I've always had so so experiences here but I finally am done with this place after what I saw last week. This location is a joint location with a Chevron so I stopped to get gas and was going to grab a coffee afterwards. I decided to go to the bathroom after getting gas and noticed there was someone in the other stall. As I was finishing up, I heard someone leave the stall and open the door. I opened the stall to wash my hands just as the door was closing behind the person and I noticed she had a uniform on. I thought she possibly worked for Chevron or maybe a company around the neighborhood but she was disgusting for not washing her hands. As I left the bathroom, I scanned the gas station to see if I saw her and didn't so I was like thank God she doesn't work here only to look to the right and see a Mc Donald's cashier in the same uniform standing at the cash register:/ I don't know if it was the same woman because they have a lot of Mexican women working there who obviously wear the same uniform but I didn't want to take the chance so I decided to skip it. I meant to leave this review sooner but got busy and forgot. The interior of the place has changed over the years, the recent remodeling makes this this fast food chain have the same vibe as restaurants quality interior space. Some of us refer to this McDonald's as McChevron because they're conjoined off of Sonoma Blvd and Mini Dr. On Yelp it says that they're open 24/7 and more recently people said they aren't open 24/7. I'll go to the drive-thru very rarely here unless I needed something quick to grab while on my way somewhere. I specifically wanted to try McDonald'a Guava and Creme Pie. I'm not sure if it's limited edition but I went through the drive-thru on a Friday night past midnight and they were open and it took quite a while the line was also pretty long. As for the guava creme pie, I enjoyed it. Some people say it's similar to a Porto's guava pastry but it's prob much cheaper here and a good change from their classic pie. read more

This McDonald's was a lifesaver because across the street there was nothing to eat around that I was comfortable eating. Inside this location is decent. It is not the best clean location but it is good for the neighborhood. The restroom is inside Chevron area, not inside McDonald's. No playground for the children but that is OK. I have always gone to this place for years, surprised the rating is so low. Always have gone drive thru. Food may very per customer to be honest. The only complaint I have is if the frys arent as fresh and that chicken nuggets arent as fresh. I'm usually picky with condiments in my food: I say light mayo or no ketchup they are pretty good at being correct. Staff lately that I've seen are pretty chill and friendly. The one with the special order sticker on it was even more cold and just as disgustingly dry & even worse looks like it sat at the pick up station all day & they just scraped the onions off because there were still pieces of onion scattered on this burger... The fries we're obviously not shaken in the basket when pulled from the grease, & the fries tasted like their oil needed a change like last week!! & again NOT SALTED!! Seriously???! This McDonald's is SUPPOSED to be 24/7 and is even labeled as that on Yelp but is NEVER open 24 hours. They literally put a cone at the entrance of the ordering line so you are unable to get through. It's so inconvenient for people to drive here and it be closed, it's literally false advertisement. Tonight they messed up my drink and gave me a dr.pepper instead of a coke and the guy that took our order was very rude and didn't even say thank you after we paid him.
