Quarter Pounder with Cheese on the other hand, had no lettuce, NO tomato, NO onions, No anything BUT cheese and Burger, ruining the taste, $12 by the way for that sandwich. Extremely disappointed in this particular location in Spencer due to the absolute miserable & very unprofessional treatment towards one of what was one of their best DoorDashers. The employee there, Avani, in particular, was the last straw. It's one thing to hate your job, but to complain about it in front of customers, not even be bothered to check to see that the correct order goes to be delivered to the correct customer, & spread lies about someone just because she was called out on her unprofessional behavior is just inexcusable. Everytime I order from this McDonalds something is wrong. Not only did my uber eats order take two whole hours to reach me. The sweet tea I received was just disgusting sugar water with ice (i could see the sweeter swirling around in it) There was also no straw. And the sauces I paid EXTRA for were nowhere to been seen. Not only that, the mc doubles I ordered looked like they'd been tossed around after they were put in the bag and were completely sideways. Last time it was the wrong burgers. Im extremely sick of the constant mistakes in my order. One time is alright, but every time i order from this location the issues are consistent. Its safe to say I will be going to dairy queen from now on. Update: Gave them a second chance and ordered on uber eats at 9:30. An hour and a half goes by. Uber eats says they're STILL prepping my order. I call and they tell me that theres no orders in their system. So at 11 at night I have to find somewhere else to order. I was trying to give this location a chance but it seems like every single person behind the counter no matter the time of day in completely incompetent. I'm absolutely tired of this location. I've never had any issues like this at ANY other Mc Donalds, and I refuse to accept short staffing or a busy restaurant as an excuse. Once again, I've ordered across all times of day, on different days of the week and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. My order is a mistake without fail. Horrible anytime from 7pm- 7am!!!! A friend of mine ordered a sandwich from there once, when they got home, and unwrapped it; the cheese was on top of the bun. On top of. So I stopped to grab supper for myself and my daughters on the way home from work, 2 ten piece nuggets, a #2 which is a dbl 1/4 pounder meal with a large shake, they were pleasant in drivethru, I was asked what type of sauce for nuggets, sweet and sour 4 please...they stuffed everything in 1 bag, even though i ordered a large beverage with my meal, apparently you still only get a med fry, there was no nugget sauce at all and my dbl 1/4 pounder was a single with bacon....time after time they screw up the order, my wife was there 2 weeks ago and got nuggets and they never gave sauce, she checked before she left and had to go back in. Obviously management doesn't stay on top of this stuff, I worked there 30yrs ago when I was a teen I have to say, it's not rocket science read more

I called McDonald's to book a party I was told I was going to have 2 hosts to help me out through the whole party but there was only 1 Girl and was told I was not to bring balloons because kids can choke but the hostess told me many people bring balloons I was annoyed by that so when I arrived to the party there was no hostess we had to go and get her she was pretty nice but as a hostess was not to good we had to go get her constantly when a hostess is suppose to stay at the party unless she is getting the food the space for a party room was pretty small everyone did not fit in There i though the room would be atleast be decorated but nothing at all atleast they should of said something to me I would of brought decorations the hostess never stayed to help out with the gifts the cake we had to pick up mostly everything because she was not there to clean up the party area I guess the best thing I like about this McDonald is that they remodeled it and it looks very big and nice area for the kids to play but I won't do parties here again read more

This McDonald's I went to in spencer Ma on august 31,2021 at 4:07 pm was the worse experience with a actual manager who was training a body in the drive thru window, and wearing her face mask in a epidemic below her nose to do no actual coverage handling others FOOD!! . Not only was She asked to add soda to the half filled cup I was handed by her worker at the window,, she instead added ice, I asked to not do that instead she snapped back with ''go to the spot to wait for your food'' .. if her attitude was better I would not of requested a refund, and again with her miserable attitude she again insisted I go wait in the space to be refunded. A order in excess of $50.needed my pin to pay and I told her I would need my pin to be refunded. She insisted I go wait in the waiting area while she had my card in her hand. I parked the car in the spot waited 2 minutes then went into the store. Hmm pin required!! Her attitude twords a person paying over $50. For food was Atrocious, but then again she must really love the job to not even smile, give a thank you, or even fill a cup with soda as a paying customer requested. Totally ignored my request, and did what she felt was the opposite of my asking POLITELY. Go there usually twice a week for a family of 7 when there's not time or patience to cook a meal. Ay least half of the time we have to make a return visit, due to either receive the wrong food or just completely missing items. Tonight was the last straw, we only had to get 4 meals, and all 4 were wrong. The chicken sandwich was made wrong, the kids meal for a girl had no dipping sauce and a toy for a boy, the bacon double cheeseburger was missing, and my Ranch wrap came crispy instead of grilled. We also received no straws and half of the drinks were half full cups with no ice. Coming from past experience, I was a restaurant manager at Wendy's, I used to run a restaurant on a main road in a city with half the staff they have, and virtually no mistakes. To top it all off when I went back tonight to talk to the manager, I explained to her my girlfriend can not have mayonnaise and needed honeymustard on her sandwich, she looked at me and said sarcastically "honey mustard really?" and then walked off before I could tell her the rest of the wrongs.
