The food ALWAYS seems kinda cold. Never taste or seems fresh. The breakfast sandwich I use to love came back. And every time I order it, the bagel is tough, there's hardly any sauce on it and the steak itself is ssooo bland. And the fact that it is ready and prepared before i can get my debit card back in my wallet, tells me its not fresh. Why bring something back if it's not going to be the same? Defeats the purpose to me. Nothing about it is anything like the original. SUCKS. read more

When placing your order, make sure they don't forget about you if you have to wait in the drive-through waiting area for your food to come be delivered to you. It took us 15 minutes. read more

Went there again tonight just about every time I go through the drive-through at this particular McDonald's I have to park the car and go inside because they give me only half the fries. I should get when I order a large tonight was no exception also the double cheeseburgers we got were terrible. I normally don't write bad reviews, but this McDonald's really has gone downhill if I give them another chance I hope they improve. read more

I've never been treated so poorly in my life by a fast food worker. I ordered by app showed up to get my order and drive thru was down. I went inside to grab my order and the "manager" told me I was not able to get my order and to cancel then re order with her. The app would not allow me to cancel because it said order was being prepared. I showed her and she said there was nothing she could do and I'd have to either leave or re order and wait for a refund from the app. I had to re order my food and paid twice. Hopefully I'll magically get a refund in the next few days!!! read more

We wait all year for the McRib Sandwich and we had to have one before the year ended. This beautiful sandwich seduces us with her sweet yet tangy BBQ sauce, lightly slathered on a piece of grilled pork, with a light feathery bed of white onions, 2 pickles, and encased in a fluffy breading, is what we have been dreaming about all year long!! Yes it's a sticky delicious mess, but it was worth the wait. They made this baby fresh when we ordered and I'm not embarrassed to say but it was so good that yes I had to give the McRib box a couple of licks!! Along with awesome service at the drive thru, this was a wonderful way to end a not so great year!! read more

I have had to stop using this location due to multiple order mishaps such as missing items & undercooked burgers (still pink inside) when ordering double quarter pounder with no onions. The manager is more than happy to call & apologize but that's all. They still have my money & I'm out my item or can't consume it. No more, I will eat elsewhere. read more

I eat here regularly and the food is good. But you should have a breakfast menu listed at your drive thru during breakfast hours since i dont think they can hear in the drive through very well. Today i ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and i got only a sausage McMuffin no egg. This is the second time this has happened to me..and since I was already a distance away..i couldn't go back and get it fixed. If you had a menu out there we could order by number. read more

We went through the drive threw on our bikes and waited our turn but once we got to the window after waiting for 10 minutes they kicked us off so we had to go inside and wait again. When we got our food they forgot sauces so we asked for sauces and then when we went home the kids where disappointed because they forgot the chocolate milk in our happy meal and they got both of our burgers wrong. Got 3 quarter pounder meals, all three burgers were raw, they offered replacement meals, picked them up yesterday and guess what, they were raw also. My wife even went in and spoke to the manager when she picked up the 3 meals, who assured us that everything was fine. Cant risk the Kiddo's getting sick so no more mickey d's for this clan. First off, Brennick Vitale is one of the most caring and kind employees; who's the most polite and consistent employees at this location with exceptional customer service skills, in fact, providing the best customer service I've ever experienced at ANY McDonald's. The other employees who were working today at 2:45Pm (12/13/2017) were also working very hard, and were extremely polite, and were also exceptional. I placed an online order, everything was hot and fresh, and FAST; as for me, I do prefer quality and freshness over the speed of my food being made. The staff was ON POINT, sacrificing neither quality nor speed, for customer satisfaction. It's always a great experience visiting this McDonald's location and I'm fortunate to know that the staff really does care about their customers. Brennick ran my food out to me (curbside) and was more than polite. THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE AND PROMOTION (to say the least)!!! Thank you McDonald's Indian Trail! And thank you Brennick! read more

My husband and I live on indian trail and we came through on our motorcycle which has two large side bags, we were wanting to grab some chicken nuggets and fries for our daughter on our way home. We pulled up to the drive thru and the man said they couldn't serve us because we weren't in a fu size vehicle. We will be rethinking this as a spot to stop in the future. Our motorcycle was more than equipped to carry food safely. read more

Never have I ever gone into a single place, where the employees seem so miserable. The general manager Jennifer Bluhm is single handedly the worse person to run any establishment. I work close by in the area, so I go here often for lunch, and I have caught, on multiple occasions, the GM treating the workers here very poorly and belittling them and have heard, from the lobby, her yelling and cursing at workers in the store. I have even mentioned before to a worker that their manager didn't seem very unpleasant, and the worker told me that she is very rude to them, and the other workers for no reason and belittles them. I do not support this and I think that the owners should consider getting a new GM, as this is harassment and unfair treatment and could lead to a lawsuit. read more
