We have ordered here on two separate occasions now, months apart. It's been between the hours of 9 & 10pm. I know they close at 11 but ordering at 10:10pm and picking up at 10:25 shouldn't call for stale, cold fries, and a cold sandwich. The fries didn't have single crunch. Make another batch. Also I asked for a plain sandwich and it came loaded. I guess on the plus side the chicken nuggets were hot and good this time. & honestly, I don't think I would be as pissed because it's fast food BUT the workers are far from customer friendly. Rude, short and snippy teens. It's not our fault your scheduled the night shift @ mcds. & they have been the same on both visits. Likely same guy. Y'all should send a secret shopper in there! The staff are always friendly and help if there is anything wrong with your order. You can eat your food in peace in the lobby. The food normally comes out correct, though they do have the occasion hiccup. The inside is nice, clean and feels welcoming. read more

We stopped for a quick supper; we had difficulty using the kiosk to order our food. We asked for help which we did not get! Finally figured out how to order our food and pay for it! We were assured that our order would be brought to our table....waited 25 minutes and no food ! Finally I went up to the counter and through a hissy fit as to why we did not have our food! They finally started our order and claimed that they were short staffed ( mind you I observed 5 people wandering around in the food prep area ! This is the poorest service I have ever experienced at McDonalds!! read more

I don't care for this McDonald's location unfortunately. It used to be okay and decent but now the food is either missing, messed up , or in a few times I've went there, the crispy chicken sandwich meat wasn't fully cooked. The drive thru is always so pushy and you feel like you dont have time to look at the menu, let alone think about what sounds good or see even see whats new .I missed the way McDonald's used to be back in the 90's. Quality was amazing, prices were awesome and speed was good and together both were equal so you got good quat food ad a reasonable speed but Its seems that over time, unfortunately McDonald's has sacrificed its quality for speed and now speed has taken the lead over quality which in my opinion it really isn't worth it anymore. I know they think speed is everything but Im telling you ,its really not if you can't keep the quality up. I don't want to down the place completely. There are times that the food is okay or mediocre. I will say the cookies are amazing though. In fact I think the only that ever sounds good from this location is the MC nuggets and cookies. If your in a hurry and just need something quick and don't care really about the quality or order possibly being messed up or undercooked or you want good cookie then this is a good location to stop. Food is always wrong or missing. Customer service is a joke. Staff have no problem making you feel its your fault for a mistake on there end. Curbside pick up at thus location get rang out before you can check in for orders and then argue about how long you had to wait for an order. Honestly cam believe they have stayed open this long. I'd recommend going to the one in Thorp or just to go to A&W. read more

Just your average McDonald's. The food is was great! Just the fries were a little bit too salty.

This McDonald's was really annoying and loud. Some where in there was a person coughing their lungs off and all the workers responded by laughing. To top that off there was a lady who was on the phone talking about their trip to cali and having their car for 5 years then rolled it. I'm sorry that happened but Damn either talk quieter or finish eating and talk somewhere else. Oh plus there was a guy just right outside the window just staring at us. Although there are variations from one to another(I eat on the road multiple times a week) I'm finding that McDonalds are all gravitating to well below par, even given price, speed and convenience. Today I ordered a #1...Big Mac meal. It came to 6.85. It was 1:15, and not very busy inside or drive through. It took 8 minutes one my order was placed, and what I got I found unappetizing because it was messy, looked like it had been just thrown together. Now, should this be an order outside the scope of McDonalds business, I could understand the wait. But, this their hallmark sandwich. No words here other than sub par, even for fast food. Unacceptable. The fries...well I personally need to give this menu item anyway, but the small serving and broken appearance would be what I would expect if these were swept from the floor below the deep frier. The only item done right was the soda...which was actually pretty good. Here is my lesson, and early New Year's resolution: Find locally owned places whenever I can...make it fun to explore. I know that for +- a dollar, I can find much better and with a better environment. When I can't find local, I am going to premake or find snacks to take with me between locations. I can pack a load of good food for $7.00, and not wait for it. Sorry for the rant, but this was my experience today and has been increasing in frequency the last couple of years, and no amount of feedback to 'mcdvoice' is going to make a bit of difference. Hahahaha! What a joke Mickey D's. If you're going East, keep driving until you hit Thorp and eat at the McDonalds there. Terrible customer service, had to repeat my order 4 times before they got it right, and was just all around rude. The food was a mess and we had to sit at a table that hadn't been cleaned in how long. The soda fountains had an army of fruit flies flying around. Yeah, an army. The bathrooms, at least the men's room, were disgusting. Just...don't bother stopping here. read more

Absolutely horrible. Went at 2:30 in the afternoon, took over 10 minutes to get our food. One sandwich was wrong and after handling it to determine this we took it back to the counter to get the right sandwich. The manager took that sandwich we had already handled and served it to another guest! Disgusting! It then took another 5 minutes to get the right sandwich! Avoid this place like the plague!!! read more

Too dirty, too cramped, too crowded. Poor customer service. They charge a 5 cent "drink up charge" on value meals beyond the listed price. When my wife went to the counter to ask for salt & pepper she was asked for the order #. Apparently they must have a problem with non-customers asking for salt & pepper... Also, during our visit several of the drink selections were empty & dispensing only water. read more
