    Chicken club salad
    Clint E.

Self serve kiosk is problematic. You put the Order in and you're not sure if it went through as there are no attendant. I ordered the club salad. Not pretty, but not bad. My friend ordered the impossible burger was okay. Maybe not as good as previous ones, but not bad.

These are the computers you will use to place your order that the people working there will mess up. Be prepared for a 20-30 minute wait.

By far the worst experience ever at a Burger King. Our first impression was great when we walked in. There were around 4 computer screens where you could place your orders so we knew everything we put in was correct. Once the order got to the people working there everything went down hill. We waited for a long time and then they called our order number. We approached the counter only to find out the order wasn't ready and they wanted to let us know they were out of the mushroom Swiss burger we ordered. My son had to order something else and we had to ask the manager to give us some of the money back since what he ordered was less expensive than the original order. He wasn't going to give it to us unless we asked. After finally getting our order they forgot to put bacon on the bacon chicken burger and totally forgot my son's backup order. Remember, this was all done on a computer and was 100% correct on the screen when we ordered it. The man behind the counter threw out the chicken sandwich they messed up and it seemed to take another 5-10 minutes before we got the 2 things we messed up. The manager told me he did put the chicken sandwich on the tray and we did get it. I had to explain again that we didn't get bacon on it and the other guy threw out the other perfectly good one they only had to put bacon on the make it perfect. We ordered just before 12:30PM and I didn't sit down to eat until around 12:50PM. My family that got their correct meals were finished before my other 2 kids got theirs and I was able to sit down and eat my Whopper which was now cold. Other customers in the lobby were very angry and waited forever, too. As I was waiting for them to get my messed up orders correct they called up another customer that had been waiting forever to let her know they were out of the mushroom Swiss burger. Why keep letting people order it and wait a long time to find out you are out??? Why not let the person know the very second they order instead of telling them 5-10 minutes after they ordered that they can't complete their order. I stood there watching the manager complete other orders as receipt with my order placed almost 30 minutes before sat on his counter in front of him. They finally got the order right without so much as a "sorry" from the manager. $38.81 for one messed up dining experience. So much for "fast food" on our way home from a Washington D.C. vacation. Other customers in the lobby were warning others that were coming in about the bad service and they were leaving. I wish people warned us when we came in. Maybe someday they'll have smart robots completing the orders that were placed on the computer so things will get done faster and without error. The humans behind the counter are bringing this Burger King down. I felt like I was talking to a brick wall. Beyond horrible. Avoid this location!!!

Beef 'N Buns 'N Paradise is one of those hidden gems that feels like summer. This fast casual burger and hot dog stand is walk-up only, with outdoor seating and a handful of parking spots (which fill up quickly during peak times). You order at the window from a huge menu and wait for your name to be called over the loudspeaker. We tried a few of their hot dogs, the Chicago Dog and the Chili Nacho Cheese Dog and both were awesome. The dogs were snappy, flavorful, and loaded with toppings. We also grabbed the double patty melt, which was superlative. The patties were juicy, the rye bread was perfectly griddled, and the whole thing just hit. The onion rings deserve their own shoutout too, crispy, hand-breaded, and the perfect side item. And of course, we had to finish with dessert. We got vanilla soft serve cones with black cherry flavor burst on one and coffee on the other. Super tasty and the perfect ending. The prices are reasonable for the quality and portion size. It's exactly the kind of place you want to hit up on a sunny weekend or for a casual dinner after work.

There's a lot of potential here, but when your wagyu burger costs more than Le Diplomate's iconic burger in DC, I'm expecting something amazing. The cocktails were also overly sweet, and I regrettably had to send them back a couple of times. That said, our waiter's service was excellent. But this place needs a lot of improvement. Way too salty, too greasy, and overpriced.

Driving through the area late at night, we stumbled across Wag's with a craving for burgers. Though we weren't there to drink since we had a drive ahead of us, we loved watching the other patrons enjoying the bar scene. With daily specials and a great basement vibe, I can see why people love Wags. As for the food: the burger was just alright - but what can you expect when your meal is less than $10 per person? It honestly was perfect for the price point. The Wag Burger claimed to have a special sauce but we didn't taste it, which was fine because the burger was juicy, greasy, and hit the spot. The Philly cheese steak had a bit more flavor than the burger and was also a solid choice. Fries are fresh and made in-house, and I appreciated that you can salt them yourself and decide what toppings you might want to add. The menu is honestly huge for a dive bar, and all the food was solid. Shoutout to the staff here because after hearing how some drunk customers were treating them, they deserve all the tips in the world. Despite the staff being berated, dealing with intoxicated patrons threatening to run around nude, all while waiting tables with ease and kindness - you all deserve raises.

Dark, dingy, crowded with everyone from bikers, to Boomers to yuppies to kids. Luckily, a couple was getting up and we found a table. Joe actually ordered a cocktail apple cranberry whiskey, LOL. The Waitresses were scurrying around efficiently and we were able to place our order. The menu looked like bistro comfort food that I found on Yelp as we were leaving the Glass Warehouse close by. We had no idea what to expect but walking downtown Frederick on Market Street is always a pleasure. The food and the service were outstanding! Totally exceeded our expectations. The quality, quantity and value for your buck totally unexpected. And Joe went from being intimidated to inspired! Joe liked Wags so much that he left a $30 tip, which doesn't seem unusual but the bill was only $40 including drinks! On the way out I shook hands with a guy named Carlos who introduced himself as one of the owners . I observed him wearing every hat, from serving food to scraping plates and cleaning. if I have to drag my man to my glass Warehouse almost 2 hours away from home I better feed him, LOL we will definitely be back.
