Sis was craving this tuna with honey mustard sandwich she saw on TikTok and she had to have it. I love tuna, so why not? We ordered our Jersey Mike's and there are only a handful of tables in the restaurant, so they're definitely geared more towards their to go part of the business. You can tell from how the employees are professional but not friendly, which is perfectly fine. Our sandwiches were tasty, but I forwent the chips, since we were a few doors away from Safeway and could get a bigger bag for probably the same price. Stopped in tonight to get one chicken Philly and a mini chicken salad sandwich. There were three customers ahead of us. They he lady ahead of us ordered two chicken Phillies and said she was running to Safeway and would be right back. He then took our order. We waited 20 min and the guy had still not started the chicken Phillies the woman ahead of us ordered! He was cooking only one order at a time with a bunch of customers waiting for their food and still more in line to order. When we saw him start only two Phillies, we just left. They had already made my chicken salad mini, but by now it's been over 1/2 hours and my husband's food wasn't even on the grill. The subs here are okay. Went in and ordered the Big Kahuna and the Buffalo chicken. Sucks that there's not much option for toppings/veggies. The pepper relish is a bit spicy, but definitely delicious. There were two workers when I went in. One was nice and one was snotty. The nice one was the black chick who cooked our meats for us and the snotty was the white chick. I don't know what better way to identify them because I don't remember their names, but hopefully this doesn't sound racist. But anyways... the white chick was giving us attitudes when we asked her to add tomatoes and relish on our sandwich. She seemed like she was irritated. I give it to the black chick because she was super nice. Took our order, cooked it and even asked us at the end if we needed anything else. One star less because of one snotty worker. read more

Despite how busy they were Stephanie, the manager, made the effort to greet numerous customers by name and even gave discounts on substituting wheat bread after they ran out of white. I went to this establishment today. There were three workers and me. They ignored me so I left. I tried to order but they wanted to talk to each other instead of tending to me. I am big on service and if someone doesn't want to take my order I don't visit the place again. I will not be back... Before you attack me. I stood there for four minutes waiting for them to finish talking to each other. As for the sandwich: not good. Bread nice, one big stack of roast beef on my ( should have Italian ) no seasoning or not enough) right in the middle of the bread: nothing on the sides: needs spreading. Very little flavor, thus I shall not be returning here. Robert Irvine would say there was no love in these sandwiches: it was just a pile of stuff, fine stuff, just not great. First time indulging in what these guys have to offer. Had their Famous Philly, the #17, if I'm not mistaken. This was simple and delicious. American cheese is the default which is correct by Philly standards. It also comes with grilled onions and green peppers. It was legit. My wife and I stopped in on Saturday around 520 after returning from the Tri-Cities where we had experienced our first sit down dinner in a restaurant since last February. We decided that we would go in and order our sandwiches instead of calling ahead or using drive through somewhere else. Upon entering we were greeted by two friendly ladies wearing masks and gloves. We had a couple quick questions and we were off to building our sandwiches. I had ordered a mini and saw how small it was, mini go figure, and requested to change to a regular and that was no problem at all, my wife opted for the mini. People have been telling me to go here for a while, noting that the subs are better than others due to the fact that they grill up all the meats right there on the spot and everything is as fresh as can be. I was not disappointed! I would say that Reuben I had was one of the best I've ever had. It was so fresh and tasty! I was talked into joining the rewards program and they have double points on Monday. Only a couple more visits and I'll have my free sandwich. Bread is OK. The meats were a little scary looking. They looked processed and tasted that way as well. I also didn't like the fact that the meat slicer wasn't sanitized between orders or meats. Kinda weird. They also didn't seem to do a good job of sanitizing the counter top used to make your sandwich. It was a mess and they just scraped everything into a bin on the floor which discourages employees from keeping it cleen since it is kind of a pain to scrape all the food into a bin rather than a slot in the counter like most places have. I ordered a Philly cheese steak. The meat and veg we're OK but the cheese they used was like rubber. It didn't taste like cheese and instead tasted like the fake cheese you get in a lunchable or something similar...very bad quality and ruined the sub for me especially since I ordered my sub with extra cheese. My husband had the Italian which tasted dry to me. Not enough oil? The meat wasn't anything special. The employees really seem to love their job. They are very into the "show" they put on to make your sub which includes using the slicer, grilling in front of you and even wrapping your sub and bagging it in a fun way. I also received a coupon in the mail for a free sub and we got the Club Sub (turkey, ham, bacon, provolone, onion tomato and lettuce) I'd compare it similarly to meconis subs, but I still kinda prefer meconis softer bread. This place has much more selection of breads though.
