If this is the future of McDonald's, I like it! Outside you've got a double drive thru. Inside there is high backed booths, faux leather and granite accents, a double-sided fireplace...and XM Radio. Well, I heard Split Enz and Siouxsie and the Banshees on what I assume was a deep-cuts 80's station. Now, if the food would only get in line...there was no Asian Chicken Salad at this location and the young girl taking my order crinkled her nose when I asked about it. Trust me, McDonald's offers an Asian Chix Salad. I looked up at the menu and saw Bacon Ranch (Salad) and ordered that. She looked down at her cash register and said she saw a button for "Grilled Ranch" or "Crispy Ranch"...not to throw her head in a complete spin, I said "Grilled Ranch". Get some learning! It's not fatal! Did I mention the leather couches and two flat screen tv's? Oh, and there's a small small game room with...wait for it....McDonald's Foosball, with little Ronald's as the man-on-a-stick. Cool! I tried to stop there quick to order something for my wife my kid and myself. I explicitly stated a kids meal about three times while I was ordering and all they rang up was a six piece nugget and a chocolate milk. I got to window 1 and it was two kids, get to the second window and it was the same result. there wasn't an adult in sight so it wasn't even worth trying to ask for a manager, I was afraid it was just gonna be another incompetent child. We ordered 3 hash brows and they only gave us two. The iced caramel coffee doesn't even have caramel it's just nasty coffee

I frequent this McDonald's quite often because I work at a local mechanic shop and every Saturday morning we do McDonald's breaky for the shop. For the first few weeks we did this it went off without a hitch BUT now over the past 3 weeks they have raw dogged my order and hit me where it hurts. They constantly mess up the fact that I want regular egg McMuffins and not damn sausage. They have also forgot to include items I have paid for like my Big Mac I got two weeks ago. ALSO when I ask for extra breakfast sauce on the steak egg and cheese bagels I WANT GOD DAMN EXTRA SAUCE. Seriously what has happened........ super super SLOW drive thru service. One lane only being used for busy drivethru. RUDE staff in drive thru and inside! My order was wrong so I had to go inside. Stood in line to have ordered fixed. While in line staff could be heard complaining about anything and everything out loud.. 1 person on register who was also texting on his cell while assisting customer in front of me. He never once apologized for order mess up. I think he was even the Manager. The girl from drive thru window announced she knew items were forgotten in my bag.... seriously!!!! Please.... please....... PLEASE! When I order no onions on the #9 steak egg n cheese bagel please do not put onions not only on both sides but also UNDERNEATH the cheese so I have to mangle this otherwise magnificent creation, simply to get out the onions. Please God I pray to thee that some day I will order no onions and actually not get onions.( this has happened two days in a row) I am willing to give you one more chance. Don't know where to start. Our order for 2 double cheese burgers. My husband came home with 1 chicken nuggets and old fries. Nothing been right for weeks. Today he came home with 2 egg Mcmuffins. Joked that they got it right. NOPE. No Canadian bacon on either one. Inside is just as bad. read more

EXTREMELY disappointed. i have never expected any good service from a fast food place like mcdonalds but this one here as dropped below my honest belief of how people behave. we went through the drive through and the girl continued to cut us off telling us multiple times our total and the pull up to the window when we weren't even done ordering. then she did it one last time and cut us off completely. we watched 3 cars go through the other side and she never came back to finish taking the order. once we got there only half of the stuff we had ordered and she had heard was in our bag and the be kind gentleman that was there trying to complete our order but we had already spend 15 minutes or more on just trying to order. read more

Person at the cash register wasn't fully trained. Should have another person that's ready to help but instead would get ignored and sitting there looking confused. I had to step in and say something to the higher up. Instead of facing me and talking or trying to help she just says idk and kept doing something else. Btw you can use a deal and a reward in the same order. Higher up should be trained for that and pass it down. Not say idk and just start doing something else. And she had an attitude then the frappe machine stopped working so she offered a latte instead, when I asked if the latte costs less she said ACTUALLY it costs more. Which was a lie. So we ended up waiting much longer, lied to, cheated out of money and treated poorly. read more

Used the kiosk because there was no one at the counter. Ordered coffee and a bottle of water at 8:47. As of 9:08 still do not have it.

This McDonald's is the slowest I have been to in years. Order a hamburger a medium fry and a McFlurry. Waited for over 15 mins at 9 pm. Just sorry for the wait please pull ahead and the car ahead the order was not right and was waiting. Heard that this McDonald's is slow but this is crazy for a hamburger and fry. The people working the drive through where not friendly and seem like they did not want to be there. I am always uncertain about going to McDonald's. However, this McDonald's is the best I have been to yet. They make my order right. Exactly how I would want it. Also, when they mean fast food, they mean fast food. They have taken my order, and within less than ten minutes, I have received my food. They made it right. I went to this McDonald's in the morning to order a caramel frappe. Best caramel frappe I have tasted! Especially from McDonald's. I prefer to go to this McDonald's in West Bend, WI. read more

Terrible mcd's. There is a double drive thru. Many times they have left me on one side, without service, sitting and waiting, while the other side gets multiple service. (Doesn't matter which side u pick, it seems to always happen). They ask how much your order was, but then, they give me the wrong order. I always have to check. Then the food received is terrible quality. Not hot, not fresh, not worth the money. Always a disappointment at this site. I recommend- go some place else! read more

Been to this Mcdonalds location several times and its steadily getting worse. My complaints are as follows: Drive thru service poor. Always having to pull forward and wait for my "COLD" food, Hot Fudge sundays are a mess with a good amount fudge dripping down the sides of the cup. could not handle without wrapping in napkins. 50% of the time the fry box is half full and food is prepared in a sloppy fasion. No pride is being takin. So with that being said I will not be chosing this location again. read more

The McDonalds on Washington Street in West Bend used to be a good one. What happened??? The kids taking your order are rude, they don't say hi, thank you, or goodbye! The place is filthy......the trays are terrible, makes me sick to look at them. There are kids running this place. Tonight I ordered 2 fish meals, when my elderly mother asked if she could have coffee instead of soda the kid behind the counter totally ignored her. We were the only 2 people in the place, at 4:20! The rest of the kids behind the counter were horsing around pulling at each other and they were so loud that the kid taking our order couldn't even hear us. I've complained before about this McDonalds, it got better for a while, but now it's back to being bad. I'd rather go to Culver's. McDonald's could take a lesson from Culver's.
