I ordered a pear drink which was DELICIOUS, and we got several apps to pick on. We also decided on a Mac pizza, which was not my favorite. It had pizza sauce under the toppings which made it a little too busy. Service was excellent! Imagine our delight when we saw the 1/2 price app signage! Went to Mack's Original Pizza & Pub and got the Mack's Original Burger and the chicken tenders. The burger was really good. Cooked right, bacon was crispy, and everything tasted fresh. The bun held up (which I appreciate), and the fries were hot and crispy with a solid portion. The chicken tenders were probably my favorite part. Super crispy on the outside and actually juicy inside -- not dry at all. The sauces were good and they give you plenty of food. Overall just a solid, no-frills pub meal. I ordered a couple of pizzas, fries, and wings for take out. The wings were good. The pizzas were so burnt on the bottom that they weren't edible. I understand mistakes happen, but when I sent them a message via their website about it they did not reply, it's been over a week now. The inside of the restaurant is pretty cool. read more

Firstly, they have a ramp and their own parking lot. Seating is mostly old school booths, but they have chairs too (size inclusive) Server was very nice, also told us about the daily specials they have, so we'll have to go back. You can tell when kitchen cares, I love my fried pickles, had them everywhere, these were spot on, cut perfectly, as well as seasoned and crispy!! I swore off seafood pizza yrs ago....the smell!! But the shrimp Alfredo pizza here, superb, wasn't a big soggy mess, crust held up, what a delight, fresh shrimp.....awesome!! The staff (Lena) was very helpful and personable. After revisiting this place 12 months after trying it for the first time I decided to bump it up a star to 5 stars. The food is better than I remember with many options depending on your taste or mood. If the service is always personable & helpful & the inside is a fun nostalgic twist & festive during Christmas. The bar is surprisingly big for the space it's in but it bodes well for people coming in for a quick meal & a drink. There is also a drive through pizza window that I most certainly want to try. I liked their online ordering system through their website. I just wish they had included photos of their food. Sometimes a good photo is more appealing than just verbal descriptions. I liked that you could pick what time the order will be ready and they were quick and on time. The food came out good. A little pricey but what isn't pricey these days. Had the garlic Parmesan chicken tenders. Also, the eggplant stack was so good - I cleaned that plate as well! The service was great & friendly. Even when it got busy & all tables were full, the staff kept up with the crowd. Love the ambiance of the '50s/'60s style diner. Having the old fashioned napkin dispenser on the table relieved us from having to ask for extra napkins, as always in other restaurants. Can't wait to try the pizza. Creative selections on the menu! This is the second time that we have been to Mack's and both times the service was so terrible this time we left because the two waitresses and the bartender were socializing, and there were no other people in the restaurant and we weren't serve served water or even given menus after 15 minutes we decided to leave. The last time we were here the same thing almost no one in the restaurant and the worst service I've ever had. If you can spend six hours waiting for service maybe you will like it here. The ambience is exactly what it was when it was Casey's because they haven't changed a thing. It's the same loud hard to hear other people unpleasant atmosphere. read more

This is the 3rd time we'be come in here particularly because the service is always top notch, the staff is always attentive to your needs and it's a convenient location for us to meet friends (as we did tonight). For the uninformed, this used to be KCs Burger Bar and was renamed after Covid. Same owners and they have a sister location in North Attleboro on Route 1 that also never disappoints. Tonight the ladies each had the short rib grilled cheese which looked and tasted great. I opted for a small Big Bad Wolf sans the Sausage. Being a Pizza Snob I took issue with the pizza because the bottom was not cooked enough and thus was very floppy. Additionally while I loved the very thin pepperoni slices, their diameter (3" round) made for a messy bite since the pepperoni would encompass everything else and pull the cheese off with it. I suppose this might not be the case with a Large pizza but with the small it was a mild annoyance. Nonetheless apart from those two small gripes, the Pizza itself was in fact quite flavorful and the bacon was fresh chopped. I think it's safe to say Mack's is definitely securing a spot on my 'favored nation' go to eateries. Now if they would just get some Devil's Purse Kolsch on tap! read more

I really appreciate a great burger, especially with mushrooms and cheese on it etc but I am specifically leaving a 5 star comment on my burger because the flavour of the beef was excellent. Truffle fries were really great as well. My husband had The Great Debate pizza, has chicken, bacon, bbq sauce and pineapple on it. Service was great, very friendly and kind people work there who seem to be like a family. The ambience is really sweet, a perfect family place, but also sort of like a pub as well so you could go and have a bite at the bar area and watch the football game as well. I would not even give this place a one star review! Service is aweful, waited over a half hour for two cheeseburgers and fries. When the food was ready it sat on line while the waitress tended to the bar. When speaking with the manager on the phone she claimed that the place was busy, not so plus there were two cooks in the kitchen. Will NEVER go back. Save your money. read more

Went here on a Friday night thinking it would be busy and it wasn't! We were able to get a table right away! The decor was updated and had a nice feel when you walked in. For my dinner I split buffalo tenders and had half of a Cesar salad. I consider myself a buffalo wing connoisseur and love to try these at different places. These definitely have potential. They were really over cooked and didn't have enough buffalo sauce on them, but the chicken was nice and tender. The people I was with had been here before and said they were cooked perfectly and had a decent amount of sauce when they went. That gives me reassurance that they might be really good next time. The sauce that was on there was really good, so I am willing to go back and give that another try. The salad was pretty good, had a little too much dressing the leaves became soggy quick. I usually like a lot of dressing, but even this was too much for me. I'd ask for it on the side next time. The others at my table split a bbq chicken pizza and liked it much better than the pizza they had the time before saying it was too soft then, much crispier this time around. It seems like this place has a lot of potential, but that some of their dishes may be inconsistent. read more

I'll start off by saying that it was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon and they appeared to be short staffed although I cannot be sure. We were seated quickly but took a while for the waitress to come to the table. Took about 25 mins for apps to come out, they were hot and tasted very good (fried pickles and pretzels), food came about another 20 mins later and you could definitely tell some of the food had been sitting for a while. The fries and onion rings were very cold, the quesadilla was slightly warm but the tortilla was burned, pizza was average. The brisket grilled cheese was delicious! Again because it was very busy, we did not see the waitress again to mention the cold food. Overall there is lots of potential and I can see why there are a lot of 5 star reviews, maybe the day we went was an off day. I would be willing to give Mack's another chance if ever in the area. read more
