First of all, I ordered at the kiosk so i didn't have to wait in line but my receipt didn't print because they put in the roll backwards so i had to wait in line anyway. When i told her my issue she said "omg" and then went to go pack orders instead of taking my order. Second, The lady takes your order and then walks away to pack orders even though there's obviously a line forming. she did this back to back but sometimes she's doing it so frequent that the food isn't ready to pack yet so she is just standing there while there's people waiting at the register. Service took so long it was almost if not just about 30 minutes for MCDONALDS so our frozen soda melted more than half way up. I asked for a new one and she rolled her eyes then overfilled and threw it down in front of us. It kept exploding so i had to put it down and it kept spitting more frozen coke everywhere. All this happening and there's 3 of their staff sitting outside talking about their paychecks and schedule. read more

They always park everyone and the wait time is too long. By the time we get our food, it is cold and inedible. This review has nothing to do with the employees here who I find are always friendly. Either 2 things will happen (or both) if you decide to go through the drive thru here: 1. They will park you for a loooooong time and/or 2. They will mess up even the simplest of orders by forgetting something or giving you the wrong thing. God forbid if you have a special order because it will never arrive as you ordered it. It was a late evening, and I was seriously craving some French fries and a Coke. There's just something about theirs -- totally different from anywhere else and so addicting! I ended up placing a mobile order and used some rewards to add on a burger too. The drive-thru line was exceptionally long, and the wait matched it. But when I got to the speaker, the staff was kind, thanked me for my patience, and apologized for the delay. When I reached the first window, I asked if it was always like this, and the worker replied, "Well, we only have five workers so... yeah?!" I genuinely felt for them -- and suddenly, the long wait didn't seem so bad. At the second window, I received my food and could see the manager working hard alongside the crew. Respect to them for holding it down under pressure. The only thing that really bothered me was when I got home and found about 30 packets of black pepper tossed right into the fries. It would be much more thoughtful if those were placed in a separate bag or at least added before the food goes in. I get they were rushing, but even on a normal day, it's usually like that. This McDonald's location is never consistent, but we will go off of my experience from tonight. I ordered two meals, 2 sundaes, 1 McFlurry, and 2 mcchicken sandwiches. Waited in the drive thru lane for about 15mins before getting t the window to receive my order. At the window waited almost 10mins for my food items, the ice creams and 2 drinks were handed to me right away. The drinks are never filled to the top there is always at least a 1/2 inch gap in the cup. Once I received my food and double checked that I had all the items I paid for I drove off. The food was for my family waiting at home which is only 5mins after leaving this location. The fries were stale and the mcchicken sandwiches were sloppily put together and wrapped up. I understand "fast food", but I feel that the quality and presentation should still take some kind of a priority. Hopefully they will be able to be more consistent in doing better. read more

You know when you have a McDonald's hankering when you're not home, you're traveling, you don't want o cook, but you're hungry and you need something fast. So, McDonald's was it for us. Plus, it was late and we wanted something good but pretty fast. This place is located in a strip mall near a grocery store. We ordered from the kiosk and waited. We waited a pretty long time. Not sure what was going on. I've learned not to complain when it comes to food service. The wait wasn't too much longer so we just waited. The drive thru had people waiting so I guess it was busy. We finally received our food and it was right, all the way down to the sauces. I've read some of the reviews but we didn't experience most of the problems. Everything was good, it was hot and we killed the entire order. Our only complaint was the wait. read more

Tried to order food via drive thru & had a difficult time understanding the McValue meal order process. So I parked & went inside the lobby. The area was nice & very clean. I went to the kiosk & again had difficulty. An employee, Sheri, approached the register to take my order. I explained the trouble I was having. She immediately called upon another checker to assist customers at the register & proceeded to ask me if I needed help. Sheri had a warm smile and a genuine, 'interest in helping me, attitude. She showed me step by step on how the process of ordering what I was having issues with. I thanked her & she went back to the drive thru area. She brought my order to me within 3 minutes. She managed to bring my stress level down & I appreciated that as I was already having, "one of those days". Thank you Sheri for assisting me with genuine customer service. Okay it's 9:30 a.m date is 8/4/24 Sunday morning, went in to pick up my online order nobody in the front waiting and waiting streatch my neck to look in the back by the drive through and cooking area, the manager has no name tag and is texting someone on the phone while there's customers in the front waiting to be helped, someone finally came and she didn't have a name tag either, I guess maintaining standards is not important to this restaurant, and texting on the phone while working is Normal even the manger does it. I had the worst experience here this morning. We ordered two sausage McMuffin bundles and a large coke while in the drive-thru. I said bundles three times. We paid for our food and then got to the final window and there weren't any hashbrowns in our bag. When I pointed that out to the cashier she instantly became rude and argumentative. We checked our receipt and were only charged for the sandwiches. We wanted hashbrowns so I asked for them and told her we'd pay the difference for the bundles. She rang us up for two full-price hashbrowns which were $6 additional. The bundles were only $3.99 each so that was not right. When we mentioned it to her she stared at us angrily until my husband asked if there was a manager. She straight up told us "no" and stared for a minute then auntie rolled her eyes and called for a manager. I was very polite although confused up until this point. By this time we'd been at the window for a long time and just wanted to be fairly charged for the hashbrowns. We tried to explain that to the manager and she accused us of yelling at her. Then they threw two hashbrowns in a bag and shoved them out the window at us. This Mcdonald's is routinely subpar and often very slow making you park consistently for drive-thru orders, but today's rudeness was just next level. An updated review but not an updated rating, I am sick and tired of this location screwing our orders. Today I went through to get breakfast for the family, got back home and found that literally all of our sandwich were missing so we only had the platters. In addition they gave me like 7 hashbrowns for some reason. This isn't the first time, this isn't even the 5th time, we are far far beyond a number that I have enough fingers to count with. The staff is apologetic but I don't want apologies, I want my order right the first time so I can sit and eat a meal with my family instead of driving back here while they enjoy their food. Just ordered a Deluxe Qtr Pound Meal. I also ordered a plain hamburger on the side. So they give me my deluxe (supposed to have lettuce and all that good stuff) plain just the two Pattie's and bun. When I got in the car and we left I realized the only gave us 1 set of utensils for 2 platters and NO BUTTER and SYRUP for my babies pancakes. By this time we were already on our way to an event. Many things have said about this location, so I'll speak base on my own experience and review the basics. This location is very conveniently located across the beach near the road, no detour necessary. And very close to my home. It has two drive thru lanes, although sometimes there's only one lane open which during rush hour wait times can get crazy long. I come here late evenings after work, there normally here's no lines, I just go in and out. Mostly, the order takers get my orders accurately one, and they would repeat to make sure my order is accurate. Once I get to the next window, they'd greet me as per protocol. Some drive thrus don't do that. Then I get to the last window, they'd verify my order to make sure they handing me my correct order. 99 percent of the time, I use drive thru and mostly drive thru crew here are very courteous. I understand they are sometime undermanned especially due to covid, but two lanes open at the same time would mitigate long lines and long wait times. read more

This McDs has been a part of the Leeward community for a long time! Although a few local business come and go, this McDs has been through its share of renovations and vandalism. The team members seem to move quickly when motivated by a good floor manager and the food gets out hot and fresh to the customers. Love that each season they have different selections of desserts and sandwiches. Don't forget to complete the survey on your receipt to get a discount on a sandwich.
