Carla was working the drive thru during the 1AM rush (which I guess is a thing lol) she was kicking McButt with great service while taking orders. The crew seemed pretty short staffed but they were doing their hardest to keep things moving. The food was fresh (warm, crispy, salty fries at 1AM after working all day is a godsend). The McCrew here deserves all the praise they can get. There aren't many 24/7 places in the Valley and we are happy they are here. :) read more

never in my life have i left a review on any place until now. after ordering my breakfast sandwich for pick up before 10:30 and arriving to the pickup line before 10:30, only to have to wait until 10:33 where they told us we wouldnt be given our sandwhich because they "threw everything away". this is extremely poor hospitality and seems like they simply didnt want to make it. when we pulled up to the first speaker to let them know we were there, there was no issue with our order. im extremely disappointed that the employees didnt seem to give even the tinest crap about it. lost my business for life. read more

Food was alright but I was givin my receipt back from the driver window and not my card but didn't realize until later do to me being in a rush to make a kiddos birthday party and then called and they basically said when they had time they would look then after going to the restaurant then over an hour later they claimed they still didn't have time. Very inconvenient and I get they get busy but this was there fault for not giving it back with the receipt and I don't have time to be put on hold all day. Might be the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to, not worth 20 dollars for 2 breakfast items that wouldn't fill up a ten year old. They messed up not just ours but the two cars in front of ours orders too. They had customers paying for other customers orders just because they couldn't charge people properly. Not much to praise here. The Diet Coke tasted wrong, the MacDouble burgers were tasteless (other than the pickle), and the service was poor. The floor was filthy- sitting here I see a chicken nugget, fries, a dipping sauce lid, a plastic wrapper, and several straw rappers on the ground and the place is almost empty. RUDE GRUMPY EMPLOYEES!! I ordered a sandwich just before 11:30pm in the drive thru; about 30 minutes before closing time. There was several cars ahead of me so I expected a little bit of a wait. 10 minutes goes by and no cars have moved. By the time I got to the window it was well after 11:45! I was not offered an apology for the wait. Rochelle was at the window and was extremely frazzled and rude. She acted like everything was normal when I got to the window, and when I asked for my receipt she said the "transaction was already closed". She quickly gave me my food; did not say anything else and the drive thru door slammed shut before I could ask for more napkins. Perhaps there's an explanation for this, however, I will be very skeptical about returning to this location again!! read more

On July 7th, 2018 at 12:10 am PT, I ordered my food on the McDonald's iPhone app and then I subsequently drove down to the local restaurant on Argonne Road in Spokane, WA to pick up my order. The spaces where you pull up to curbside were filled with cars that were abandoned and I thought, "Well that's weird." So I checked in on the app and sure enough the app said "drive-through only", so I thought, Oh, OK, I'll just go to the drive-through." I pulled around the drive-through and the lady said, "May I help you?" "Yes, I have ordered my food on the app," I replied. She said, "OK, just so you know, we are currently accepting only cash payments." "Oh that's no problem, I ordered it on the app and I used Apple Pay to pay for the order." "Well sir, the order is not actually placed until you physically show up here to the restaurant and unfortunately were running our credit card receipts and cannot take payment unless it's in cash." "Well wouldn't it be nice if the app showed me that before I drove down here and I can't get my food because I don't have cash?" "We don't know what time we're going to run the processing, it's just sometime during the night and therefore the app wouldn't know to tell you that." "Uh huh. For the future, can you give me like a time window so that I know not to come down here unless I have cash?" "No sir, I can't tell you that, it's a different time every night and it's a different amount of time for each time." "OK just one more question, how many people have you had this exact conversation with?" She YELLED at me, "Sir that's not relevant!" So I said, "OK, so you have an attitude, that'll be in a letter. Thank you." ...and I drove away ANGRY! This is not the first time I have been a late night customer to McDonald's and had this "we can only take cash" thing happen to me. Me and my friend ordered 2 quarter pounders meals on June 13 around 10:00pm, the french fries where good same with the burger. However, when I took a bite out of the burger I noticed that the meat was undercooked and not customer worthy so to speak. This photo explains what I mean. Just went thru the drive thru- not only was he VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL,he yelled at me while in the drive thru, he changed the story twice in 5 minutes, cut me off in the middle of trying to explain my issue,(that has happened multiple times at this location) I was calmly trying to let him know how they found and fixed the error in the past and he proceeds to tell me, "Hey- I ain't tryna argue with you!!" EXCUSE ME???!! This is a MANAGER??! I've have worked in customer service for almost 20 years, NO CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TALKED TO OR TREATED WITH SUCH DISRESPECT, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS THAT EVER APPROPRIATE!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!! We got an iced moch coffee on Sunday, April 1. It was terrible. Took 15 minutes of waiting in the drive through. I know you think I am kidding but I am not. My husbands wanted me to drive out of the line. The coffee was not stirred so the first sip through the straw was all hot expresso. The ice was not mixed in with a blender so it was just cubes. First this review is after 2 weeks of dealing with this issue 2 times a day during 2 separate shifts every single day. I'm staying in a hotel because of a family emergency. I go to this McDonald's 2 times a day for coffee as i cannot stand Americano coffee offered at shops near by. I order my coffee the same way every time. Large black drip coffee iced no sugar. they read it back every time correctly. I drive up and its cream and sugar every single time. I point out that I stated Black no sugar and the staff rolls their eyes and tell me well we put cream and sugar in our iced coffees. I calmly explain my order again and they rudely tell me I didn't tell them. Even though the young lady who took the order corrects them. This is the only McDonald's I've had this much issue with. I can go to most others in Spokane and whitman county and never have so much trouble with them making my coffee. I thank them for being open during the current epidemic but how hard is it to poor coffee over ice. read more

Admittedly, I'm a crabby mom on the tail end of a road trip, but this McDonalds certainly knows how to make things worse. I sent my husband out with a specific order to bring back to the hotel. He said he pretty much read what I had written, so I know that the error lies with the restaurant. Somehow, this place was able to get EVERY SINGLE ORDER WRONG! The kids' happy meals were not at all what we ordered and my salad was even missing the chicken. Since it was take out, we didn't notice this until he was back at the hotel. As it was evening and we had two small kids with us, just going back to the restaurant seemed like far more trouble than writing a bad yelp review. So, yeah, mixed up orders...not a big deal. But ALL of our orders mixed up and dealing with tired and crabby kids (and parents) in a hotel just makes things that much worse. A restaurant will never know the mood (or yelp-using-status) of their customers, so they really need to train their employees to give at the very least decent service. read more

It was a cold rainy day outside - 40 degrees. The McDonald's play area was only 53 degrees. I asked twice if they could please turn up the heat. The third time I asked, they told me that no one had a way of controling the heat in the play area as the general manager was the only one with a key and they were not there. It was miserable and people were leaving because it was so cold. Not a fun playplace for the winter time!!! read more
