Great service. I usually come inside as drive through is terrible sometimes because of how many people are in the line. The bathrooms are always super clean The restaurant is very clean. All the food is fresh and very hot. My order is always made correctly. I also love that I can ask for french fries with no salt and they will make them just for me. Satisfactory. I don't usually eat at Cane's so my expectation is pretty low. Supply the right order and give me a clean place to eat. That's all I ask. Friendly service is a bonus. Cane's sauce is the bomb! I almost always get the three finger combo, with an extra Cane's sauce to dip my fries in. Today, I tried the sandwich combo. Three fingers with Cane's sauce, The staff is typically pleasant, though the wait for your order is sometimes lengthy. Today, it took almost 10 full minutes. I inquired about my order and the manager apologized; the kitchen lost my ticket. She offered a refund, but I opted for a gift card instead! (Mom loves Cane's.) There isn't much to dampen the noise in the dining room, and when you add in the music, it can be pretty loud when it's busy. But that sauce makes it all worth it. :) read more

First time customer and I pulled into the drive-through. Looks like they have meal kits and catering sized trays. I'm feeding a few of us and so I order the 25 pack. I try to pick up my food at the second window and they hand me a soft drink, which isn't mine. I let them know what my order was, refused the drink, and they asked me to pull ahead, park, and wait for somebody to bring my order out to the car. Well, I waited between 15 and 20 minutes and decided they had plenty of time to make my order. I went inside and showed my receipt to the employee at the front counter. She looked at the bag and based on the way she acted, it clearly had been sitting up front for a while. I could tell based on the way she looked at the bag and contents multiple times. She then turned around and handed me the bag and said she was sorry I had to come in for the order. I left and went home, only to open up a cold meal, costing almost $35. Placed an online tailgate order to be picked up at 3 a day in advance. Showed up at 3:02 and it was clear that they had forgot to make the order. I could hear the employees talking to each other about who's fault it was. Didn't get the food until 3:22 which already made us late for the event we were supposed to be hosting. After getting the food at 3:22 I told them that I had also ordered a jug of lemonade and tea. They didn't have these ready and told me it would be just a few minutes. Quick service from the drive through. Pulled off the interstate after a long day driving. The menu is very simple, and the service is fast. Chicken and the dipping sauce were tasy and a good value for the meal. Slaw was warm and not very tasty. Krinkle cut fries were undercooked and mushhy. I mean, the chicken is pretty good, but I just don't get how people are so in love with it. They have built a lot of these restaurants in the STL area over the last few years so obviously they are doing well. I just don't like it that much. IMHO the best thing going for them is the Cane's sauce. That is good stuff. My fries were soggy. The chicken seems bland to me, but again a lot of people really like it. I have been going to this location already for a year, and even with the pandemic I have never received an incorrect order, nor bad service from the mostly young and college kids who work at this location, as many are critical on this topic of reading reviews below. Actually they are very friendly and helpful. Place is clean and tidy. I like the fingers, but I do agree the fries are massively lackluster, and are always soggy when I get home....that always happens when you use styrofoam with fried food, as the condensation gets the better of the food. So, Raising Canes chicken fingers just opened on 1st Capitol. I'd tried them before at Chesterfield Mall, but figured I'd give them a second chance. No fish. No legs, thighs or breasts. Chicken fingers is all they serve, bare or as a sandwich. Fries are the only side. Same result as the Chesterfield location. Tender, juicy chicken with a light and crispy crust. Just about perfect you'd think. EXCEPT that perfectly cooked crust is totally unseasoned. That's right, the wonderful flavor of plain fried flour shines through. I love fried chicken, but it HAS to have at least some salt and pepper to keep it from being bland. A touch of garlic and even some cayenne are also welcome. Both the chicken AND the crust need to be seasoned or it won't matter how perfect your cooking technique is. For me, you might get me to come back if you had a sauce I liked that could cover up the serious flaws in the chicken's flavor. Unfortunately, Raising Canes only has their Cane's sauce, what appears to be a horseradish based dipping sauce. It helps, but it's not close to being something I'd choose if there were other options available, like ranch, barbecue, or honey mustard for those who like it. So much promise here, wasted for lack of a few grains of spice. Many will like them. I've received plenty of rave reviews of places that ended up serving the most bland and unremarkable food, so clearly there's a market for it. With all they do right with their chicken, Raising Canes should do well and I wish them luck. I just won't be helping to make them a success. read more

What's the reason you guys aren't putting a gratuity option for carry outs for your employees? You guys are depriving them of huge amounts of income that they rightfully deserve for working Frontline during the pandemic. Please add a gratuity line for us to add money on our debit cards when we pay for carry-outs and drive through orders and suggest tips of 18%, 20% and 25%. This can double your staff's employees without costing the company a penny. Be considerate. They are doing all the work for you. read more

This place serves chicken tenders, slaw, fries and toast. That's their thing. Don't listen to the guy complaining they don't have fish. That's like saying you couldn't get a hamburger at Taco Bell. Dumb. The "Canes sauce" is unique, pretty peppery and gives a seasony taste. It's quite strong, but you can apply as much or little as you want. The guy complaining about seasoning... The food is still quality and the staff is friendly, but the product I get just hasn't been consistent. My first couple visit right after grand opening I got these nice generous sized chicken pieces. The last couple time I upgraded from the box combo to the caniac combo... But it's like my 6 piece tender meal was smaller than the 4 piece box... I'm going in today again to see what happens. This places main menu item is Chicken Fingers so you would think they are the best. But they are not. We are visiting from Tampa, Florida and heard good things about this place. We have better chicken fingers in Tampa at PDQ!! Also the dipping sauce was tasteless and should have more sauce options like honey mustard. I've ate at this Raising Cane's a few times and had a great experience each time. I really like there fingers and sauce. It's always hot and good when I order. The service has been good and inside is clean. I don't think you should be charged for extra sauce, but I see how some people take advantage of restaurants with taking too many packets and wasting it. I think they could put some squeeze bottles on tables inside though. Not much more you can ask for. read more
