The potatoes were delicious - it was actually the only thing I ended up eating at my wedding, running around I didn't have much of an appetite but a veggie potato was perfect for me and so delicious. My husband loved the flavor of his too. He noted the menu was great too, listing out how much time each potato would take and they were so efficient. We got lots of compliments from guests for the potatoes and everyone said how nice the servers at each food truck were. I also appreciated working with Jared, he was very kind, communicative and flexible (I was also very impressed he remembered what my potato order was the next day!).
