I abhor this McDonalds. You can't tell if someone is working or not. Even inside you won't get the food you ordered we had to get up 3 or 4 times to recover items not given to us. The attitude from staff is awful. They act as if you are a nuisance for just walking in. Per most restaurants the issue usually starts with management. I heard one employee walk over to a trash can that was overflowing and say out loud to a table of upper management (man more dressy like an owner on a laptop and a female manager) "I should have changed this trash a long time ago." This McDs has made me decide to NEVER go to McDonald's again. EVERY order has been wrong (100% of the orders). EVERY time I go through the drive-thru I have to pull over and wait because the are never ready for a customer... EVERY TIME. They do not prepare the fish sandwiches correctly, they toast the roll instead of correctly steaming the roll like every other McDs. They clearly microwaved a couple of fish sandwiches to the point the rolls were rock hard and inedible. I've ordered 5 drinks and instead of a drink carrier the hand me all the drinks AT THE DRIVE THRU. I know they can see nobody else in the car to hold the drinks. I went in and ordered 2 m&m mcflurries and got absolutely taken advantage of. This is the smallest pair of mcflurries I have ever seen and it is unacceptable. They didn't fill the cup with ice cream and they only put a small amount of m&m on the top. These aren't even McFlurry cups, these are just small drink cups. This McDonald's consistently screws you over and I've had similar experiences here before with them making micro mcflurries and giving me fries where they only fill the containers half way. These employees act like it personally costs them money if they give me the amount of food you pay for. WORTHLESS/NON-EXISTENT NIGHT SHIFT EMPLOYEES. PLEASE, go another McDonald's. They're everywhere and it is not worth the frustration of trying to order from this one. They do not deserve to be in business. Despite having a night shift, the employees refuse to work, instead they choose to lock the doors and hang out inside collecting a free paycheck. The reason that I know that there are night shift employees inside is because (multiple times), I have placed an order on DoorDash, waited OVER AN HOUR with no progress, and then walked over and OUTRIGHT LIED to employees, telling them that I was a delivery driver coming to pick up an order (when instead I just wanted the food that I ordered nearly an hour prior). Only then did they bother to prepare the order that I had placed over an hour prior and hand it to me thinking that I was a DoorDash/UberEats delivery driver. I have walked over, after midnight, multiple times to encounter all the doors locked. The times that I have I have tried to use the drive-thru after midnight, I have found traffic cones blocking the drive-thru lane because they refuse the employees refuse to work after a certain hour. Despite having a fully staffed night shift, the workers refuse to do their job and, instead, hide from customers. Do not visit this McDonald's. I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes I even said it as I ordered from the drive thru. The gentleman that was there at the first window repeated my order and even said "BIG BREAKFAST WITH HOTCAKES" and I confirmed the order and payed, but I received a big breakfast instead the one without the hotcakes and I didn't notice until I got home and so I called twice and no one answered the phone. I understand they're busy but there has to be someone there to answer the phone! I guess they just wanted to stop serving breakfast ASAP so they don't have to deal with it anymore. Stopped here two nights in a row. My granddaughters were hungry after only picking at their dinner so we stopped for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 cones. We used the mobile app and it took 10 minutes to get our food the first night. Night 2 we just ordered 2 cones and also used the mobile app. Even though there wasn't any one in the drive thru we selected mobile order curbside pickup because of the location of the entry of the drive thru lane. As a whole, McDonald's is basically a comfort-good vending machine that doubles as a safe place to pee. The Urbana, MD version of McDonald's is quite good. They are clean, the decor isn't gross and they often have balloons on hand for the kids. We came at McDonald's before anyone came then we ordered our food at 4:00 exactly. 20 minutes later we ask them for the THIRD time about our food and they take our receipt and ignore us. It's a McDonald's so we're only rating them against other McDonald's. As others have said, food is fine, employees are friendly, but the service is really slow. Our orders were pretty simple and we still waited 5-7 minutes, which isn't exactly "fast food." Still, it's close enough to 270 that it's convenient. read more

This used to be a good McD but has just dumped in the last few weeks. Drive thru, several items including bacon biscuit - bacon only. I was clear. Took it home to wife, and it was the full bacon biscuit. Wife can't and won't eat that. So, drove back because I'm really tired of this crap, walked in, demanded a correct bacon-only biscuit. Manager made it really clear she didn't give a damn. No apology, handed it to me and said "here." You know I unwrapped and inspected it in front of her - had less than 1/2 slice of bacon on it. We ordered the special of 20 piece nuggets 2 Big Macs and 2 large fries. Our fries were filled like a small. Every nugget tasted stale or frede we burnt and the my Big Mac had onions on when I specifically asked for no onions and it even says it on my ticket order. All the food was cold too. I was a department manager here since 2020. I was transferred here from the Westview McDonald's in Frederick, MD. This location specifically has issues hiring because of the local area not allowing their children to work at a fast food place. They even have a Facebook page dedicated to THIS MCDONALDS!!! Many of the current kids working there are stuck up and have no respect towards adults; they talk about how they have money and don't need the job. General management has consistently changed in last 2 years with 2 of the general managers being fired and the current one not being able to properly manage. Has to be the World's Slowest McDonald's. Donna, the manager, was the only one working the register with 4 other employees working on food and drive thru. She acted liked she was doing us customers a favor instead of treating us like customers and thankful for us choosing to come there to eat. Major fail! I ordered a #6 (sausage, egg and cheese McGriddle sandwich) with Diet Coke. When I got to the window to pick up my order, the person working the window asked what I ordered (isn't that your job to know?!). I told him my order. After I got on the road with my order, I found out I was given regular Coke (even though he marked my cup as Diet) and bacon instead of sausage. And you people want $15 a hour?!?! The service is really fast compared to the other McDonalds location I go to near my university but they are very inconsistent when it comes to making their iced coffees. Sometimes they will use the liquid sugar and other times they will use granulated sugar. When they use granulated sugar the drink is not sweet at all and I usually ask for liquid sugar but they always give me granulated. Other than that, I have lived near this location for many years and have always been going here. In comparison to the other locations I have been to, this place is pretty good when is comes to customer service as well as speed. read more

Good McDonald's location which normally always gets the order correct and the food is hot and ready to go. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only down side is it can be a bit slow at times, but the line typically moves pretty quick when crowded. read more

To be fair, I haven't stepped foot inside a McDonald's in what, three years? To the best of my knowledge, McDonald's still offers ice cream products: cones, milkshakes, sundaes. This one does not appear to carry ice cream products, which was the purpose of my stop. The menu board INSIDE the restaurant does not mention them. We ordered a delivery to our place with just hamburgers and for one of the orders I asked for lettuce and tomatoes inside and that's it nothing else, but when we got it, the hamburgers had nothing that we asked for just the complete opposite. It had pickles, ketchup, and cheese. I hate having to give them a star but I have to give them at least 1 star to post this but if your reading this DO NOT COME HERE it is like only stupid clowns work here and make your order the complete opposite of what you asked for. Last time we came here in person they put so much red pepper it was very spicy on our burgers and they would not give us new food, even when we showed them. Then after that time they missed one order and one of us had no lunch thanks to them THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER.
