Cool old school diner, solid breakfast options and the people there are super friendly. It's the sort of place where every person who walks in seems to be well known by the staff. I almost took off a point for the egg being slightly browned (I'm an absolute fanatic about not having any browning on my eggs) but I don't want to ding them over my preference and their incredible crispy pancakes more than makes up for it. Seriously get the pancakes crispy-style, it's only a 50 cent upcharge and very much worth it!

Looking to try something new my fellow yelpers lead me to Maggie's. We ordered a country breakfast and a a French toast breakfast. The country breakfast had potatoes with a nice crunch and fresh cut bell peppers and onions. The Mister felt like they could have been cooked more. I felt like they decent and I would order again. The grits were decent. Unfortunately the biscuits and gravy left much to desired. The biscuits could have been cooked better and the gravy was a bit bland. The French toast was perfect and the cheddar on the eggs was good. Bacon thickness was nice. The portion size didn't disappoint. A decent cup of coffee. It's an older family style establishment so the seating, and cups, etc reflect that. But it was clean! They have parking! Isela's service was good.

You truly will never taste the best pancakes of your life until you try their crispy pancakes. My dad always brings me them but today I decided to join him for breakfast. I couldn't even get a picture of the pancakes because we ate them so fast. The server was happy to customize a meal for my dad, brew me a fresh pot of decaf coffee, and continuously check in on us. For a local diner, they were fairly cheap and didn't cut down on the portions at all. I loved all the Marilyn Monroe and Elvis memorabilia and the little dinner stools. I definitely want to sit there next for an authentic experience. I might make this my go to Sunday breakfast place now. If I do, I'll run into my dad every weekend LOL.

Cheese burger and fries, very good!!

Have not been to Maggie's for quite some time. Came in today. This is a REAL Diner type place. Very clean. Greeted when I walked in. Staff are very friendly. Wasn't certain what I wanted. Came in thinking about breakfast. Saw the burger special and ordered that with cheese. A really good Old School burger cooked perfectly and house made fries. The choice is correct. I'll try breakfast the next time.

Addicted to the crispy pancakes. The prices and service are unbeatable. It gives a mom and pop shop vibe. Always playing oldies and goodies music on the tv. You won't be disappointed if you're looking for a traditional breakfast meal.

I really enjoyed Maggie's. You can have anything on the menu at any time. My husband enjoyed his double bacon cheeseburger but said it could use a bit more seasoning. I enjoyed the waffle and wings. The wings were spicy and a little odd to go with the waffle but the waffle was super delicious! I felt like it was pretty airy and light which I love. As a combo I don't know if it worked as a traditional chicken and waffle. However I'm always indecisive if I should get savory or sweet so I liked having both on my plate. Our waitress and the man behind the grill were both super personable.

Driven by here over the years and had never noticed this spot. If I go out to breakfast the place is in downtown and had only a few minutes between meetings so popped in here in a Saturday morning. Several regulars were in the small dining area and figured that as the waitress and cook who cooks right in front of you seemed to know everyone by name. Walls are decorated with 80's 12" records and a bunch of movie posters. Ordered the bacon omelette with country potatoes and toast. The omelette was perfectly cooked with large pieces of bacon, nice and cheesy. The toast was really good, just the right amount of butter; now the potatoes , I did not like at first but they grew on me and ended up eating all of them. 5 for service 3.5 for the food. This place might be the spot for an old school cheese burger so may come back and try that at a later ti

Went to Maggie's for another steak dinner last night. Steak was just as delicious as the first time. Absolutely consistent. We'd been trying to order from them for a couple days but they closed early and on another night didn't answer at all. Sad face! We had some of the chili to share and it's delicious. Quite pricy, IMO, but very good! They've updated the menu with some new items which is nice. Fish and chips are now Fri-Sun only. Most importantly, the prices have all changed so take note. Posting a picture of the new dinner menu.

Give this place a try! You won't regret not heading to a Nation's instead... Dinner at Maggie's has the vibe of a small mom n pop which is nice when you don't want all that hustle and bustle for dinner. After dinner and speaking to the team, we discovered that there's the breakfast/lunch Maggie's and then there's the Dinner at Maggie's which is hosted by Dom. Dom is a wonderful chef/cook that definitely prides himself in the food that he prepares and serves. I ordered the NY strip dinner and my husband ordered the chicken wings. Both dishes were so tasty and well seasoned. I did not have to add any salt or condiments to it because it was made so well. I was watching Dom cook on the flat top and can see that the burgers he makes at night are fresh ground beef and the steaks are fresh cut. It was refreshing to see my food come whole and not processed. The veggies were fresh and crisp as well. The fries were salted with flaky salt and not the iodized table salt. The chicken wings were huge! It's definitely not party wings and I didn't need ranch with it! The food was seasoned well to my liking. One thing I would hope that they have next time is actual steak knives for the steak. Granted it's not a steak house, but some steak knives would be great. The basic diner utensils worked for what it needed to get done, but it destroyed the quality of the meat into shreds. We are definitely looking forward to returning for dinner again!

There is a dedicated parking lot, tight but can hold a decent amount of cars. There is street parking as well, not metered - that is where I parked. The hostess was extremely friendly and attentive, checking in on us several times after ordering to notify of the food's ETA as well as refilling drinks and seeing if we needed anything. The dining area has approximately ten booths in total and became quite crowded around 12:30p. Our meals arrived at different times, items to eat meal arrived sparsely as well. We ordered around 11:30a, there were two other parties present. We were able to order based on our dietary needs/wants as the menu offered quite a diverse array. The crab omelette (known as The California Omelette on the menu) is 1/4 lb of fresh crab served either hot or cold enclosed in three eggs along with avocado and Monterey Jack cheese. For $26.35 the omelette left much to be desired, especially in flavor and seasoning. Nothing complimented or even enhanced the presence of the crab in any way. The remaining party at the table said they enjoy their meal - including a blueberry waffle, toast and eggs with bacon and a double cheeseburger with fries. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to gather, this cafe is certainly an option to consider. It was easy to speak and hear each other with ample privacy and not a lot of traffic - if any.
