It's a very casual place staffed by kind and welcoming students, and the food is genuinely good. The Smoked Salmon Beni stood out in the reviews, and it did not disappoint when I finally got to try it. I'll be attaching a photo, but it tasted every bit as good as it looked. I also noticed the shaved steak sandwich on the menu and in several Yelp photos, so I'll definitely have to come back and try that next. I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, friendly service and overall character of the place.

The calamari is fried to perfection with tender meat, and served with an aioli sauce and one sweet one for dipping. The grilled octopus salad is another special one! The rolls are tasty, including the Sumo roll. I enjoyed their monthly special roll that is no longer here with the toro and caviar. They have rotating monthly specials that are worth checking out. We also like their chicken bowl with the deliciously flavored, grilled chicken skewers cooked to perfection. It is paired with the veggie yakisoba underneath and some veggie tempura that I like to dip with the sweet sauce from the calamari. The interior is big with TVs and pop music playing. I enjoy the vibes here. And shoutout to the attentive servers!
