Citrus Park Cafe is a true neighborhood gem. It is located on the Upper Tampa Bay Trail at 7512 Ehrlich Road. The staff is friendly, courteous, and efficient. They serve delicious and creative Peet's brand coffee drinks, fresh and flavorful smoothies with various options, and quality breakfast sandwiches at affordable prices. They also have great lunch options, the Cuban is definitely a local fave and the Greek salad is also raved about! Give this local spot a try, you won't be disappointed!! Closed Monday and Tuesday!!

They have a lot of different syrup options, as well as alternative milks. The bakery items in the front case and the food items to order are SO good. Highly recommend their pancakes, grits bowl, and potato bowl - all really delicious and filling. All staff have always been really pleasant and patient (even when I've been undecided on what to order). It's an eclectic cozy space with a good amount of seating! There's also outdoor seating, making it dog friendly! You might not get front row parking, but there is extra parking in the back, so it's never been an issue.

We chose to sit on the patio and waited for nearly 30 minutes without a single employee checking on our table. The line inside was all the way to the door, so at first we assumed someone would eventually come by, take our order, or at least acknowledge us. Instead, we watched multiple tables on both sides of us receive service while our table was completely ignored. Eventually, we ordered through the QR code on the menu. What wasn't clear is that QR code orders are apparently treated exactly like takeout orders. When our first item was ready, it was handed to us in a plastic container inside a bag. We explained that we were dining in, not taking food to go. I specifically asked a staff member named Graham if the remaining 3 dishes could simply be served on regular plates. He told me "that wasn't possible and that QR code orders automatically come in to-go containers". That explanation made very little sense considering we were sitting at a table in the restaurant. A few minutes later, one of my friends flagged down another server, who had no issue arranging for the food to be served on actual plates. That inconsistency was honestly mind-blowing. To make things even stranger, one coffee arrived in a ceramic mug while the rest came in disposable to-go cups. Nothing about the service felt organized or logical. As for the food, it was fine. Not bad, but nothing particularly memorable or worth making a special trip for. Given that I drove about an hour and paid tolls to visit, I definitely won't be making that drive again. I understand places get busy, but basic service still matters. If you're asking customers to tip when ordering through a QR code, serving dine-in food on actual plates instead of plastic takeout containers doesn't seem like an unreasonable expectation. There are simply too many other coffee shops with better service for me to return. 3 stars because the atmosphere was decent and the food was okay, but the service was disappointing from start to finish.

Great coffee house with a huge variety of breakfast and lunch options in addition to snacks, not to mention an environment like no other. There are plenty of tables to sit as well as lounge chairs in addtion to the chairs in the conference room. I love seeing that ubiquitous phone booth like I see at the other Raining Berries locations. They used to have waffles, but the menu has changed, so I went with the gourmet grilled cheese instead. It was very good with the additon of pesto and dried tomatoes adding a different dimension of texture and flavor. The bread was soft, thick, and well toasted. Came with a lot of chips. The one thing I didn't anticipate was the size of it. It was actually TWO whole sandwiches. Good thing I brought my appetite, though I had no trouble finishing it. The honey lavender latte was delicious too and really hit the spot with the sandwich. The girls here were very nice and welcoming when I came in and patient when I asked a few questions about the menu and order selection. This location lets me bring my dog, so I'll be letting this be one of my new regular coffee spots.

I finally found it at New York Bagels--and it's only 15 minutes from me! I stopped in a little later in the day, so they were already sold out of quite a few varieties (which honestly is a great sign if you know good bagel shops). I was hoping for onion bagels, and luckily they had a couple left. From the moment I walked in, I got the warmest welcome from the owner. He genuinely seemed happy I found the place and took the time to chat. He even gave me the number and said I could call ahead next time and they'd have my order ready--and even bring it out to the car. The bagels were exactly what I've been missing--fresh, flavorful, and right. But what really stood out was the kindness and genuine hospitality. This is the kind of small business you root for. I'll definitely be back--and earlier next time so I don't miss out!
