Just to be clear, it was the coupon for three footlongs for $17.99. they said the only coupon from the flyer they would accept would be the 1 footlong for $6.99. So, instead of honoring a coupon and making a customer happy, they threw away three footlong sandwiches over $3. I have owned a restaraunt and I do know sometimes you don't make as much on a coupon deal. However, I even accepted competitors coupons(at a loss sometimes). I understand this wasn't the employees fault. They were courteous about it.
