I got two kids ice cream cones and asked that the cones be put into a cup.. I then had to repeat the order three times.. the girl at the window handing it to me was super rude and when I asked her for some sauce she yelled at me through the window as I was giving my kids their ice cream to get me to take the sauce ... Mind you I turned around for three seconds to hand the kid the ice cream.. Learn how to repeat your order 5 times because they will get it wrong and you will have to tell them multiple times. We tried to fix our order at the speaker when ordering. they deleted what we wanted, we then get the the pay window, explain what we want again, they still mess it up putting our drink on a meal without asking us what the meal would want to come with to drink. We approach the window for our food, they don't give us the other drink so we say we had been trying to get it on our order now at the first window and the speaker. They made us pay for it immediately:-) we asked, not exaggerating, 3-4 times and finally the person at the last window did it but still made us pay. Usually love this McDonald's they have the best fries but lately they've been messing up orders. Went with my husband and he ordered the new bacon McDouble with no onions. And instead there was no bacon which we paid extra for, oh and there was one measly shred of lettuce on the sandwich. I stop at this MCD on the way to work some mornings. I generally use the drive thru with no issues. This morning the line was long so I went inside. They were not busy inside but there seemed to be only one person working. I stood at the register for more than 5 minutes and nobody even acknowledged me. I understand being understaffed but there is no excuse for rudeness. The lady made eye contact but completely ignored me and the 3 other people now in line. Giving them 2 stars cause every once in a while it's actually half way decent. Super hit or miss. One of two places with a drive thru on my route to work. Other jack in the box (which I'm just not a fan of.) associates here lack training and probably why they are always hiring and it's a different crew every time I'm here. Always have to wait for my food to be "made" and asked to pull up front on a consistent basis. Which usually comes out cold, and is mind boggling as to why since they were "making" it. Today they asked all 5 cars in the drive thru to pull up front causing a jam. Person in front of me, myself and the 3 behind me. Kid cane out with everyone's orders at once and struggled to distribute the orders. Train your associates, your turn over will go down. read more

absolutely disgusted. never again will I go to this place. ordered two vanilla shakes. Two VANILLA shakes. The first one that was handed to us looked perfectly fine, the second one had some type of pink stuff at the bottom of the cup which looked like it could have been a strawberry syrup. I then asked what it was and the employee smirked and said "It's probably the vanilla flavoring " so I stared at her for a minute waiting for her to take it back and make a new one. She didn't do so, I was so dumbfounded I just drove around to get another one in case she decided to spit in my drink. When we got the remake it still tasted like strawberry. The employees were so rude! It was my graduation night and me and my family wanted to stop for food! We decided we all wanted ice cream. So we stopped at the drive thru to order food at around 10pm. The employee who was taking our order (may have been the manager) was talking very fast, and every time my dad ordered something, the employee would sharply say "is that it?". Then, we pulled past the pay window because there was no one there, and being so late, we thought maybe we had to pay at the front window. When we got to the front window, the employee rudely said "cash or card". My dad wanted to know how much our order was, but the employee said "I don't know. You passed the pay window" and then demanded again "cash or card". Finally, my dad decided to pay with a card, and when the employee missed getting the card out of my dads hand, the employee rudely said "really?". Another employee came up to give us our food, and she rudely said "here you go" and walked away. There was no "thank you" or "have a good night". There was no pleasantness to this visit AT ALL! We will never return to that McDonalds again. I hope this crew gets a better attitude, otherwise I can see this McDonalds location failing! read more

Worst McDonald's ever! Seriously the employees are some of the most Incompetent, inconsiderate, and rude employees ever! Its been awful the last three times I've gone but today was the worst! The person at the drive through did not listen to what I was ordering and literally asked what do you y want to drink right after I said, XS Powerade twice! Then when I went to give the lady my card and a coupon from my phone she scanned it in and then walked away WITH my credit card HB her hand... I startEd getting suspicious of her stealing my card information... then a gentleman walked up and he was cussing and yelling and saying "shit" right in front of the window where I had a clear view... didn't seem to care one bit that I could be recording his behavior. Then to top things off the girl then decided to scan my credit card and didn't even put the coupon in. When I got to the second window I told the employee there and she just rolled her eyes and said, "they can't put the coupon in now" and I told her that she scanned it in but she seemed like it was nothing but an inconvenience. I told her I would call and speak to the manager and she just handed me my food and didn't even say thank you or anything; mind you the place was empty and there were no cars behind me. This is literally the worst example of a McDonalds, they have 14 people behind the counter all mashed together and not one of them is competent enough to get this simplest order correctly. My boyfriend and I went to McDonald's tonight (07/29/2020) and were baffled. Not only did we have to repeat our simple order 4 times while ordering but had to repeat it at the window AND STILL did not get the order correct. We asked the young lady working the second window around 6:20pm if we could add the item we were still missing, onto the order. She proceeded to tell us to wait out front and she would bring it out but when she thought we had already drove off, and hadn't, she rolled her eyes and scoffed at us. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, I was shocked because my job would never let me get away with treating a customer so poorly. We then waited in the parking lot for 13 minutes for our food and it never came out. All it was, was a burger. 13 minutes! This McDonalds location has terrible service. It is Sunday October 13 2019 8:55pm. I didn't get the crew members name but they have the worst customer service. Only one of the young men were nice. I pull up to the drive through and the person handling orders with a tablet is socializing with people I'm assuming he is friends with, for a good 5 minutes. So I go into the restaurant. And I notice that one of the young lady's is being so rude to one of the customers. Takes too long , I ordered 1 LARGE SWEET TEA and 2 APPLE PIES for my 58 year old father who had work and was running late i was hoping to just be in and out and they had pie boxes out on display buh no pies? Tried to get a glass of tea...but they gave me the wrong thing. So I went inside, told the manager I was just going to switch out the tea. But there wasn't any tea at the beverage station, so I asked the manager to correct my drink. She passed it off to a co-worker. This employee was goofing around comparing correct glass of tea to an empty cup instead of just handing over the tea to the customer. Really? Can I just get my tea? I don't really see why they changed there menus, because they suck, you BASICALLY have a revolving menu. AND ANY KIND OF SPECIALS ARE NO WHERE TO BE SEEN you have to sit and wait for the item to pop up and by the time you realize it's what you want it's gone. WHOSE genius idea was it to have this type of menus. I went in for the mcpick 2 and it is no where to be found,,so basically I spent $20 instead of the $5 they offered but no where on menu or postering store...this was my last visit to this particular McDonald's, they seem to leave the sandwich's that you build left on the board the longest and of course they are most expensive.
