After a not good breakfast at the hotel, I placed my order for pickup and mentioned to a colleague that I would be stopping. He gave me his pickup code and at the drive through, I got his as well. My order was mostly correct - Egg McMuffin meal with a hash brown and a small coffee. They did not include the ketchup packets that I requested on my order and did not put cream in my coffee. Back then when I used to come here, the food was actually good. They put enough fries, the chicken nuggets were well made, and the service was amazing. But it got worse over time. One of the staff members was being awfully rude to us when all we wanted was help. And he kept giving annoyed looks. When he wasn't even doing his job right?? Definitely not the best mcdonalds but not the worst. As a disclaimer it is really close to me so I go here a fair amount, usually through the drive thru. For the food, it's standard mcdonalds fare. Usually not real issues with the quality besides maybe the fries being undersalted sometimes. The price is decent if you use the app for the deals. I find the pricing inconsistent however, with some meals being significantly cheaper than other locations while some being slightly more. The main complaint I have is that they are usually pretty slow for what I expect from a fast food place. It just seems like they aren't as efficient as they should be, with the second window often having to confirm what my order was and what all I had, when I feel like that should be readily available to them. They also seem to struggle whenever I go with someone else and we do multiple orders to pay separately. I've also had an issue where I placed an order that included 2 mcflurries only to be told at the second window that they were out of ice cream. They offered me apple fritters instead but I ended up only getting one. Other than being slow though I usually have had a good experience, and the staff is always friendly. I will keep coming here due to the convenient location and hope they figure out how to run more efficiently eventually. read more

The only reason I went here was because it was nearly midnight after I picked my fiancé up from the airport. Before heading home, we needed a bite to eat. We went through the drive-thru, which has two lanes and full, legible menus. A good start. The teller was friendly and quick to take our order. The next part was anything but quick. We waited for fifteen minutes for our order of just one bbq chicken sandwich meal to come out. The cashier gave us some advance notice that it might take a few minutes, as they had to fry up some new bacon. Fair enough. But then we waited for triple the amount of time it actually takes to cook bacon. When we finally got our food, it smelled really good and was nice and hot. When we got home, the food was still a decent temperature, but we discovered quickly that it was subpar. The fries weren't even salted. The chicken sandwich we ordered grilled was fried. At least that tasted decent, and they remembered not to add pickles. Next time it's midnight, I'll probably just find a Wawa. read more

I am not one to complain and I know people have bad days. But today I took my kids to McDonald's a treat they rarely get. I used the mobile order app and sat at a table, what helped greatly and I love this feature. However when the girl that brought the food came she didn't great us, say hi, or even look at us. First she brought the drinks and I said thank you because manners are important especially for my children to see how to treat others. She didn't say anything. Came back with the food, I said thank you again even more politely and I was responded with a "yes" and she walked away. Again I figured she is having a day I won't bother with this upsetting me. What kind of got to me was the fact we didn't get napkins or the condiments (to be fair I never get them at any location for some reason) that I actually placed on the mobile order. So I went to the counter, the napkins were empty and no one bothered to look at me or acknowledge I was there. Finally the same lady who brought my food came up and I asked politely for ketchup, ranch and napkins. She rolled her eyes like I was asking for too much of her, tried to look for a name tag and of course she didn't wear one for I'm sure obvious reasons. I said thank you have a wonderful day and nothing again. I get it, work in the food industry especially fast food isn't what everyone wants to do, but the least you can do if in the front of the restaurant is have employees that actually are polite with a smile on their face. At least the food was fresh and quick. If the manager or owner sees this please see who was scheduled to work the front on 8/20/2022 at 1:15pm and see if she is ok or needs coaching to on how to interact with customers. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! The employees are rude middle aged women who do not want to be here or have any decency to talk to the customer. They don't even get the order right. Both of my sandwiches were unwrapped in the bag and never got the ranch I asked for to coat these half assed sandwiches. Looked rather busy so I went inside to order a soda. There was a family at the Register ordering so I used one of the kiosk machines to place my order. Five minutes go by everyone's rushing around inside but no one is giving me my drink or even acknowledging that I'm there. I have nowhere to go so I just sit down and wait for someone to grab me a cup but 15 minutes later and I still have no soda. But I'm looking at it on the order screen so I know they have to see it. Typical wait time for others inside was easily 5-10 minutes. I know this seems silly and who in their right mind would wait 15 minutes without saying anything but a big part of my job is maintaining customer satisfaction so I like to see what happens when I'm out in the wild. If I can rate it a zero I WOULD GO LOWER! I went with a couple of pals and NOBODY I mean ABSOLUTELY NOBODY took orders inside. We waited for about 20 minutes and nothing. We attempted to call them over to take our order and other customers behind us and they just ignored us. We stepped slightly behind the counter and they out of nowhere notice our presence but when we were calling them over somehow they didn't notice us. Unfortunately my visit to this McDonald's wasn't the best to start the only positive thing about this visit was that my fries were nicely salted and they were hot now it goes downhill from there once I got home I decided to eat my Big Mac meal and when I open the box I see the wrong bun on my #1 meal (not the minor I didn't care too much about that) but when I bit into the burger the muddle section of the bun was hard as a rock not even edible I was hoping the 15 minute wait for one meal was going to be worth the wait but obviously not hopefully my review will be looked over and they will learn there lesson. read more

I don't see much point in leaving a review. Obviously they don't care with all the bad reviews on here they do nothing to remedy the complaints. Anyways my advice is to check and make sure all the items you order are in the bag before you leave the drive thru. Half the time it is missing items. I order the big breakfast, half the time it is missing the hash browns. Another time I get the coffee and then he looks at me like I should drive away, I say I'm still waiting for my meal, he gets it and then there is no hash brown, I have to ask for that as well. This location used to be a gas station with a McDonald's attached to it and apparently McDonald's wasn't having it and bull dozed the entire place and started over. I don't blame them. This "new" location is very nice, just like most of the re-modeled/newer locations. I decided to dine in and send out a few emails on my ipad and the wifi worked just fine for me. When I ordered my meal the manager was taking my order and was very nice, but I couldn't understand what he was saying. He kept trying to convince me to take some sort of online survey to praise this location. He offered me a free dessert and since it was during breakfast I really didn't feel like dessert, let alone dessert from McDonald's. My breakfast item was extremely hot temperature wise, which led me to believe it was most likely microwaved. It's McDonald's, I know what I'm paying for. First of all, let me say I have the lowest expectations for a McDonald's ever. Like, literally feel sick eating any of their stuff except their drinks and ice cream. I do not want to know what they put in their stuff that gives me a stomachs ache every time. That said, I got the craving for some ice cream and arrived at McDonald's at 10:39pm when they were going to be closing at 11:00pm. I waited in line a bit before I got to the ordering window and when I reached the monitor the person said to order at the middle window and not at the monitor. At this time it was still before 11:00pm. So, I continued to wait behind the other cars waiting in line to order. Once I arrived at the window at 11:17pm, having waited a good 38 minutes to finally order I was met with a woman who shut the door in my face and proceeded to ignore me and mop the floor. I waited and looked at her for a while and she mouthed we're closed even though they had helped people in front of me when it was even passed 11:00pm. I tried to tell her that she shouldn't have told me to order at the middle window if they weren't going to accept my order and send me away once I got there but she didn't care one bit. Literally the littlest care for her work I've ever seen. Above and beyond is definitely NOT apart of McDonald's mission statement.
