One of the most annoying places ever. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here, I leave missing an I item I paid for. Sometimes after a long day and night of work it's the only place open quick it to get my food.nimnsick if always having to drive back or make a call. SMH. Get it together guys. Omg , I can't ever seem to get my whole order correct here, either they give you the whole order and everything is wrong or they give you half of your order and it's all made right, you'd think with a 20 min drive thru wait (no matter how many people are in the drive thru or what time of day you go) the least they could do is make your food correctly without leaving things out... I came through the drive thru tonight and ordered me and my husband quarter pounder deluxe meals, no salt on the fries because my hypertension is bad, instead they gave me two quarter pounders with cheese and two fries, that after I dumped them out you could still see a mountain of salt on... and they weren't even fresh , I figured maybe you guys gave me the wrong order so I tried to call and whoever answered the phone wasn't very happy about me calling in about my order, after talking with other people while I was explaining the situation she told me well you're gone already nothing I can do, and then hung the phone up... if I could put zeros stars I would because this service was ridiculous especially sense I've had better service from different McDonald's... no reason for this locations team to be so crappy when there are people who need jobs that will take more pride in what they do... read more

I went to McDonald's on April 2nd at around 11 at night. My experience was chaotic and just a NO! First of all, I'm very grouchy when I'm hungry but who isn't? Everyone is! Anyways, when I first saw the McDonald's line I was amazed by how short it was. BUT NOW I KNOW WHY IT WAS SHORT! Their credit card machine was broken. The lady said CASH ONLY. I mean, that didn't really bother me. I always carry cash on me. So it was fine all the way through the line. The lady was super nice, even with the credit card machine broken. She was very calm with the situation. We ordered two mcflurrys, two medium fries, a fileo fish large meal with a fruit punch, and TWO MCCHICKENS. When I got home, everything just went DOWNHILL. Everything was great except for the McChicken that wasn't even a McChicken! It was wrapped like a McChicken, but it had a fileo fish inside of the McChicken! I wanted to BARF seeing it and just wondering how in the hell do you put a FILEO FISH INSIDE OF A MCCHICKEN! That's just honestly WRONG! The cooks should be more careful when they make their food. Don't half-ass sh*t! I hate that I have to write this long negative review, but McDonald's should know what they've done. I got home gave my girlfriend one coke and biscuit and that is exactly what she got, one coke and a biscuit...both sausage biscuits missing the sausage!! How the hell do you do that?? How the hell does a worker there not put anything between two biscuits?? Idk why but when I got my bakers dozen cookies, I asked for fresh ones because doesn't it say "Soft Baked" n it was cold n hard, when we asked the girl she told me they were fresh... So cookies are cold when they're fresh? And I also could hear some girls gossiping saying just microwave it? Is that how you treat your customers, just to microwave cookies that are suppose to be freshly cooked? Shows how much you care about your business or job lol. So I just had to try the famous lobster roll they have been bragging about, well let me tell you it's exactly what you would get from a fast food restaurant for $9.99 , the lobster taste like it just came out of the freezer, there's more lettuce on the sandwich then meat! oh then you also get shells to chew on. They are lucky to even get a star. The only good thing about that whole experience is the free wifi. I mean I have never yelled at any worker before but it was either that or waste $28. First of all we ordered a six piece nugget, two medium fries, and three drinks. Our number was 231 and they had just called 230 and we thought we were next. There were only like 3 other families in there and they called everyone who had a bigger order than us. We thought maybe the drive thru was busy. There were only two cars in the drive thru and now like 5 angry customers including me. 30 minutes had past and we still hadn't gotten anything. So I tried to be nice and I went up to the counter and asked excuse me and pardon a couple of hundred times and the workers would look and comprehend my existence and still ignore me. 20 more minutes passed and they finally gave us our food but it wasn't exactly what we ordered. They told us to wait for our drinks and we were like ok now we're in business. 10 minutes passed, nothing, there were like 15 workers back there and 13 of them were doing nothing. So I demanded the drinks and that took another 10 minutes for them to just give us our drinks. So I advise you to not go to this McDonald's if you expect an exceptional experience. But if you like waiting an hour be my guest. read more
