Every time I order take out or delivery from this location they mess my order up. they only way to make sure you will get the food you want is if you walk in and order. They can't read mobile orders. my burrito was all rice and beans. A tiny scoop of salsa there was no sour cream,guacamole,cheese or queso. Dry af. this is the 5th time in a row it's happened. I don't eat here because of the wait. I DoorDash. Last night I waited for over almost an hour for 1 of 2 pick ups I had. 1) cost me money by waiting for an order when I could have already picked up and drop off orders to other customers. 2) I receive bad ratings that go against me because customer thinks it's my fault for the long wait. 3) customer I drop off to becomes upset due to the wait. 4) DoorDash doesn't pay us for long waits and the customer won't tip for bad service no matter if it's our fault or not. I will just about anything for my customers who use the DoorDash platform. Earlier Taco Bell messed up an order and I told the customer I will make it right and went back to the store with pic of the receipt and I was able to solve the issue and make the customer happy at the same time. Qdoba had only 3 people working behind the counter for Saturday night, that's wild. There should be 1 person completing in store orders, another employee completing online orders, one employee completing the bagging and register, and obviously someone in the back cooking. I do realize how hard the 3 were working and customers seemed pretty chill but this will cost the company. Friday and Saturday at the very least have more than only 3 people working that kitchen. That wait was ridiculous. I will try and avoid taking orders from here unless I know I can get in and out fairly quickly. Culver's is just as busy if not busier and I rarely have to wait more than 5 min to grab my customers order. I'm sorry for writing a bad review but I felt I needed to say something because this wasn't the first time I had to wait and I'm sure the other people working DoorDash were just as upset. Time and money is very valuable to all of us. I want to mention that the two girls behind the counter are very sweet but I think they need a better leader to help guide them through the busy to help them be more successful. I understand they have online orders to fill but they could at least ackowledge your presence while you are there to order in person. I waited in line for 10 minutes before I gave up and left. Took my wife here for lunch today. Usually this place is packed. On this day though, not many people. We both had a burrito bowl with steak because they were out of chicken. First time that's ever happened to us here, but interestingly, the grill behind the counter was loaded with chicken being cooked. None for us though. Something was a miss. My wife and I agreed that the steak was undercooked and tough, and the flavor of this burrito bowl was missing. The Coca-Cola was watered down too, so something was wrong with that as well. It seems like this place has slowly been going downhill. They are more focused on DoorDash customers and will make you wait for those orders to be filled before you get served. Also, no one has time to wipe off the tables and chairs anymore. I don't think we'll be going back anytime soon. Chipotle is right across the street. Perhaps that's the place to go. read more

Food is fresh and the staff is friendly. The inside regarding booths need to be repaired. It seems many seating areas are in bad condition. Tables need to be cleaned in between customers as many needed wiping. The garbage was full but employee was emptying them as we were leaving. Soda area and counter area were sticky. I enjoy Qdoba and will continue to return to this business. I think staff shortness and busy times added to the cleaning concerns I witnessed. read more

Hit or miss honestly. We come here a lot because there aren't a lot of good quick casual spots in town. Half the time it doesn't hit though and it's cold. My boyfriend and I wanted to get an early lunch so we decided to go to Qdoba. they open at 10:30 and we sat there in the parking lot until 11am waiting for them to unlock the doors and they never did. it literally says on the door "open from 10:30-10:00pm every day" but they wouldn't unlock the doors even though you could obviously see employees walking around doing god knows what. they literally saw us walking up to the door to try and open it and no one came to the door to unlock it. this isn't the first time that this has happened either and it's really disappointing. there was also an older couple who stood there by the door and tried calling at least three times and was finally able to get ahold of someone after the third time of trying to call but there were literal employees standing there by the phone watching it ring. highly disappointed. read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 Star. Every time I have gone there whether it been ordering online or going in and getting food they have some how always managed to mess up our orders. I asked for a quesadilla they put hardly any cheese on and and no Queso. Ordered a milk. It was hot, not room temperature HOT. Asked for a side of guacamole I got a giant chunk of avocado. I ordered through a delivery company. When I got my food, I received the wrong soups, and there was no gauc on my burrito. Also I was missing a side of guacamole. And the salsas were wrong with my chips. I ordered at 9:15pm and think they probably put half the stuff away already and half assed my order. Have been ordering from this location since they opened and lately the quality is going way downhill. Won't be back. This is one of my boyfriend and I'd favorite spots to get nachos. We NEVER have an issue but the service tonight was awful. This isn't a review on the food but the service and how the empires handle online orders. I put an order through online at 5:53 for the app to say it'll be ready in 11 min. I sat inside and waited about 30 min and watched people come and go through the line faster than my 11 min order took. If and when it gets as busy as it was this evening maybe change the pick up time because the whole reason behind ordering online is to not have to wait inside. We normally love qdoba even with the price increases lately as long as we recieve edible food! The food that we recieved tonite, NOT!!! It was 35.00 mind u we had 3 quedillas, 2 brownies and chips and queso. The quacamole was so brown and disgusting, I have never seen anything like it ever. Next time we go there ( if we do decide to) I'll be sure to make sure the quac is not brown and disgusting. I will insist on on them stirring it up and or telling me time it was refreshed. Enjoy Qdoba and go there frequently. Their ingredients all taste good and fresh, but the key to their delicious burritos, tacos; etc is their grilled and/or marinated meats. The grilled chicken and shredded beef are tasty, but their pulled pork is really delicious! And Qdoba is consistently good - another key reason I go back frequently. I love the nachos plate with the pork, but all their food is tasty. Also, they have light "Minute Maid Lemonade", which I love. The dining area and bathrooms are clean! Great place to eat, unless your gluten free. Qdoba west bend is a no go for me anymore. The past 3 times i had gone in and asked for a gluten free bowl, the employees began making my food like any other bowl. No glove change after handling tortillas, and using spoons that had touched the tortillas of the customers in front of me. Maybe my taste buds are biased, but I'm just not a huge fan of Qdoba. The food certainly is edible, just not very flavorful. I much prefer Chipotle. However, I must not be too harsh since it is a miracle that West Bend even has a restaurant such as Qdoba. Anyways, my cousin picked me up from the airport and we were both starving. We both knew that we would be having Christmas with the family, and that we would be expected to eat. However, I had no reservations about getting the monstrous burrito, seeing as I never did like my grandma's cooking. At first, we were not even sure if it was open because there was nobody to be seen inside. We tried the door, and it opened. So, we walked in and as we approached the counter, a worker appeared from the back and was in the process of putting his shirt on as arrived. He also looked like he was taking a nap in the back. I even asked him if he just woke up. I ordered a burrito with plain rice (no cilantro), black beans, steak, lettuce, peppers and onions, and hot salsa on the side. The only thing that I can say about it is that the flavor is just not as good as Chipotle. Nearly every component of the burrito is better at Chipotle, except for the hot salsa. I would not say that the salsa is better or worse, it is just different. All in all, Chipotle wins, hands down. No contest. However, given the lack of good food in this area, I may go back. read more

Yum! After reading a prior crazy review on Qdoba I felt I had to respond. Qdoba as a chain is consistant in it's delicious burrittos everytime. I frequent various Qdobas probably about once per week and the Qdoba in West Bend is not unlike any others. It's clean, friendly, and has consistant quality in food. Good food, fast, fresh, but I was surprised at paying $12 for a taco salad and a coke, only because they were pretty skimpy on the ground beef. Not sure if that's the norm, or if it was simply because they ran out and didnt feel like they wanted to stop and get a full pan. It was tasty. There were like 7 people working. It was 3 in the afternoon, only 2 tables in and 1 table outside, yet ALL the other tables were dirty! I ended up sitting at a dirty table since no one seemed to notice my wondering around in search of a clean spot. A little annoyed by that, but food was fresh and it was delicious. I was just in this QDOBA on Paradise in West Bend. I purposely avoid the lunch rush because of the lengthy lines. At 2pm one would think 3 employees behind the counter could facilitate a four person line in under 15 minutes but not with the staff you have in place. I waited 17 minutes to get a chips and guacamole to go. To add to it, the napkins/ forks station was completely depleted and the men's restroom smelt like a Washington county fairgrounds porta-John. Management should be made aware and these issues rectified. I won't be back to this location anytime soon. read more

I love the food at QDOBA however, the West Bend location is the absolute worst location I have ever been to. Recently went there during the evening hours, employees were standing in a circle talking until they decided to finally help us after about 2-3 minutes, the workers seemed rude and not willing to serve us, the employees were on their phones behind the counter in front of other guests, the food was room temp at best by the time we sat down. There was clearly work to be done as half the tables in the restaurant were dirty with garbage but employees still remained on their phones and standing around. Overall, not good vibes at this restaurant. Your customers are paying $9 for subpar small portioned food/service. read more

We like to get to Qdoba about once a month, normally on Double Points Tuesday (earning free food just feels right.) The service at this location is super-duper. The staff will take care of any special requests with your order (like wanting three different salsas in your burrito---yeah, I do this), keep the restaurant clean and do things I wouldn't expect from this type of restaurant--- like checking with patrons about their meals and bringing to-go packages out when you look like you have been defeated by their giant burritos. The food is nothing fancy, but all the veggies I have had here are fresh, the sauces are delicious and the rice, beans and meats have always been yummy. We have also ordered catered meals from this location and have had lots of compliments about the food. They supply you with all of the serving equipment (warming pans, sternos, utensils, plates, napkins, etc.) and will have everything ready when you'd like to pick it up OR they will deliver. Neat-o! Believe me, it is rad to spend the day at a wine festival while Qdoba gets the meal ready for your party that evening. read more

I love Qdoba, but it's not worth it anymore. A few months ago I ordered two nachos for my mother and I. We got one serving of nachos. We asked for the second serving. They charged us for the second serving of chips we ALREADY ordered! (On so many occasions at other locations they tell us if we'd like more chips to ask them and it's free of charge). The cashier then told my mom how much she'd be charged. Then when my mom came up with exact change the woman made a face and told my mom she was wrong and gave a completely different total... This last time my fiance and I went, they ran out of ingredients, was packing up store products, and beginning renovations before the store closed. Which caused me the inability to get food, my fiance was standing around just trying to pay, and the employees were complaining that more customers were coming in when they weren't closed yet.... I AM ENRAGED. Today was free chips and queso day and as soon as I walk in and order I ask the kind man at the beginning of the line if it will be free and he says yes! I finally go to pay the next man (Evan) and he hands me the receipt and charged me for the queso and chips. After the fact, he tells me it's only free if I said something about it, which by the way, in every promo - it is not stated that you must mention the promo. I got a chicken burrito and I loved it!!! I got the 3-cheese queso and it was so delicious. Not as good as Chipotle, but definitely a great meal. The chips were too, but a little too thin for me.
