Slowest McDonald's ever. Literally average wait time in the three visits I had was 10-15 minutes in drive thru

The food and service here are usually above-average. I just wish they would stay open later than they do.

Okay.... am I really giving McD's five stars? Yes. Yes I am. So sue me. I'm a yelper, not a food critic. First of all, no line. Yay! Anyways, upon their personal suggestion, I tried the McWrap. It is not the same as the snack wrap. It's healthier(ish) for it's size, which is HUGE. Try it. You will not be disappointed! On another note, the money taker in the drive thru window was nice/funny and that made my day. As someone who works in a similar drive thru situation (FML) I appreciate a little humor and personality. Thank you, person in the first window! It's mcdonalds so how much can you really say? This location is newly remodeled so it's clean and bright. The employees are friendly here. Drive up service is good and fast. Can't go wrong with the $1 drinks! read more

The worst McDonalds to ever pop on the face of earth. I have had better customer service from the flea market cafeteria than this flea filled "restaurant" constant dirty looks poor food and the most disinterested look on there face at all time. Since the lobby is closed the workers will just sit at the lobby on facebook and when you walk in to order they look at you as if you have just invaded their home. AWFUL! Came here before a movie because we were in the area and ordered from the kiosk. Service was SO SLOOOWW!!!! Had to go ASK FOR our food!! Then, cheeseburgers came out cold! This place was filthy. I ordered and went to the bathroom and it was filthy too. Trash was over flowing onto the floor in every trash can. The drink area was soaking wet from melted ice. Just gross. The restaurant was not busy, but I went through the drive-thru anyway. Order took a long time, but I was patient. Luckily, I pulled into a spot to check my order and give my son his tenders. I could feel that the items were lukewarm. My son's tenders were overcooked and cold. My chicken sandwich was raw inside; fries cold! I returned the sandwich for a refund, but the clerk was neither apologetic nor surprised that it was raw. I ordered some ribs for my son and they forgot about it as I stood there waiting. While looking at the clerks/cooks, I see one directing the others/organizing the flow--in flip-flops with hair hanging down/not secured back. Once I got the ribs, they too were cold. I called the manager on the phone after leaving, just to inform them of this substandard service. The 'manager' could barely communicate and I knew I wasn't going to get the promised call back the next day. What a cluster! I used to go to that McDonalds a lot, but they're not stealing my time/money/respect anymore. read more

This mcdonalds is one of the nicest around, I think it's new I'm not sure but it looks super nice. Also everyone working here was super nice. An employee in the drive thru named Edward was super funny and super super nice he's the reason we r even writing this review right now. HORRIBLE Customer service. The staff doesn't seem to care. wait times are ridiculous. Many times my order is not correct. This is my only restaurant on my way to work before I get on the Veterans. Mornings between 6:45-7:15 are unorganized some days you have to pull up to the last window to pay and be served wait time is too long. I always special order my drink with no whip cream on the frappe sometimes I get whip cream. I don't have time to wait so take it off myself. I ask for unsweetened tea I even reconfirm this is unsweetened I get yes. It's sweet. I do not leave the window now until I taste it and I've had to say this is not unsweetened tea and once again have to wait for new drink. It's disappointing as this is my only Choice for a fast food before I hit the highway. Many mornings I see the line and just drive on by. When you run a special that includes a frappe you shouldn't be out of Frappes. This happens often as well. read more
