I ordered breakfast online before 11:00 a.m. and arrived at the store before 11:00 a.m. While sitting in the parking lot, I received a notification that my order had been canceled. I went through the drive-thru to ask about it. When I got to the window, a manager was already waiting to speak with me. From the start, she had a very dismissive attitude. I explained what had happened, and instead of trying to help, she immediately blamed me and insisted that I had canceled the order myself. After going back and forth, I asked if I could simply reorder my food. She said yes, but then claimed she couldn't find the order, even though she had already looked it up and confirmed it had been canceled. As I started repeating my order, she suddenly told me they could no longer serve breakfast because it was after 11:00. I explained that I had placed the order online before 11:00 and had arrived before 11:00. She continued insisting that I was the one who canceled it. I then showed her the email stating that McDonald's had canceled the order on their end. I asked if she could make an exception given the circumstances, but she refused and said they didn't have the items needed to make my order. It was clear she had no interest in helping or making the situation right. Instead, she seemed more interested in arguing than resolving the issue. I've never had an experience like this before. I'm extremely disappointed by the way I was treated and by the manager's behavior. My order was canceled through no fault of my own, and instead of taking responsibility or helping a paying customer, they chose to place the blame on me. read more

So this a weird thing to complain about but it's happened consistently so I figure why the hell not. I'm obsessed with Monopoly so I was super excited to hear that McDonalds was bringing it back after the FRAUD that happened the last time. Twice at this restaurant I have ordered something from the Monopoly menu and both times I have been missing physical game pieces on the packaging of the items, quarter pounder with cheese and a mccrispy. Now I have reached out to McDonald's customer care and I was given a form response that I need to register to get a digital piece, which is not what my issue was. Also if they had done their homework they would have seen I was registered. So I'm guessing since the pieces are missing that either the restaurant workers are keeping the packaging to the side so that they can get the pieces or that they aren't giving out pieces on the items ordered despite what the app and online menus say. Methinks that a lawyer or the government need to get involved because there is a potential case for false advertising or fraud going on. Watch I will get another form response to this. read more

The staff are busy in a very busy Pilot gas station. There aren't any straws out. Said they "can't put them out due to Covid". The straws are individually wrapped. There was 1 straw behind the counter, and she had to go get more. Husband had to ask for butter, syrup, and utensils. The person behind the counter didn't understand utensils and said,"oh, a knife and fork." The staff were very nice. However, I don't feel they had enough for keeping up with the crowd and keeping things stocked. Just overall not efficient. read more

This location use to be pretty good. Those days are gone. Hamburger patties looked like they were cooked 4 hours prior. I had 3 pieces of lettuce on my Big Mac and my large iced coffee was half full after ALL the ice was taken out. The employees don't even acknowledge you. It's ridiculous. 5 stars understanding it's a McDonalds of course.... We stopped here at Tumwater 93rd St. McDonalds by chance on the way down I5 and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. It's a large service station on the Northbound side of I5 with a combined Subway, McDonalds, a large gas station and a large shop. The food was fine, and the shop and the restrooms were really nice. Cleanest restrooms on I5, (at least the ones I have sampled...) and apparently you can even take showers there. Very nice all things considered. read more
