Went to this place twice in the past week, I got done around 9:30 pm and went here after work drove up, and the women quickly told me she couldn't take my order. When I questioned it, she just repeated herself, " i told her that they are open till 11, so I was ordering. She took my order but was extremely rude the whole time. I refused to give me my receipt. This morning I went and I tried getting a breakfast burrito and a coffee was told that they didn't have either of those so I asked if I had to wait and was told they didn't have them at all. This happened before as well, not to mention it was 8 in the morning. I ordered from door dash. When my dasher arrived at 1:30am they were told to wait over an hour. He told them he would wait. They then in turn canceled my simple order of a big mac meal. Why have your doordash option on if you can't handle it? I've worked at McDonalds and know they are given 90 seconds to push an order out. Over an hour sounds like no one showed up to work, or the supervisor on is in inadequately running a shift. Either way corporate needs to take a look at this store. read more

It is currently almost 2 in the morning and my sports team was just turned away by this McDonald's, meaning the employee literally closed their drive through window in our faces when we are clearly desperate for some food. We have been traveling for almost 7 hours and we are very hungry. The disrespect and sheer lack of empathy for us not only as customers, but as human beings who are asking for help when we are in need is disgusting and needs to be addressed to the employees that are currently working. Quite frankly may be the worst McDonalds that I have been to, repeatedly. This place is a horrible spot to go to. Firstly, you drive up to the drive thru after waiting for a half hour to be greeted rudely with mumbling you can hardly understand. Then, proceeding ordering your food, you get greeted by a homeless person as you wait for another half hour until you even reach the window, in which the worker does not even know which order you have remotely. After receiving your food you then realize after reading the receipt that they got your order completely wrong, missing food as well as not even putting what you said on the order. At this point, you've waited so long you might as well take whatever they give you even though there is food missing and your order is incorrect. From rude employees to slow service and ignored phone calls (currently calling for the second time and the phone is just running) Today my kid sister went and got food for everyone and the ONLY thing I asked for was a damn M&M McFlurry. She got everything and got back to the house and realized they forgot to give her my McFlurry. She checked her receipt and sure enough she paid for it. Delivery drivers need to stay away from this restaurant after 10:00 p.m.. This is my 2nd time to this restaurant and they are not willing to accommodate delivery drivers as we have to go through the ridiculously long line at this restaurant drive thru to pick up our orders. At times when I have been there 4 to 5 other delivery drivers would leave which is a loss of our money because the restaurant will not give us the orders unless we go through drive-thru which is worse between a 1/2 an hour to a 40 minute wait. Shame on McDonald's for putting delivery drivers through this as we only make money when we deliver so I wonder what happens when we don't deliver the food. it sits there and angry customers want to know where their food is at. we lose money as delivery drivers and the restaurant loses money because the orders are not being picked up. I am an Uber Eats driver and i arrived at this location to pick up an order at 12:20am and i was informed by the employee at the drive threw that Uber "wasnt working" i had someone call and ask when it would be up again the manager stated the app wouldnt be available until the next day. My question is if the app doesnt work why still take orders from Uber Eats? Its a huge inconvience for me because this location is in my "Surge" area and every other Mcdonalds in the city accepts orders this late except this location? Seems to be a little odd...
