Why do I continually punish myself by coming here? Wanting "Mighty Kids Meals" for the kids, we came through the drive through. I ordered the same thing for them that they always get... double cheese burger meals. (A regular "Happy Meal" has always been a single cheeseburger and a "Mighty Kids Meal" is a double) The woman said "we don't do that, it's only a single burger", I said " We gotten it a thousand times, and I'm looking at it on your menu as we speak". She went on to get boisterous acting like we are ridiculously just marking things up. Apparently not wanting to deal with us anymore, someone else got on the speaker. The new woman said "so you want a regular cheeseburger right, because we don't do doubles in the kids meals" again I said " I am literally looking at it on your menu right now". She also started huffing and puffing like we are crazy, because she even said "we've never done that". (My whole issue is this; if it is now been taken off the menu... fine, but acting as though it's never been a thing they've carried really frustrated me. Also that I'm crazy and I'm just making up the fact that I've gotten it a thousand times before and It's not on a 6 foot tall menu right in front of me is ridiculous) At that point the rude first woman got back on the speaker and said "move up to the last window". The line was long and slow moving. After waiting in it for another 15 minutes, I told myself "why am I still here after being spoken to harshly and knowing full and well that my order is going to be wrong". I exited the line and left. We went to Little Caesars, luckily they didn't try and convince me I'm crazy for wanting pepperoni on the pizza. read more

The manager on duty was VERY rude to myself and several customers ahead of me. She was also snapping at her employees. When I asked to speak to her, the request was ignored. When I called for her attention she refused to give me her name and spoke in a nasty tone! As I was walking out of the store a customer stopped me to inform me that her name is Casey. The customer stated she used to work at this location and quit because of Casey. And to top it off, the bathroom was disgusting!! Never again.... read more

Why can't they ever get my order right? It's conveniently located near my house and when the kids are nagging for a happy meal, I really don't want to drive to the other side of town. Sometimes I wish I did drive to a further one because in the time it takes to go back in and correct my order I could of gone up town and back. Traveling this weekend. It was pouring rain on I-95 so we decided to do a pit stop and grab a quick bite for breaky. This McDonald's is connected to a gas station (BP/Stuckeys). Plenty of parking and they also have a drive through. Filled up our tank, headed inside to visit the restrooms and then walked into the Macdonald's. The lady that took our order was friendly and personable. She commented on my tattoo and thought it was cute. Our order came out right. Hubby was impressed with their mocha coffee. He thought it was great quality and tasted really good. read more

So I am typically more forgiving with fast food restaurants as I worked at McDonald's for a couple years when I was in high school, but this place is a shit show. The only redeeming quality is that the food eventually came out hot and fresh, but it took 5 minutes to order and pay, before they requested that I (and the three cars behind me) pull forward with instruction that my food would be brought out. Then 5 minutes later an employee came out and asked what my order was. Then another 5 minutes later, my order (a #9 meal, and a medium fry) came out incomplete, and another five minutes later, I was finally on my way. 20 minutes does not constitute "fast food", and I would recommend, any McDonald's on any other exit off 95, if you are looking for good service. read more

Hours of operation states that the restaurant opens at 6:00am. Pulled up at 6:30am and we're told that they wouldn't serve us for another 20 minutes. Extremely disappointing. Very inconvenient. All the reviews on this app shows that this location needs new management. read more

stopped in on our way back up north from a FL vacation and unexpectedly enjoyed what probably were the greatest fries I've ever had from a McDonald's location. unassuming, but worth a visit! service was on par with McD's standards too, a little bit of a wait but all around no complaints. read more

Lots of staff present for the number of guests and drive thru cars but they seem overwhelmed and confused. One order taker gave someone a wrong number and that through everything into a quagmire. Food was ok once we got it but just took a long time which wasn't our goal since we were trying to get on the road to finish our trip. read more

Too bad I can't give zero stars because I totally would. This is the absolute worse McDonald's I've been to yet. We stopped for a quick bite to eat which turned into damn near an hour wait time. I am more than understanding about how busy it is because of holiday travel. If you're going to have me waiting that long please make sure the food is worth it. Quarter Pounder with cheese was burnt, chicken nuggets were burnt on the outside but wet in the inside which means they were frozen going in and the fries were cold. It is absolutely incredible that this store retains the McDonald's brand. I have never before reviewed a McDonalds, but this location is really bad. As a regular business traveler to the area, it is convenient - But, always consistently slow. Items on the menu are often not available or things like lettuce are not on sandwiches when supposedly there. Commonly the lights are off and doors locked well after 6:00 AM opening time. Worst ever, waited in drive Thru 40 minutes and only 2 cars went thru. Left and went to next exit and had Burger King instead . ZERO STARS

The drive through legit took 17 mins with only 2 cars in front of me and the cars only got 1 regular sized bag of food each.

I watched in disbelief as one of the employees used her bare hands to take the cheese off of what was supposed to be a plain hamburger. My son has a dairy allergy so not only is that horrifying on a safety level but also so gross sanitarily. It's just beyond me that she would think that's okay to do. read more

Disgusting. Awful. I could go on. We stopped here on our way back from Florida as it was conveniently located off of I-95. We figured, it's a McDonalds so the one thing the chain is known for is consistency. Wrong. Quite frankly, if this had been my first experience with the chain, I would never return to any location. They messed up our order not once but twice. It wasn't even a complicated order. My husband asked for a double fish sandwich, hold the tartar, add ketchup. Their first attempt gave him a single fish sandwich with no less than a quarter of a cup of tarter sauce. He went in and asked for another and reiterated what he wanted. This time they got it closer and at least had the 2 fish patties. However it yet again had a quarter of a cup of tarter sauce on it and no ketchup. Not wanting to waste anymore time (we had already been there for half an hour trying to get our food and no, it was not even remotely busy), he decided to just scrape the sauce off. He looked for ketchup packets and they had none. No ketchup. He asked if they could put some ketchup on for him, they said no. At this point, we get back in our car to leave. He takes a bite of his fish sandwich and gags. I take a bite of my cheddar onion burger and do the same. Not only did they mess up the order but the food was dried out. The bun on my burger was burned too. I'm not a huge fan of the chain but when traveling, McDonald's is usually a place one can rely on to give consistently edible food. But not this one. I wish I had checked yelp first before stopping here because everyone else seems to echo my sentiments. But I didn't think to check because it was a McDonald's. They aren't gourmet but they're usually edible. Tough lesson learned. I'm avoiding McDs like the plague on car trips from now on. read more

Stopped for lunch while on a road trip. The service was horrible. All napkins, condiments, cream sugar etc are behind the counter. You must request everything and than the cashier who is already busy must walk several feet away from the register to get whatever you ask for. As people attempt to leave they realize there is NO place for all the extras you usually find. They ALL come back slowing down to order process. I understand trying to keep costs down but there are better ways to do this. If someone orders coffee chances are they don't want it just black, ask what they need so everyone isn't roaming around looking to only return to the counter again. read more

We stopped here for a restroom and dinner break during a ride back home. At least one thing was missing from everyone's meal. Bacon on a burger, an order of fries, drinks, sauces, etc...The woman taking our order made us repeat our orders back to her, so we are confused on how it all got wrong. The sodas tasted horrible. Most of the food was cold and lazily put together. Even the coffee was almost clear. When asking to make another cup, they claimed nothing was wrong with the coffee. I can't give zero stars so one will have to do. 15 minutes to get a drink cup and a cone. I was the only one in line. Girl at counter looked directly at me more than ten times and never offered up a single word about when she could take my order. It's only a damn cone. I assume that it was every worker's first day here. Everyone seemed to be playing around in the back, a worker had to be told by the manager to address the register at least five times. Had to order on the digital machine, even though a worker had to ring up the payment, and they needed two workers to do that, and they couldn't even do that correctly. They charged someone'a credit card twice when she wasn't paying attention. They told you they had Coca-Cola, and then didn't even had a Coke fountain labeled, and there was no coke. Said there was no Sprite, yet there was Sprite, and it tasted like coyote urine. When using the drink fountain, each drink strongly sprayed out sideways. There was also water all over the floor behind the counter for whatever reason. They didn't have large drink lids, even though they sell large drinks. The attached gas station bathrooms were not in good hygiene, which is a generous understatement. You had to play "the floor is lava" but with urine to walk in there. Every gas pump said it would eat your card, and you had to pay in the disgusting store, just for the gas station across the street to be unavailable due to a staffing shortage, it appears as if practically no one works in this town, and those who do, don't know what on earth they are doing. It's incredible that the health inspector hasn't shut this place down yet. Avoid at all costs. read more
