Not a great experience. I was the first customer of the day and was the only one in the store. The young lady behind the counter seemed to really rush me through the order and I really didn't have a lot of time to properly look over the menu. Then they told me the fry machine was down. If you eat there it's a 5 every time. Get it to to or third party delivery service is a gamble. Why? It's so WET the usually delicious bun is useless. As a result, I have thrown about 6 sandwiches away. The staff and owner don't seem to care. It's a casual place with big screen tvs. The onion rings and fries are quite good. I prefer the Philly without cheese. But I do enjoy heavy grilled onions, mushrooms and occasionally the peppers. Also you pay double if you use a delivery service. Also their fake tea machine broke before the pandemic and the owner still has not fixed it. The coke and Diet Coke are usually twisted. So the clear Sprite is the best choice. Date: May 15, 2025 We went to a doctor's appointment for my babies and saw this spot as we were leaving and had to check it out. Hubs is a huge fan of Philly cheese steak so wanted to get him one to try. Walked in and it's such cute decor! They have tables around and a restroom in the back that's also super clean. Once you walk in you'll see the big menu up top but they also have a smaller version when you head up to the cashiers to order. We just got the original classic cheesesteak and added onions to it. The service tonight, Sunday February 2nd @8:15 pm. was subpar. We ordered a Philly cheesesteak with double meat. The meat wasn't double, our fries were never cooked and when we received our fries and when asked to borrow the ketchup bottle, the guy had an attitude and said specifically, "Why do you think we buy those packets Man?" My friend pleaded and said, we just want some ketchup you can keep the packets... he reluctantly said "No, we have to fill the bottles back up!"
