We got breakfast again today consisting of two hash browns and two sides of scrambled eggs. Eggs were fluffy and tasty. Hash browns were crunchy but not overcooked. We have ordered this combination several times and and have been very happy with this location. read more

Not a bad McDonald's. The cashier was really nice and helpful with the stack of coupons I came in with. The order was rung up fast. Food came out fast. Fries were ordinary. The double quarter pounder was ordinary. Everything was good. The tables weren't sticky. The straws, lids, napkins dispensaries were clean. Bathrooms were clean. This is one of my kids favorite McDonalds. He loves the play escape and the monitors at the window table that he can do activities on while he eats or watch a video . Someone can also play a few games with you with versus mode. The restaurant is very clean and modern. With self ordering kiosks available,so you don't have to talk to anyone if you chose. Friendly employees and good values ! I didn't have to wait long to get my food and the separate kids area makes it easy on families with very hyper children like mine who make alot of noise ,lol. This restaurant is located on route 5 and easy to get to from either direction. I would totally recommend this one over the many that are around the area . read more

On 6-22-24 around 1:45 PM employee preparing burgers drops bun on floor, picks it up, looks around and places bun half back on sandwich. Disgusting! What would it have taken to just grab another bun top so the customer could eat a sandwich that wasn't on the dirty floor. i was given my food in to go bag to eat in. quarter pound deluxe burger was raw. i took it back and had to wait so drive thru can get theirs first. my fries got cold sitting on a table and was told they would give me new fries, i said don't (did not want to wait) they did give me more fries that were hot. If I could leave no star I would. As we approached the microphone to order we were told we weren't able to separate our bills which has never been a problem for me elsewhere. Placed my order in the Drive thru for breakfast, I ordered pancakes and sausage mind you I was looking forward to eating my hotcakes. When I ordered I asked for 2 syrups. When I parked I opened up my breakfast and was looking for my butter ... NO butter went in the bag looking for my syrups grabbed the syrup and it spilled all over me because it was opened and there was only one when I had asked for 2. So here I am sitting in my car with my breakfast on my lap syrup all over my shirt and pants.. I had to close my breakfast and drive back to the window and ask for butter and another syrup When I told the girl what happened ALL she said was IM SORRY. My breakfast was Luke warm at this point I lost my appetite and put my dam breakfast in the garage because her sarcasm and she had no remorse with that smirk on her face. 12 minutes for a McFlurry...at 3pm‍ I was asked to park while I waited for it. That's too long.

Every single time I order from this McDonald's, through their app or Uber Eats, they get the happy meal order wrong. It's so simple. Hamburger Happy Meal w/cheese and ketchup only. The meal arrives, the ticket taped to the box says exactly that, ketchup only, add cheese. Lo and behold, no cheese. When ordering through the app, I call and they do give me a refund for the meal. Then I have to go through Uber Eats to reorder because their app won't let you reorder right away. It's just frustrating to see the look on my granddaughters face when she opens up her meal. This has been happening for awhile and I just got so frustrated when it happened again today. Rant over. Please, read the tickets that come in and get it right the first time. read more

I would rate this place 0 if I could, probably even the negatives. Sadly,this is not an option. Every single time I come to this place there is some kind of problem wether it's busy or not. I've gotten into multiple verbal altercations with multiple staff. They are very disrespectful and if this place has any chance of redemption, it would need to fire every single person in there. Furthermore, the food is always terrible, I've found multiple hairs in my food and I would be surprised if those "employees" DIDN'T spit in my food yet. Unbelievable! As a supervisor/manager where is the training for customer service? I witnessed an associate very nice while a supervisor (button up shirt) being very rude and unprofessional! There was an extra item on my order so I asked for a refund and didn't take it, they had me drive up to the second window to get it and when the manager went to give me my money back he dropped half of it on the ground and told me to pull up and he would grab it because it was snowy and slushy. Major resson for the low rating is the long wait time at the drive thru. Happens during what should be quiter times too, like late mornings or about 3 in the afternoon. Food is okay, although I can't remember the last time I got hot fries, either inside or drive thru. Don't expect same level of food as a regular restaurant, but, aside from Popeye's down the street which is ALWAYS a disaster, this McD's doesn't stack up next to it's cometitor fast food places in the area. Had late night cravings with my friends so we decided to call and ask if they ice cream machine was still on. The girl on the other end picked up the store phone said "hello" which made me stop and think that I pressed the wrong number because when you call a business they normally say thank you for call so and so how may I help you (or something to that effect) so I said is this McDonald's she said "yeah." with a sassy tone. I shook my head and I asked my question she responded "yeah" again and I said thank you and she just hung up without saying anything. Going to the drive thru I head her short and rude voice to take our order so we tried to keep a positive vibe going hopping she'd feed off our energy sadly she did not she forgot our order and had us pull to the next window as she was handing us our ice cream she yelled out of the window to a man waiting for his food she said "what did you get" he responded and the she just rolled her eyes and walked away we all looked at each other in shock at how rude she was. I was surprised that this company would misrepresent their product (Lobster Roll). Their ad looks so great that my wife & I tried this Great New England treat. The picture they use looks great, but what you get is nothing like it. A small roll, soggy lettuce, two teaspoons of a lobster mix (maybe) and one nice piece of lobster on top for $8.95. In this area you can get a great HOT lobster roll with butter and 1/4 lb of lobster for $9.95. McDonald's lobster roll is a joke. read more

Got the Artisan Chicken Sandwich, ordered it with ketchup only NO VEGETABLES but of course it was wrong. As I pulled up to the newly renovated McDonalds, I couldn't help but feel atleast alittle excited for what was to come. I had heard rumors of such things as large iPads for ordering and select choices that weren't avaliable at all locations. To my surprise, none of these were true. The menu was the same as it has been for months and nothing new was added. As I stand in line, I wait to even be acknowledged by an employee, and it takes about five minutes to even order. I order four McChickens with no mayo but ranch instead and they refused to put the condiment on the actual sand which but luckily had factory packaged containers that I could gladly put on my own sandwiches. As I wait for my McFlurry, I'm standing at the counter and right as I turn around to head towards my table, the server takes my receipt off the tray without me even noticing. She had neglected to give me my French Fries, ethier out of spite or just plain maliciousness, and when I returned to the counter, the cashier tried to tell me I didn't order fries. After brief conflict, she hesitantly gave me the fries when I threatened to contact the manager. Three of my four McChickens were cold due to the fact that I had to wait an extra five minutes for my last one. All in all, the service was frustrating, the new atmosphere is painfully modern with little symmetry or taste, and the food was, well, the same old shit that McDonalds has been serving for years. So forget the rumors or allegations, don't fall for the bright new lights outside because you will leave dissatisfied and morally angry. I think I'll go another four months with eating this garbage.
