This is the worst McDonald's ever. I placed an order on the mobile app. When I got to the "restaurant" the did not have the item. They refused to refund me. I was told I had to call customer service. I call customer service and get a voicemail. I leave a message I also send an email NO one returns the call or emails. I call and email again. Again no reply. I call corporate. Corporate says all refunds have to be issued by the store. Go back to the store they tell me customer service is the only one to issue refunds. Never go here!!!! They just run you in circles till you give up. They also have very few people that speak English that work there. Good luck with that too. Save your calories and your health. Do Not give this franchise any business. read more

For some reason, this location has gotten noticeably better in the last couple of weeks. It appears that they recently hired a number of new people that are articulate, cheerful and professional. Orders are processing much more quickly and the food is typical MacDonald's quality which is all I expect from a fast food location. if they keep this up, then the ratings should go up. read more

A good visit I stopped in for breakfast early this morning, well before 7, and got my usual Hotcakes & Sausage. Ordering seemed a little complex, the drive-thru person also took my order at the same time. While I waited for my food someone came out from the back, apologizing to the staff for getting caught up on something and came right over to be sure I was being helped. More McDonald's employees arrived while I was eating so I don't think there is any issue at all. In fact, when I ordered I asked for two syrups and when I was given my tray a minute or two later it had two syrups. You would be surprised, or maybe not, how often I have to ask again when I'm handed the food. Anyway, the place looked fresh and clean, a nice open layout with seating all in front of the ordering area. They also have self-ordering stations, I will have to try using one of those soon. This McDonald's is located in the Plaza Venezia along Laurel Rd at I-75 exit 195. Convenient for me today. I probably should comment on the food, that's the main point of restaurant reviews. My Hotcakes & Sausage was exactly as I expected, the hotcakes uniform like they were initially prepared earlier en mass, the sausage warm, flavorful, and a bit greasy. read more

I had gone with my brother and dad. First off we gave our code, somehow they got that we wanted a mcchicken, though we never asked for it. My dad then asked for a large number 7 with a large Diet Coke. Then ordered on top of that two milkshakes, they removed the Diet Coke when we never asked them to. Then he ordered chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and honey mustard. Only gave him one sauce when we paid for an extra one. 7/3/23 My order, taken at the drive-thru was 1 apple fritter, 1 large sweet tea/no ice and 2 large unsweet teas/no ice. Pretty simple. At the food window, I was presented with 1 hamburger and 2 large unsweet teas/no ice. Pretty wrong. Up to this point all employees were pleasant and helpful. That is, until Ms. Turner, the manager showed up. She was abrupt, unpleasant and discourteous. When I pointed this out, she became even more so and after an exchange of observations, she said I must take the order as offered to me. She never even gave me the courtesy of offering my money back or correcting the order while I waited at the window. While trying to resolve our issue she decided to call the police in an attempt to embarrass my wife and myself. Just ordered a large black iced coffee and I get up to the window and the lady goes to hand me a large black iced coffee. I tell her I ordered a large black iced coffee and she says yes and tries to hand it to me and I said no I ordered a large black iced coffee and she tells me no you ordered a large black hot coffee and tries to hand it to me again! Seriously? I know what I ordered! Needless to say they can keep my $2.68 because I don't feel like arguing with the lady over it! Never been treated so rude by a manage in my life. At the kiosk, I went to order the $6.59 Combo Meal deal on my Mcdonald's app. I selected the wrong deal by mistake and canceled my order. Went to use the correct deal and the app told me I had to wait 15 minutes. I should have left then but I did actually wait the 15 minutes. Then the app told me I can only use one deal a day. When I talked to the manager and explained that I didn't get to use my deal, she just kept telling me she can't change the price. Then I told her that I guess she doesn't want any of my business. Then she said "I have plenty of business" and turned and walked away. When I went back to get her name she wouldn't give it to me. Then I asked for a phone number for the owner. Most restaurants usually have that info posted on the door or somewhere else but not here. She gave me a phone number and when I sat down to call it she shouted "Get out of my store!". Turns out the number was for Burger King. So I wasted nearly an hour and never got any food. Manager actually threatened to call the police on me. Terrible service and food! I don't expect much from McDonald's... just shame and regret after a brief bout with instant gratification. On May 20th 2019 at 11pm my wife and I saw our lowest expectations of humanity experience such disappointment we have lowered the bar for all future interactions with our kitchen bound kin. Our food was cold, colder than void. We ordered a sprite and received only pale and tepid water. We ordered ketchup for our 20 piece nugget and only were given two packets. 7:45am I ordered a big breakfast. With no one in line except one person in the drive-through it took 18 minutes to get my order! What makes this all ironic is that I use the mobile app by McDonald's and went inside to pick up my order. The coffee that I ordered was only half full, the hashbrowns were cold and they didn't include jelly with the order. In my opinion I would avoid this McDonald's at all cost. Went to this McDonald's at 1 am after finishing up some work and I sat in the drive thru for 20 mins waiting on fries! Then once I had gotten back to my house it occurred to me why I waited so long, they were over cooked rock solid! Won't be going back to this McDonald's. I come here whenever I travel to Nokomis. Employees are friendly. A woman was changing the trash and she took my tray so I didnt have to wait for a new trash bag. I love the Kiosks. They allow me to order individual items which I cant do in PA. read more

This is one of the worst McDonald's that I have ever encountered. I've tried to get food so many times with so many problems. One time, the "voice box" wasn't working and since it was lunchtime, the line in the other lane was long. So, when I complained at the window, they didn't do anything. I left. Another time I had to "pull up" and wait for an orange juice! Another time my food wasn't ready and I had to "pull up" and wait almost 10 minutes. Another time, my chicken nuggets weren't ready and I had to "pull up" to wait. Unfortunately, there were already 3 people waiting; so there wasn't a spot for me. But the traffic behind me couldn't wait for me to find a spot so they started honking to get around me. I was so disgusted that I just left - after paying and not getting my food.
