Have loved Quizno's for many years. Was sad to see them close up in Oregon. So when we visited a friend in Washington this weekend I had to get the chicken carbonara for nostalgia sake and boy was I not disappointed! To this day their specialty toasted subs are still the best. Not the greatest value but I always prefer good quality over price. Really juicy meat and savory sauce with jalapeño cheese bread. They added additional toppings without question too. Ratio of innards to bread was perfect. Everything was well packed and ready for curbside when we called. Will definitely be making this food stop a tradition when we travel north. read more

Quiznos is hard to come by these days but this local Quiznos is always quick and super friendly and food tastes good. The only thing that was kind of odd is that I ordered online through yelp and it automatically put it through grub hub even for pick up which was kind of weird and it didn't give a time for pick up until after ordering. The issue I ran into and it wasn't this Quiznos fault was it gave a time for pick up that was after the store was closing. Thankfully I had called the store to verify pick up time and then they called me to let me know they were closing as I was on my way to pick up my sandwiches so I just told the owner about the hiccup so it won't actually end up messing up somebody else's order. But super friendly and with it being locally owned I loved to support them during this covid period. read more

Found this Quiznos close to the interstate and were happy to take a break from being in the car and driving through rain. The sandwiches were made quickly and tasted great as usual. As I have said before,, very friendly greeting here- and the employees are prompt and good at making the sandwich's, They have a good selection of sandwich's here, and I really really love the chili! I would most certainly recommend the Chili here! In regards parking issues another yelper brought up, yes there is street parking, and Im sure at times that can be hard to find, but right behind the store there is a nice big lot there, you might have to walk a little further but there is ample parking here. I like how they are not skimpy on the meats here unlike Subway. Overall, much better then Subway, and I would most certainly recommend this Quiznos! read more

They have a deal for 5 dollars for an 8 inch sub and I made it clear that I wanted that deal but right above it a sign said add 2 dollars to make it 12" so I did that. They ended up charging 9.75 for the sandwich and when I asked why it wasn't 7 she said I couldn't do that. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. The addition of 4" to the sandwich is the same price whether I bought a 5 dollar sandwich or I bought it for 7.75. And if that is their policy they need to make it very clear. The sandwich was worth 7 dollars but definitely not 9.75. Because of that experience I will stick to Subway or Togo's when I need a quick bite. read more

Pretty standard fare, nothing special. So if you've been to a Quiznos before, you know what to expect. The main problem was one of us became slightly ill a couple of hours after eating here. My sandwich was ok, would have preferred hotter, but no negative side effects for me. The people who worked there were very friendly. Too bad about the food quality. I ordered 2 French dips, one with added grilled veggies. When I opened my sandwich it had only bread and raw veggies....again a $9 sandwich with only bread and vegetables. Come here for amazing toasted subs. I totally recommend the Baja Chicken, Peppercorn Steak, and Turkey Bacon Guacamole. The staff is quick and friendly. The restaurant is very military friendly, too. I cannot understand the low rating for this particular store! Not only did I have a last minute (a 2 hr window) catering emergency, but the employee I spoke with on the phone was so nice! They got the job done fast and right. I had a table full of picky eaters, adult and preschoolers and they all commented on how good every type of sandwich was. I was not impressed. I had way better Quiznos experiences. The sandwich was blah, the soup very cold and fully taste out of the can and I was curios and ask if they give a military discount ( since the place was full with soldiers and I remember the ones I have been too always gave you one) the lady said no. The price was crazy, small sandwich, a small soup and a drink almost $11. Across is a restaurant I eat every week and I pay less for better food. When we first moved here in July of 2014, this Quiznos was amazing. The employees were always upbeat and our order was also exactly what we asked for. Recently though customer service quality has significantly declined. Austin and Deanne are the most frequent workers that we deal with. Deanne is the manager from what I can gather. Neither of them are attentive and have messed up our order (and other customers orders) several times. They are somber and often make you feel like it's a chore to serve people. For this reason we've been frequenting subway instead. I really hope they make a come back. We will continue to try going to them. read more

I love this Quiznos. Every time I've been here the staff is friendly, quick, and personable. The food seems to be rather fresh too. I always get the mesquite chicken and share it with my sister and the portions are big enough to share and be full. The last time I was here, two employees really stood out. Two gentlemen helped my sister and I and they even walked us over napkins once we sat down and realized we forgot them. Just little things like that really stand out and are appreciated. It's rather small and hard to find parking nearby but that's typical for Dupont. It's a Quizno's, it's pretty much like all the others I've been to. We went when it was fairly empty so the service was fast, the employee was courteous, the sandwiches were alright. Unfortunately I have yet to find a sandwich I really like at any Quizno's. The Italiano is decent, the French Dip is not that great, the veggie is kinda gross. Not sure what it is about Quizno's but I prefer Subway or Blimpie for a chain sub place. I'm giving them 2 stars, nothing against this location in particular, their sandwiches just aren't my jam. read more

If you haven't stopped by Quiznos in DuPont, you must give it a try soon. My family and I stopped yesterday and had a wonderful experience. It's been years since I've eaten at Quiznos and now this is our favorite place to stop. The food was outstanding. The new lobster sandwich and Mac & Cheese with Lobster were to die for. I am usually pretty leery about ordering seafood from fast food restaurants but these were incredible. My daughter is vegan and she had options other than just lettuce. I'm giving Quiznos in DuPont a 5 star rating because that's as high as it goes. They deserve 10 stars. read more

The sign on the door says open until 9pm. Yelp and their website also say 9pm. Guess who was closed when we got here at 7:50 pm on Saturday? We drove all the way from the west side of Olympia for nothing. If you can't keep reliable hours in the food business, just give it up already. Quiznos is great, New management here sucks trash. The old staff was great, knew me by name, and were very polite. All of a sudden, there is a new manager and (I think) her son working. Okay. So I go in and get the baja chicken on special every weds. $5 for 8in sub. Usually I'll get double meat. Never a problem before... until the new staff comes in to play. I got double meat as usual, and the kid rings me up including the regular surcharge. Okay. No problem. Then the little old lady manager comes running over to him, yelling at him. She starts saying he did it wrong, and he didn't charge me correctly for double meat. I said "Yeah, he did it right" and showed her the receipt. She tells me that I "got lucky" and "Double meat means double price". I was pretty confused, so I explained that this is the normal upcharge I've always paid, and assured her that the kid charged me correctly. She became irate and continued screaming that "DOUBLE MEAT MEANS DOUBLE PRICE" Okay, what? WHY WOULD YOU PAY DOUBLE? YOU COULD JUST BUY A WHOLE 'NOTHER SANDWICH? wtf. That doesn't even make sense. But I didn't feel like arguing any further so I just grabbed my sandwich and left. Rude as hell. I was pretty peeved about it, and didn't go back for a while. Today I figured I'll give it another shot, and just get the regular baja chicken special. I went in, literally no one in the store. I shouted "HELLO?", went to the bathroom, came back, shouted "ANYONE HERE?" and nothing. I waited for a good 3-4 minutes. Nothing. New management is trash. What a great experience to eat at a restaurant that cares! This location has recently come under new management and their sandwiches are well prepared, fresh, and delicious. Their attention to detail has resulted in a very pleasing dining experience, from the warm decor to the meticulously clean dining area. My favorite sandwich there is the Traditional but theirs is particularly special because of the care that goes into preparing them. Nothing worse than a sandwich or burger that turns into a mess! Toasted perfectly, they are delicious! I've also heard their Lobster sandwich is awesome and will try that next! I really dislike having to write terrible one star worthy reviews but, people's health is important to me. The staff here was friendly enough although only one of them was working at the time. Another was standing at the register but I was the only person in the store at the time waiting on the one sandwich not something too important. Long story short while I was eating my sandwich I noticed the lady making the sandwiches was washing down all of the counters and cleaning and making another patrons sandwich. She went to the other side and grabbed her sandwich and began to put "fresh veggies" on. All of this was done with the same gloves previously used for cleaning the store. I know it's more a fast food joint but gloves are cheap and that is unacceptable. They were nice enough but that's really a poor display.
