The burritos used to be about 12 dollars and are now around 16, but the quality and portion still make it worth it. I recently came back after about a year and it tasted exactly the same. Their service is always quick despite the long line of people there. Their complimentary pickled onions, grilled onions, and carrots along with their homemade sauces really take the burritos and tacos to another level. They have added more seating so you can eat there fresh and hot. Parking is still tight with only a few spots nearby, but it is worth it for the food.

Very cool. I actually went on the first day they did it (it's held every 3rd Wednesday) and they had run out of food. This was understandable as it was nearly the end of the run time and I got there very late (I didn't know about it until, literally, the last 45 mins of the event.) Also, lines were initally quite long. Again, understandable since this was the first time they've had something like in Vallejo. There would be hype for it regardless. Defeated for the day, I went home. I decided to give it another shot once it returned. Upon it's return, I was welcomed with more reasonably sized lines. Also, layout of the trucks seemed to be much cleaner, if that makes sense. The trucks are lined up on the gigantic lawn area of the waterfront. Though the truck variety is not as great as a Off The Grid event, it's definitely much more than Vallejo is used to. So whether you want a burger, some sort of loaded fries, or Asian fusion, it's more than likely that you will find something you like. I've eaten at a couple of the trucks here and have had nothing but fast and friendly service. Food has come out quickly as well. Another plus is they show free movies on a big screen. That's always entertaining for kids and adults alike. To be clear, this isn't as varied as an Off The Grid. Recently my go-to has been their crunchy asada tacos so he grabbed me two of them, and confirmed that he wanted everything on them (cheese, onion and cilantro). When he got home we saw that my tacos were plain- not what he ordered. He called them to let them know of the issue and they told him that he could get drive the 15 minutes back to the truck and pick up sides of onion and cilantro. Bringing the tacos that they messed up on and getting it replaced with a fresh correct order was not an option. THEY didn't make the tacos as advertised/ordered, and their solution to fixing the error THAT THEY MADE was for the customer to drive back to the truck to get the toppings that THEY forgot. After using gas and spending time going back to the truck for the toppings, they then expected us drive back home and sprinkle them on cold old tacos. Keep in mind that these tacos are six dollars each. To add more insult to injury they cut costs by skimping on the cheese. This is a dish that I've ordered quite a few times so I know how it usually looks. This time around it looks like they sprinkled it on the corner of one of the tacos to give that melted/crusty cheese look, but there was barely any inside. He said there were people working that he hadn't seen there before so I'm not sure if that's what's contributing to the piss poor service, but whatever the case the solution that they gave for an error that they made is ridiculous.

This was a let down considering we used them for catering and then the promise of 1 free sandwich would not be honored. The issue is not the price of a sandwich but the lack of follow thru and the way the issue was handled. More recently I DoorDashed a Mesquite Turkey sandwich from then 30 min to closing. The sandwich was really good. TLDR: sandwiches are good, and perhaps we had a communication or customer relations issue.
