Came here on a Monday at lunch time and it was slow... slow... slow. Placed my order through the computer interactive screen but I did not get a receipt. Then, I waited. After about 10 minutes I looked around and noticed the lobby was filled with people holding receipts waiting for food. The two staff members were slow and apathetic. Even when I asked for a refund (which is tough, as I had no receipt to show them) one went to get the manager who just looked at me and went back to work. Finally, she asked me to confirm my order and then told me it would up soon, which it was. I suspect my request allowed me to cut the line. I don't mind waiting if everyone is working hard. But if they don't care about serving customers, I don't care to come back. read more

Any who works here are clearly not functioning adults. It takes minimum 5 minutes to even get your order taken at the drive thru and then another 15 for food to come. I'd go literally anywhere else if not for my kids loving McD's. This location is trash and has led me to boycott McDonald's indefinitely. Not remotely worth my time or money. read more

Food wasn't very good, and there weren't any other redeeming qualities, which makes this, by far, the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The person who brought us our food, had a terrible attitude. We asked for some sauces for our McNuggets and then she gave something different than we asked for. This is easily the worst McDonald's in all of the 315. Orders are literally never correct, and the service is not only slow, but rude. It would be one thing if they were slow, rude and accurate with your order, but they're simply bad overall. It's almost like getting all 5 items correct for an order is too much for them. Sandwich, side, drink, napkins and straw. That's it. VERY simple. It all goes in a bag, otherwise you'd have a hard time getting out the window, but that's about the only part they've got figured out. The bag. Whoever owns this franchise needs to spend some time there, because their performance is consistently below sub-par. I would be absolutely embarrassed to be associated with this store. Under no circumstance should you entrust your morning, or any important meal to this establishment. If you MUST, go inside and use the kiosk, because it's the only way you're going to get your order input correctly. Drove through bought fish fillet sandwich got home was cripsty burned. Skip this place it sucked.

I ordered in the drive thru using a code from the app. It was buy a combo meal, get a happy meal free. When I cashed out, I noticed that i was still charged for the happy meal. When I asked the worker, she said " oh yeah, that code hasn't been working. We don't know why- we called corporate about it." I then asked why she didn't tell me about this when I ordered, and she said " well you already paid for it, what do you want me to do?" Her manager was right next to her. I asked for a refund for the happy meal and she said " I can't, you already paid for it." She asked again, "what do you want me to do?" My husband said, well i guess we won't do business here anymore, and the worker stated, " well that's fine too." No customer service, no apology...nothing. Absolutely horrible. Every single time I go to this location, my order is messed up. For example, this time I ordered a cheese burger. Received a bun with JUST cheese. Where is the burger?!?! Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a piece of cheese and bread! Went to this location because it is close to my house. While I waited for an employee to make fries and put them in the bag, and bring them to me - which took an obscenely long time since there were no new fries made.. my family and I took a seat where it seemed fine. The tape was ripped down, we had been waiting 5+ minutes, we weren't drinking any drinks. When the manager came in and sort of aggressively said we can't be sitting there we were only mildly like welp, you could've made that more apparent. Mostly we understood because it's covid time and we felt bad. What was insane that this same manager, who felt so strong about enforcing the covid guidelines and rules, DID NOT SAY ANYTHING TO HIS EMPLOYEE THAT WAS HANDING OUT FOOD AND DRINKS AND WAS WEARING A MASK ON HIS CHIN. I'm all about enforcing covid guidelines, but I'm not about double standards and crappy employees. Always a disappointment. Always a line. Always issue with food. Got a raw quarter pounder with cheese after they told me to pull ahead and they'll bring it out. The obese wench working the drive thru had me repeat my order as if she never heard of a big mac and quarter pounder with cheese 2 for $5 deal. Coughed on me as she handed me my card back. The worst service ever of any McDonalds in my life as well as any restaurant I've been to . the customer service was terrible my order was screwed three times had t ask me while trying to fill my order what I ordered had to have ordered remade and I was the only one inside. Drive through was a little busy but not enough to treat a customer the way I was treated. This order was mangled beyond belief. Of the 4 items ordered, none were correct. The one thing I can say is that although the items were not what I ordered, these wrong items were delivered promptly. If you're going to botch an order it is better to do it with some giddy-up. Anyways, why are we raising minimum wage here in New York State? It's certainly not merit-based. read more

Really disappointed in my experience this morning. I have a coworker I wanted to buy a mocha frappe for and she told me not to bother because the employees always say they are cleaning the machine and it is not available yet. There is no time restriction for this product. Also I have heard from employees that work there the machine is available but the employees do not want to make them. Same goes for milkshakes. My entire office will no longer be customers of McDonalds based on poor customer service. We will take our business else where and spread the word. read more

Well this by far is the best looking McDonald's around the area. It's vintage decor is sure to catch eyes of costumers. Plus it's the only one around that looks vintage. The service was good, there wasn't any problems that were seen. Overall it was a nice experience. read more
