Was very impressed with the customer service in the employees at work that everyone was fast friendly and efficient. However was not impressed with the customers that came in after me who had no mask no gloves stupid right in front of the cashier at didn't respect the social distancing guidelines Etc. I went out and she had my meal with my husband because it was a treat for me the iced coffee was very water even though the girl had gone back and redone it three times it still wasn't strong enough coffee. Hi. This is specifically about the seekonk location but it just happened in Swansea tonight. I'm sorry but honestly, I'm tired of calling to complain. I go there several times a week. Order the same thing. A mcdouble happy meal with extra cheese and two fries... EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. that i go there, i get one yellow American slice and one white slice. And NEVER get the second fry (or a second side at all). This may sound trivial, but it happens every time. I'm honestly tired of it. It's the same staff. Overnight. Same girl. Every time. I complain. They do it again. I honestly feel like I'm singled out and it's done purposefully. I don't want to walk in the place and scream at your associates, but I'm close to doing so. I work in food. I know it can happen from time to time. But it is the SAME mistakes. Each time i go. I'm fed up. The are zero excuses for this and the staff needs to be managed properly. I have been to this McDonalds multiple times and EVERY time they either mess up my order or just completely miss items. I use the app 99% of the time so there's literally no room for errors when everything is perfectly listed in front of you. Went into restaurant on a Sunday night (7:45pm). The place was filthy. Sticky greasy floors, crushed fries all over the floor, customer receipts stuck to floor. There were two customers waiting to order ahead of me at the counter. However nobody seemed to be working the counter. After standing there for 5 minutes I asked the man first in line if he'd ordered yet, he said he'd been there close to 10 minutes without an employee acknowledging him. I asked the blonde haired girl working the drive up window (she seemed to be working extremely hard) if anyone was working the counter and she responded "yes but I don't know where she is". Nobody was informed customers were impatiently waiting at the counter. 5 minutes later (I'd now been there 10 minutes) another young girl (black hair ponytail) slowly walks over with an a nonchalant attitude and took our orders finally. She then proceeds to vanish again, leaving her blonde haired co worker alone to man the window/ drop fries/ make drinks/ bag food (that girl needs a raise). I saw no manager in site. The two young men working the food line were in fact moving at a fast pace, the food was piling up under the heat lamps, however nobody thought to lend the young girl working the window a hand. My food was under the heat lamp for 10 minutes before it was bagged. It was 25 minutes from when I entered the restaurant until I received my food. That's the last time I visit this McDonalds location. read more

Yesterday people were lined up out the door and a guy told me to turn around. He had asked for his money back after waiting an hour. We moved to Swansea 4 yrs ago and we used to go to Dunkin Donuts for coffee and breakfast sandwiches but we tried McDonald's here and we love the coffee and the employees, although they have changed in the last 4 years, have always been great. We never get the wrong order and the one time I did later at night they fixed it right away with an apology. This McDonald's spoils us for other ones because we expect the same cleanliness and great service and don't always get that elsewhere. read more

I went to the drive through with my young toddler, ordered a meal for myself & a happy meal, paid & then was directed to park on the right hand side of the lot & my food would be brought out. I'm waiting, & waiting, & waiting, finally I glanced at the time stamp on my receipt & see that 10 minutes has gone by. In the meantime my child is crying bc she's hungry & bored. I let a few more minutes go by & I finally get my kid out of the car seat & go into the store, knowing they had completely forgotten about me. I go to the pickup area & let them know I've been sitting outside for 15 minutes. They apologize & ask what I ordered. I told them. So I get my bag with the quarter pounder & medium fry. That's all good. I check the happy meal bag & it's missing the apple slices but has a small fry in it instead of a kids fry. So the lady who I asked politely for apple slices puts them in the box, takes out the small fry & throws it away! Puts fries in the kids fry box & tosses that in instead (fries everywhere), in the meantime, touching all the food in the process, which is gross during cold & flu season. So because she made a mistake, she throws an entire fry away, like really? Who wastes food like that, granted it was larger than what I ordered (But I did hear the supervisor/manager on duty tell her to put a small fry in there for the inconvenience, so not sure why she felt the need to toss it). To throw it away is ridiculous (& a huge waste), she did it with an attitude too, all I heard anyone say was "oh I don't know how that happened". So in summary, I wasted 20 minutes at this store today, to be given an attitude when I let them know that they completely forgot about me, forcing me to go inside with my poor cranky, hungry baby. What kind of customer service is that? The level of incompetency is astounding. I am completely disgusted with this McDonalds today. If I could give them negative stars I would. They have been going downhill over the past few years, but today hit an all time low. Since it is New Years Day, they posted an opening of 9AM on the front door. I arrived at 8AM along with many other patrons who waited in the drive thru. There were no signs or anything to tell us they weren't open yet. After waiting, each of us left (as more people pulled in.) I ran my errands and went back at 9AM, this time going to the front door. The door was locked and a girl inside said they weren't open yet. I looked at the sign and my phone and confirmed it was 9AM. I told her it was 9 and she made a go away motion with her hand. I knocked on the window harder to get the attention of the manager, D**e, since I saw him at the grill. He looked over his shoulder and continued to ignore me. I knocked harder and said to the girl, "Get D**e." She stuck her middle finger up at me and walked to the back. This Is completely UNACCEPTABLE!! How dare the manager ignore a customer and allow his employees to act so unprofessionally!! Modern decor; supeer nice staff; best burger i ever had (angus delux), even outside of quick service establishments; fast service; attention to detail with everything going on in this very busy restaurant.
