We ordered our food on the app from home. The app had us pick a table and enter the table number on the app, it knows when you've arrived. We did what the app said and waited. And waited. And waited. I hear someone yelling Kathleen, which isn't my name but it was our order. The food was hot and the coffee was fresh and done just right. Good grief this place is awful. $16 an hour for employees and the service has gotten worse than when it was minimum wage. Proving paying workers more doesn't make employees willing to do a good job. This is the worst location in Monroe county hands down. Waited 30 minutes in line for my food that wasn't correct and was cold. When I went inside to get my items they forgot, no one even approached me. I ask the man in front of me who said he'd been standing there for 10 minutes and no one had talked to him either. got a mc chicken a fry and a dr pepper, when i get to the window the lady handed the drink to me and i took a sip and it was Pepsi i told her and she took the drink back and next to her there were 8 or 9 drink sitting there and she lifted the lid of like 5 of them and took a sip to find the dr pepper and handed it to me. i will not be returning specifically because of the food and partly this experience. i would rate it lower. read more

Absolutely horrible location. Unfortunately i cannot give this less than one star. Fries are constantly cold, service is rarely polite, drinks are constantly under filled. Good luck calling them if you have a missing item...They won't answer. Complaints to cooperate go unanswered and won't offer even a refund, coupon, or simple email from the owner regarding an issue. I had a mobile order that I ordered ahead of time and still had to wait in the lobby for a half an hour when I got there. Once I got home they forgot an Entire Big Mac on my order and the sweet and sour sauce I asked for my nuggets. I usually don't write reviews for placed but this is ridiculous. This was my favorite McDonald's location until a worker pocketed my credit card, tried to pay her phone bill with it, and got caught. No apology from franchise owners or management. The sensible part of me wants to say she got fired for that, but who knows? Will never be going back to find out. I understand it's a minimum wage fast food job, but if a employee commits a crime against one of your customers, it's probably a good idea to, at the very least, apologize. The Waterloo McDonalds has went to hell. It use to be a fast food place but now takes 20 to 25 mins for food. They hired some resent people that's even rude, a long with some managers there. They always always get the order wrong, they dont smile they use the cell phones while taking orders or chat to there friends while we wait. They play tag they dont clean the place. Why cant yous hire older help and get rid of the kids. Or shut down and let steak and shake or some other place take over. This place is a disgrace. read more

What in the world is going on with your Iced Tea??? I come through at least 5 times a week so this isn't a one time thing. The iced tea for the last several weeks has been like water. You are not saving money by cutting down on the tea bags or adding water you are losing customers. You can call the hotline but no one ever answers or calls you back ...come on McDonalds! read more

This store is not what it use to be! So dirty! The counter tops and floors are filthy, I remember in the past seeing employees cleaning and that was a good thing! Not anymore. The floors have ketchup and soda all over them, looks like someone mopped floors with a dirty mop. Tables and counters are not cleaned off you need search the whole store to find a seat without food crumbs or smudges and you need hazmat suit on at the counter with all the smudges and dirt you can see just walking in!
