This review is very on-par, since I come here about once a week. It's always a bit slow here in terms of the drive-thru, but today was especially bad. 0/0 Horrible service by MANAGER "NANCY." My sister arrived at this McDonalds to pick up an order, as we've been coming here for years. We placed a mobile order like usual and went in line to pick it up. When we arrived and provided the code, we were told our mobile order could not be found. We apologized and double checked. We confirmed the order went through, we ordered at the correct location, and the payment went through. We had screenshots ready to provide. The employee had a heavy accent, so we gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she wasn't understanding us. We were calmly letting her know we had the receipts and if she could take a look at them at the window. She kept repeating it didn't go through over the speaker and said "well what are you still doing here?" And "IDK what you guys are doing." She was incredibly angry at us and yelled at my sister over the speaker for still going through the drive thru (it's 12:30AM, it's the only option and only way out). We were fine cancelling the order and redoing it, but this woman was purposely ignoring us and aggressively telling us the order wasn't showing up. She wasn't giving us any solutions and didn't want to entertain looking at our receipts or helping us further. When we asked for her name, she refused to give it to us. There was no longer an answer at the speaker and then she says, "what are you STILL doing here?" in the most horrible and aggressive tone. We pulled up to the window because there was nowhere to get out. At the window, she was about to gesture for us to leave and said "idk what you guys are doing." We profusely apologized to her at the window because honestly, we felt so humiliated by her and didn't know what else to do as she was visibly angry. My sister was basically in tears after how she was treated, so when she asked for this woman's name; she finally said her name was "Nancy". We don't know if this is her real name, as I'm realizing there are plenty of reviews about how horrible this woman is. We cannot believe this MANAGER NANCY is a manager with how she speaks to customers and approaches "difficult" situations. Horrible experience. Night time "Manager" accused Me of not making an order and then canceling my order. I showed them the receipt and my bank account. She told me she wasn't going to give me anything free because she couldn't find my order. She told me to wait on the side and they'll prepped my order. This is a terrible McDonald's. If you eat in, the food takes forever, and if you mark table service (which McDonald's is promoting!) they ignore it and yell at you from the kitchen. This location always has fresh, hot fries! No matter when I go...time of day, if many months have passed since my last visit...the fries are surprisingly always hot, fresh fries. The only other thing that I like at McDonald's are the chicken nuggets. Its hit or miss whether they are hot or not, but not going to completely fault then for that. I placed an order on the app for in store pick up. The app has a lot of great offers. I ordered a large premium coffee (regular $2.39 but $0.99 on app), a chicken McGriddle sandwich and a hash brown. It took less than 5 minutes. The two ladies working were awesome - taking drive thru orders, walk in and filling app orders.
