I've always had so so experiences here but I finally am done with this place after what I saw last week. This location is a joint location with a Chevron so I stopped to get gas and was going to grab a coffee afterwards. I decided to go to the bathroom after getting gas and noticed there was someone in the other stall. As I was finishing up, I heard someone leave the stall and open the door. I opened the stall to wash my hands just as the door was closing behind the person and I noticed she had a uniform on. I thought she possibly worked for Chevron or maybe a company around the neighborhood but she was disgusting for not washing her hands. As I left the bathroom, I scanned the gas station to see if I saw her and didn't so I was like thank God she doesn't work here only to look to the right and see a Mc Donald's cashier in the same uniform standing at the cash register:/ I don't know if it was the same woman because they have a lot of Mexican women working there who obviously wear the same uniform but I didn't want to take the chance so I decided to skip it. I meant to leave this review sooner but got busy and forgot. The times i have order inside I order on their machine & it's pretty straightforward of selecting what items you want & paying on the machine. The interior of the place has changed over the years, the recent remodeling makes this this fast food chain have the same vibe as restaurants quality interior space. 10 Monica the store manager told me my order I paid for on my app did not go through and timed out. I showed her my app showing it said paid and she said the order timed out it did not coming though and that I had to pay in store. She refused to give me a refund even though she said she remembered me. She kept trying to tell me she can't but can give me a gift card for $15 for there store only. Absolutely terrible. We stopped by late since it was the only place seemingly open around the area, our fries and nuggets were stale and cold. I went back to the drive thru and asked them to remake our order. Typically I am not one to complain or ask for remakes but in this case the ordered food was for my hungry 8 year old. The employee at the window asked I give her the nuggets and fries back. I found it odd that she took the food back and went strait to the kitchen instead of discarding it. Some of us refer to this McDonald's as McChevron because they're conjoined off of Sonoma Blvd and Mini Dr. On Yelp it says that they're open 24/7 and more recently people said they aren't open 24/7. I'll go to the drive-thru very rarely here unless I needed something quick to grab while on my way somewhere. I specifically wanted to try McDonald'a Guava and Creme Pie. I'm not sure if it's limited edition but I went through the drive-thru on a Friday night past midnight and they were open and it took quite a while the line was also pretty long. As for the guava creme pie, I enjoyed it. Some people say it's similar to a Porto's guava pastry but it's prob much cheaper here and a good change from their classic pie. read more

There is a McDonald's and Chevron Gas Station all in one? Basically you can pump gas and get a Happy Meal? That is a good combination in one. This McDonald's was a lifesaver because across the street there was nothing to eat around that I was comfortable eating. Inside this location is decent. It is not the best clean location but it is good for the neighborhood. The restroom is inside Chevron area, not inside McDonald's. No playground for the children but that is OK. I have always gone to this place for years, surprised the rating is so low. Always have gone drive thru. Food may very per customer to be honest. The only complaint I have is if the frys arent as fresh and that chicken nuggets arent as fresh. I'm usually picky with condiments in my food: I say light mayo or no ketchup they are pretty good at being correct. Staff lately that I've seen are pretty chill and friendly. This McDonald's is SUPPOSED to be 24/7 and is even labeled as that on Yelp but is NEVER open 24 hours. They literally put a cone at the entrance of the ordering line so you are unable to get through. It's so inconvenient for people to drive here and it be closed, it's literally false advertisement. Can't even begin to list all of the complaints I have for this restaurant. I've been frequenting this same establishment for the past 2 years consistently, the majority of my orders are placed in the drive through after hours. Each time I order a #2, no onions extra mustard. How hard is it to get that right? The one that doesn't have it is thickly layered with onions & the bun was cold & stale, the meat was almost freeze dried as long as it had sat in the warming pan all fucking day. The one with the special order sticker on it was even more cold and just as disgustingly dry & even worse looks like it sat at the pick up station all day & they just scraped the onions off because there were still pieces of onion scattered on this burger... The fries we're obviously not shaken in the basket when pulled from the grease, & the fries tasted like their oil needed a change like last week!! & again NOT SALTED!! Seriously???!
