I go here frequently and only every order via curbside order. So far I've never had an order mixup. Everything's been perfect, food is good, consistent and warm. Sometimes there's a little bit of a wait (5-10mins) when it's supposed to be quicker. I've only once waited 20 minutes for a Sundae in addition to my meal, so for those latenesses I'll have to drop a star. read more

Very rude woman in the drive-thru when I went. She had a yellow scully hat on and was very sarcastic and bossy. I don't know what type of night she was having, but she didn't need to be in the drive-thru at all. Overall this location has low a quality of service and, sadly, I expect it. read more

I have been going to this locations since I was in middle school a long long time ago they use to be so on point good hot food & great customer service now..... food is cold, they don't want to fill the fries to the top of the container, awful customer service they don't even speak to you when you pull up to the window. It's very frustrating, they get my something in order wrong almost every time I go and this time they got every single thing I got wrong so honestly at this point I won't be returning. There's a McDonald's on W Chester Pike not too far away and they always do an outstanding job so I'll be going there from now on, obviously it's the same business but you can tell by the food and service it's run much better. It's crazy to me that management styles can make such a drastic impact on the food but I guess it's true, so I'm sorry to say I would not recommend this MD location. read more

Good evening to my Yelp Family!! I have been patronizing this location for years. We stopped here because my brother wanted two quarter pounders with cheese and an apple pie. My mom also ordered her filet o-fish plain, ( no cheese, no tartar). When I arrived, the lady that waited on me, was waiting on another customer. The lady associate smiled when she saw me and asked me, May I take your order? I have heard and read many reviews saying how rude the staff is and how unprofessional the drive-thru staff are and I am happy to report that the lady associate that took my order was friendly and polite and the other staff were polite as well. I had no issues today, whatsoever with pleasantries. I stated my order and I walked away with my order in 5 minutes. My visit was short, brief and sweet. There is a staff member here who cracks me up with his comments about everything all day long. He always makes me smile!! Thank you Micky D's for a productive visit today!! Oh! My those Fries! That is the best thing about this McDonald's . The fries were nice and hot and might I add fresh. I've been loving these fries since I was a kid. Everything else about this location makes me cringe. I just wanted a little snack for my drive home. It was after midnight, so perhaps the team was tired. I put my order in for ice-tea, half sweet and half unsweetened, fries no salt, chicken sandwiches and fruit punch. First time ever in my life the soda machine was down. Usually it is the milkshake machine that is down at McDonalds but not here...Hhmmmm. It makes you think I should have waited and went somewhere else. As I was getting my order the atmosphere seemed weird.The lady was gazing and moving in slow mode, she asked if I wanted my order as she leans over on her firearms and hands me the bag. I asked her for the drinks that I ordered. The lid was somewhat off one of the cups, 3/4 full. I asked if she could fill my drinks up. The guy standing behind her said just put ice in it. That is crazy. I was buying ice tea not ice. I had spent 10 minutes here and that was too long for supposed fast food. I tasted the tea and OMG! It tasted fermented and simply rotten. In my head I'm like I just paid $2 for a cold drink of purée garbage. I drove back around to return the tea and get money. He manager on duty mad me move to the next window and wait for my money. My husband and I came through the drive-thru a few weeks ago to grab a quick snack. Unfortunately, grabbing a quick snack was more like waiting in like for 20 minutes and rude customer service. This location is going through or has gone through renovations. Therefore, there were two drive-thru lanes. First of all, who thought that doing this was a good idea? This McDonald's is right in a major shipping center. Having 2 lanes in the drive-thru is going to cause an accident. Second of all, it's not any faster whatsoever. My husband and I waited in line to pay for at least 15 minutes. Then, we finally get to the first window to check out. My number one pet peeve is when the cashier at the window just takes your card/cash, doesn't say thank you, doesn't say have a great day, etc. I worked at McDonald's for 4 years and ALWAYS was polite to my customers. Why these kids were not trained properly by management is beyond me. To sum up. DO NOT COME HERE, especially the drive-thru. The drive-thru is meant to be quick and convenient. This location misses that completely AND you're going to get talked to extremely rudely as well. read more

Given that this McDonalds is right down the street from one of the largest high schools in Pennsylvania, you shouldn't be surprised when the joint is inundated with teens at the fringes of the school day. As a person who lives nearby, I also know that it is the late-night teen kick-it spot in the summer with kids all over the parking lot, walking in-between cars in the drive-through. Not the best for customers there, yet the business does nothing to address this as far as I can tell, probably because the bottom line is that this younger population is its biggest source of income. It is what it is: an insanely busy location that suffers in quality because of quantity. read more

I only eat McDonald's food MAYBE once a year because my opinion is it's pretty much garbage, but sometimes I get lucky and the food's ok. I ordered a crispy chicken meal from here a few days ago since a friend said the sandwiches were good. The fries and drink were ok just not my usual choice if I'm gonna eat fast food. The chicken sandwich was like rubber, like it had been microwaved waaaay too long or something. The first and only time I went here we got some stuff and the food was so disgusting that I couldn't even take one btw of the food and my brother ordered a burger and they messed up the order about three times and I wouldn't even be surprised if their water is just chemicals meant to poison you. read more

I've been coming here for years and it's usually a good place, but this past trip was terrible. I ordered a breakfast meal and was told they were waiting on Hashbrowns. I watched the cook make several meals, and 15 minutes later caught my eye and asked a co-worker, "y'all needed a hashbrown?" 15 minutes after my order was placed she got around to my hashbrown. They gave me an extra hash brown with a "Sorry about that." I don't care for extra food. At a 15 minute wait, with 8 customers coming and going in that time, refund my meal or give me a comp on the next. Terrible. read more

Once again disappointed and ripped off by this particular McD franchise. It's my own fault for going back to this location after numerous similar experiences of being short changed. I went to the drive thru and ordered 2 of their Double Bacon Smokehouse burgers, 2 Big Macs, fries and a sundae. Minimal wait to order, they took my order accurately, minimal time to pay. When I pulled to pick-up window, the girl at the window barked at me to pull off to the side and wait. Waited over 10 minutes and when they brought the order out, the sundae was missing. I pointed this out and the girl reluctantly went back in and fetched one. When I got home and unpacked the order for everybody is when the fun really began. Instead of Double Bacon Smokehouse burgers, they gave us single versions. I double-checked the receipt, and the receipt says double. When the wife bit into a Big Mac, she noticed burger on the bottom, but not on the top. When she lifted the top bun, there was only half a burger there, like it had broken or been pulled in half and only part of the burger made it on to the sandwich. Past experience with this franchise told me it wasn't worth my time, effort and gas to return the order and be met with surly, unapologetic management and more time wasted waiting for food. At least corporate is running a customer satisfaction survey at this time, and I made sure to log on to the survey and report my experience. I avoided this franchise for many months. Hopefully now I've learned my lesson and won't go back. read more

By far the WORST McDonald's I've been to since City Line Ave. They think they got fancy with the new place but they are slower than ever and just down right RUDE! They get an attitude when you tell them your food is wrong and argue with you. Management is just as bad. They are adults and have no idea how to run a place with teenagers. So I went to McDonalds for a Mcflury at 12:50 AM today on a summer day, when I got there I was told by the person on the speaker to wait one second. The second turned to be 15 minutes of me waiting there with a bunch of cars honking at me. Once the person finally showed up she provided Horrible customer service.I have never experienced such a bad service from a McDonalds.
