I go out of my way to go to the other McDonald's on diamond bar blvd because of how bad this one is. They have never not messed up my order. No matter how many times your say "Can I please have fresh cookies? I can wait" or "Can I have this sauce" etc they always manage to not get it right. The worst though is I have order multiple times the McGriddle and they alwayyyyysss send me home with an English muffin instead of the McGriddle bread. Not worth the head ache. read more

This was my experience today: I placed a mobile order for a McChicken, medium fries, and a medium sweet tea, then checked-in curbside at 4:53pm. When I realized it was already 5:03pm and my food hadn't arrived, I went to the drive-thru to inquire. (First strike.) It was a dual drive-thru. I noticed that the a vehicle that drove up to the other drive-thru speaker was helped first even though he came after me. The employee at the speaker told me to "please hold and I'll be right with you." Soon after, I heard the person in the other vehicle placing his order. (Second strike.) When the lady came back on the speaker, I told her I had been waiting 10 minutes for my mobile order at the curbside parking spot. She then told me to proceed to the second window. A lady who seemed to look like she was the manager (based on her uniform) handed me an ice cream cone when I arrived at the second window. I told her that it wasn't my order. She looked confused, as well as the other employee next to her. I informed her that I had a mobile order set for curbside pick-up but it never came. Then she looked down into a bag that was directly under her nose and asked if I ordered the McChicken with no shred. And I said Yes. (Third strike.) She handed me the bag and I asked to speak to the manager. She then tells me she WAS the manager as of 7 minutes ago, and that the manager who was supposed to take the shift after her was 7 minutes late. It is now 5:07pm. (Fourth strike.) Lastly, as she handed me my bag of food, I told her that this was probably the worst McDonald's experience and customer service I've ever had. She told me she would let the owner know, with no apologies whatsoever. Then I drove away, only to realize that she never handed me my Sweet Tea. (Fifth strike.) I then had to park my car, walk into the restaurant and went straight to the counter as there was NO LINE in the restaurant. It looked like the next manager had arrived and he looked to be cleaning behind the counter. I told him I was just at the drive-thru and the employee forgot to give me my drink. He didn't respond right away, but instead finished what he was doing, then asked what drink I ordered, while the employee from the drive-thru walked over to me and handed me my watered-down drink. Employees are always nice n friendly. I ordered the 2/$3 McDoubles with extra onions on both. They repeated the order back & we agreed. At the 1st window- heard my order repeated & agreed as I paid. 2nd window (pickup) order repeated 2 me as they handed me my food. As I opened the McDoubles I noticed they had put a label/sticker on it with "EXTRA ONIONS." I thought that was pretty cool. By now, you probably guessed that there weren't any onions at all. I ordered 2 sausage and egg McMuffins for my son via the drive thru and after ordering and paying for his food, I drove to the 2nd drive thru window and the girl working the window was leaning on her left elbow.. When she looked at me, she said "you have to pull forward"... no explanation as to why or how long I'd have to wait... just simply "you have to pull forward"!! So I told her there isn't a place to park because there are 3 cars already parked in front of the restaurant waiting for food and she says "so you're not going to pull forward"... I replied by saying where am I suppose to park?! She then walks away... Soon after, a woman wearing green walks up to the drive through and says "you have to pull forward and wait"! No, hi, I'm so and so... no, hi, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but... just as rudely as the girl employee, "you have to pull forward and wait"!!! I then asked how long and she said 5 minutes... I told her there were already 3 cars parked in front waiting for their food and I asked where am I suppose to park and she says "if you don't pull forward we can give you a refund"!!! At this point, now I'm pissed!!! Unbelievable how unprofessional the staff is at this McDonalds!!! I then told her I don't want a refund and I'm not pulling forward because there's no where to park. She then says "you're going to wait then for 5 minutes" and walks away!!! However, she returned soon after and I asked her for her name and title and she says she's the manager, so I told her I want her name so I can file a complaint as she and her staff know nothing about professional customer service. She returns a few minutes later with a ripped greasy piece of paper with the name "Joselin" on it and hands it to me. I asked her if she had a business card and she says no and walks away again! Finally, when I get my son's food, Joselin just sticks it out of the drive thru window... no I'm sorry for your experience, can I make it better... no nothing... just standing there holding the food until I took it... I have been ordering their breakfast McMuffins for awhile and substitute the muffin with lettuce wrap to make it low carb. This morning, I got an extra charge of $0.60. I complains that this is the wrong amount. The lady who is doing the ordering said her manager tell her to do the extra charge since yesterday. $0.60 is not going to make McDonald rich or make me poor. But it does give me a bad feeling. This is probably one of the best McDonald's locations around me. It actually doesn't make me feel ashamed going to McDonald's... I love that it's 24/7. At all hours of the night, I can come here to quench my thirst (sweet tea!) or indulge in a guilty pleasure. In addition, lots of students come here to study which gives this place a busy, friendly vibe. Instead of all deserted and creepy like some other McDonald's. The food itself...typical. What do you expect? I personally believe McDonald's has the best fries in America. Their chicken nuggets, hot n' spicy mcchicken, McFlurry, and filet-o-fish are all delicious. I clearly am a fan of Mcdonald's food. It gets one star off because I'm still salty that: one time in the summer I came for a McFlurry and they were out, another time they said they weren't taking credit cards, another time they closed early when I was not ready to leave, they need more outlets for laptops. It is more like "what can I get you" "that's it" "total at window" get to window and she's not even willing to say hello to me just saying the total with her hand out. I get it. It's late. I don't want to be working either. But it pays the bills and it's so unfair that I have to get treated like nothing because I happen to work late nights and this is when I get off work. This place is great! I come here often to study and it has 3 things I love: cheap food, tons of space, and free wifi. Free refills, so that makes this place AMAZING for studying. Pick yourself up some brain food and you're set. The food is standard McDonald's fast food. Don't think about it too much and it tastes good. The service is good, the workers are really nice. Horrible experience. It's 11:20 at night. I'm tired. Had a long day and decided to stop at the nearest McDonald's. I ordered my food and I was told to park. No specific instructions were provided, so that's what I did, I parked and then I noticed two other cars were also parked. I worked fast food. I know you only park a car when the car behind it has their food ready. The two other cars parked in front of me and I noticed they got their food first. As I'm waiting two other cars are parked. They also get their food I have now I've been waiting for 15 minutes and still nothing later I'm given an order that isn't mine and it is not what I paid for. I go back into the drive-through, and again I am parked, I get my order again, and again it is wrong. It is not everything that I asked for. At this point it is now 30 minutes in, and I still have not received my food. I am extremely upset at the lack of attention of their employees. This McDonald's sucks. It's not often that I do go to a McDonald's but every time I come to this one the managers are lazy and unaccomodating. They ALWAYS mess up my orders and have such attitude when you tell them it's wrong. When the staff go "talk to their manager" the manager sends them back to tell you there's nothing they can do. I stopped in today to order 2 coffees and a shake (not even any food items) and it still took us 20 minutes just to get those 3 items. When we got one of the coffees it was filled 3/4 of the way up the cup. So we told one of the girls working that the coffee was supposed to be a large and she said they would fix it. When she took it to the girl working the drink/coffee station, she said "the coffee's wrong" and the other girl putting the orders together said "i know, I saw it." So basically, she knew the coffee was not full but sent it out to the customer (me) anyway. So it's wise to always check your orders because some people just don't care that you're spending your money on their product(s). read more
