Customer service doesn't exist in this place, especially at night time. Waited forever for someone to come on the intercom and when they finally do, he says "what do you want?" with annoyed voice. Everything I tried to order either they don't have it or takes at least 20mins to make. This lazy a$$hole with bad customer service lied so he doesn't have to make anything. Drove off without ordering anything and wished I never stopped here. Do yourself a favor and skip this dump especially at night. go the next exit(Ina) and order at JACK IN THE BOX. Don't bother stopping here. This is among the worst McDs in the Tucson area. Monday, 7/82/14: Fish sandwich patties that had been held so long they were barely still warm, one basically inedible served swimming in tartar sauce. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have been at an acceptable holding temperature, so maybe we'll get sick as a bonus. Cold fries, placed on our tray by the shift manager himself. When we asked for replacements, they said they would be right out, they never brought them out. Incredibly, the employee who was on break while all this transpired was the only one who ever thought to ask us about it! Edit: It turns out they had a reason to be giving away all that tartar sauce. Food is always fresh and during the daytime its usually Fast. Sometimes during the graveyard shift it can take a while to get food thru the drive thru but what can I say, they have the same issues as any fast food restaurant, but at least they are always willing to make things right when they make a mistake which is more than I can say for some of the other locations and fast food places. read more

I ordered a DoorDash through this store and they hadn't taken McFlurry's off their 3rd party orders so I was told by my driver that they can't get me that McFlurry. I tried calling the store to find out if I'm getting a refund for what I paid for and the call went to voicemail and my DoorDash driver doesn't know if they are refunding me. This is not the 1st bad experience but it will be the last, I will never order or come back to this location. read more

Their prices are much higher than surrounding cities. Phoenix, Casa Grande are cheaper. Take their small fry for example--$2.59! Their large fries is just a penny or two under $4.00. Hot cakes are $5. When I queried McDonald's corporate service they referred me to the store who would get an answer. I get back a form email that did not address at all and it came from a donor reply mailbox. Their drive through customer service is terrible as well and messes up orders routinely. read more

Well its a normal day. My father finds it in is heart to stop by the McDonald's and get me a cone filled with delicious ice cream. So to our surprise the ice cream machine was not broken and we waited in our humble car. When it was time to receive the ice cream we had to ask for a cup because the hight of the ice cream was the size of my forearm. And we aunt talking no baby forearm, I have a Chad forearm. In conclusion always go to this McDonald's, it is simply the best place to go for ice cream. And it helps with wasting the money of the scammers we call the ceo's. read more

I was just in the drive through where they have 2 lanes. I was in the first lane waiting while 3 cars passed me in the second one. I called out hello so many times and no one answered so I pulled up to the window and the little boy had no idea what was going on. He told me to pull into the front and didn't even offer to take my order at the window nor did he address the situation with the first drive through lane. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I waited 20 minutes just for one McFlurry when there was only one person ahead of me. They did not only take so long for my one item order, but they delivered my McFlurry half way full in the cup and the ice cream was coming out of the lid and she handed it to me as it dripped down to her hands. I had to ask for napkins and she gave me the dirtiest look and passed me like 20 napkins. What made me upset the most is that the person ahead of me ordered two McFlurries and theirs was actually full and properly served. Never coming back to this location. This is a very bad location due to 1. My order was wrong and one of my burgers had a hair in it and even though my whole meal was ruined because it was disgusting and ruined my appetite I was just told "sorry man I can only switch the burger" and the wait is very long. read more

This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to the food was good, like normal. The only thing that made this the best McDonald's was the customer service, Bob! He was so nice and helpful! When there were no customers in line he came out to say goodbye to people! We had to get an extra McMuffin and he told us how we could save some money! My daughter just got a job at this location. Today was her first day so I decided to buy us food from this location and pick it up at the curbside pickup once she was finished. I tried to order through their app but it kept saying payment denied. I contacted my credit card company who said there was nothing wrong with my card. I went inside to talk to someone about the situation with their app and was passed along to three different people and when I finally got the GM and told her what was going on, she tells me that I need to call corporate and tell them about it? I got into a debate about franchise and corporate at which point she starts talking to me like an idiot and tries to explain what corporate is. I told her I know what it is, I'm not an idiot. She then says, "and they want to work here." I asked her who they are because I didn't apply there my daughter did. I asked her if this issue is going to become a hardship for my daughter working there and she told me she met my daughter. I told her that's not what I asked. She then told me that it's customers like me that make her talk to customers in a rude manner and treat them like they are dumb. This GM's name is Maria. I don't know how people like this get into higher positions. She didn't ask me if I had a receipt for the order I tried to place (which I did) she just said that she was going to cancel my order even though I showed her that the payment was taken out of my credit card. I tried calling corporate but another dead end as it is just a call center where people don't care about anything but their paychecks. The worst experience I have ever had. When I finally got my to go order, I made the mistake of not checking it. Got all the way home and had to turn around and go back. This was on 2 December, 2015 at about 7 am. The man behind the counter thought it was funny and asked me if I wanted him to fix it. I said no just my money back so I could go to Dunkin Donuts or Burger king for competent service. When I was leaving he YELLED at me to "have a nice day". I will NEVER patron your business again regardless of location and I will tell ALL my friends. By the way, it would not hurt them to clean up even a little. Tuesday May 6th was National Teacher Day. If you remember it was advertised on TV and radio stations in Tucson that McDonald's would give teachers a free extra value meal. Teachers only needed to provide an ID OR a paystub. I decided to stop at my neighborhood Mc Donald's at Cortaro Road and I-10. I have been a customer at this McDonalds' for 21 years. When I arrived at McDonalds' I was greeted by a very pleasant young man behind the cash register. I placed my order and told him that I am a teacher. The smile on his face grew, he thanked me for being a teacher. The young man called the manager for the promo code. I handed the manager my district issued ID. This is the ID I am required to wear at school, and present at other schools and district functions. My ID is issued once by my district and is not reissued unless it is lost or stolen. The manager looked at my ID and told me it was too old, it was issued to me in 1999. I have been a teacher for 25 years. Prior to 1999 my school district did not issue teacher IDs. He asked me if I had a paystub. My paystubs are issued electronically, I do not print them. Frankly, the advertisement was ID OR paystub. Since I had the proper ID I didn't think I needed my paystub. At this moment the manager of my neighborhood McDonald's, at Cortaro Road and I-10, became the authority, with detailed knowledge of the policies, procedures, and inner workings of the school district by which I am employed. According to the manager I should have an email with my paystub attached to it. My district does not issue paystubs via email. The manager said to me "you have to understand that when we did this last year a lot of people said they were teachers and took advantage." I was completely humiliated and embarrassed by the manager of the neighborhood McDonald's, I have been doing business for the last 21 years. The McDonald's located at Cortaro Road and I-10. I politely said thank you and left the restaurant. I immediately called the corporate offices of McDonald's and filed a complaint. McDonald's corporation has not responded to me. I called Gray Management the franchise owner of the McDonald's at Cortaro Road and I-10, I left a voice mail. I was contacted again by the manager of my neighborhood McDonalds. During our conversation he was arrogant, condescending, and unapologetic. The conversation added insult to injury. He told me, "You need to understand that this is a security breach." He followed that statement with, "You are the only teacher we had a problem with." Perhaps I am the only teacher whose ID he so closely scrutinized. I would like to add that I spoke with two colleagues who stopped at the same McDonalds, used their district issued ID that is as old as mine. They were not interrogated and not have a problem. I told the manager I wanted to speak with Gray Management, franchise owner of the McDonalds at Cortaro Road and I-10. The franchise owner has not returned my calls. This is not about a $3 dollar sandwich and a cup of orange juice. This is about the customer service I received at my neighborhood McDonalds. The one I have stopped at for late night snacks, quick meals on the way to work and activities, or just because my children wanted a treat or happy meal. I have been a loyal customer at the Cortaro Road and I-10 McDonald's for 21 years. As a teacher I have served students and families in Tucson and the state of Arizona for 25 years. I was embarrassed and humiliated by the manager of McDonald's on a day when members of my profession were to be celebrated. Sadly, I'm not, "Lovin it." read more

I go to this location at the I-10 and Cortaro rd late night for a snack, first off they tell me every night around 2am that there only serving breakfast and only excepting cash, which bugs me but I'm willing to compromise considering nothing else is open. Tonight on the other hand they explained that to me and I said ok, they then told me to have a good night. I stay at the speaker and they come back with oh, breakfast is ok? So I say yes please and order 1 egg mc muffin. They tell me to pull to the window and I do, the cook is in the background shaking her head and glaring at me while saying foul words under her breath. I then pull to the next window and receive my food and ask the gentleman at the window very politely why they are serving only breakfast and he says it's just what we do. So I say ok and the cook back there looks very upset with me, he replies yep and slams the window in my face and walked away. I waited at the window for a few minutes hoping someone would notice me but they ignored me. There was a. Umber on the window that said let us know how were doing, locally owned and operated, I figure with day in day out service like this, there is no point in calling because obviously this type of service is acceptable by the owner and operator that would take my call.
