When going through the drive-thru I normally double check what is in the bag. Today I didn't though as it was the manager himself who handed the bag to me. He even asked if I ordered two McChicken sandwiches. I said no. I ordered a McDouble and fries. He made a show of looking in the bag and said that was actually what was in the bag. I get to work and go to eat my lunch and find no McDouble. There was just a cheeseburger with no condiments on it at all. And this was a MANAGER who gave me the bag. I was treated like absolutely garbage last night by , The manager, drive thru attendant and one of the cooks. I put in my order at the kiosks at 833 and stood there for 7 minutes before I finally asked if anyone was working the counter. I was told that they were busy and that I had to wait. I was told that i wasn't special. At this point i became angry and asked to get a refund and i was told that she was not the manager. I told her to get the manager. I was made to wait another 10 minutes before the manager came out. I handed her the receipt, it fell on the ground and i was told that she wouldn't pick it up. She made me wait while she continued taking orders from everyone else in the restaurant. I then angrily told her I was tired of being ignored. Then the cook came out and told me I was too old to be acting the way I was. Then the manager told me she didn't care if I was the (expletive filled rant) owners son that I'd be made to wait. A half hour later from when I walked in the door she finally refunded my money after asking if I'd like it if she threw it on the floor. I'm curious if you think this is the way a fast food restaurant should be run? I was in there for a half hour, most of which I was "held hostage" by not refining my money. This will not be the only place I complain. I'm absolutely appalled at this level of "service". This company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves that they hire these kind of miserable people. Went through the drive-thru during late night. The girl who took my order behaved like I was wasting her time. I went through the drive thru this morning. I ordered 2 sausage McMuffin with no sausage and a large iced camel macchiato. I had to remind the guy taking the order it was no sausage on the McMuffins. He changed the order and after I got my card and receipt, I saw that reflected on the receipt. Then when I go to next window to get my food, the woman asked me what I ordered. I told her 2 McMuffins with just egg and cheese. She give me the bag and then, hands me the drink with just milk and camel in it. I asked her where the coffee was. She takes it back and said she forgot to put the coffee it. As I'm driving away, I take a bit out of one of the sandwiches and discover that it's just cheese and an English muffin. Just waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and, after confirming they were indeed handing me a Diet Coke, got a regular Coke instead. At 615, during a dinner rush the stoned kid running the second window tells over 5 different cars to pull over as they have apparently not just run out of chicken nuggets, but over 15 minutes later they still didn't have anything ready. Trying to tell them there are 2 different menu items: sausage McMuffin and sausage McMuffin with egg was like trying to beat a dead horse. Then their big sign out front says: "try the donut sticks" guess what??? Right - no donut sticks. Get to the pick up window and see a customer service feedback phone number. Very bad service. Sunday, October 25th, me and my parents stopped by this restaurant to drink pumpkin spice coffee. I don't see my parents often, that's why I would like to sit down with them and have a talk about different things. There was a boy behind a register, I asked for 2 regular coffees with pumpkin spice syrup and 1 coffee decaffeinated with pumpkin spice syrup because my dad sensitive to caffeine, and 1 cream and 1 sugar in each. First of all, the boy had no idea what is decaffeinated means, when I said decaf he got it, then he asked how many creams and sugars I repeat for the second time, he clicked something on the register and confirmed amount of sugars and creams. I repeat for the third time 1 cream in each, and 1 sugar. Finally we paid, and I stood on the side and waited for my order, then I noticed on receipt that all coffees come with 3 creams 3 sugars, I said excuse me, to the cashier, but I specifically repeat three times 1 cream and 1 sugar in each, so he went to the corner and told workers who work there that 1 cream and 1 sugar in each. 5 minutes later one girl brought us our coffees, so I confirmed with her is it pumpkin spice coffee with one cream and one sugar in each? She smiled and said I wish I knew it earlier, no I put 3 creams and 3 sugars in each. My question is why is it so difficult to order a coffee, and why I had to go through so much drama while I just want to drink coffee with my parents? Well, I repeat for the FIFTH time, please make me 2 regular coffees and one decaf with one cream and one sugar in each, 5 minutes later same girl gave us our coffee. Total amount of time I spend on ordering coffee 12 minutes, that's a record, cause I never waited 12 minutes for a coffee. Plus we received a dirty look from the cashier boy, the one who couldn't handle 1 cream and one sugar for 3 coffees. Wow, I know which McDonald's I will be avoiding from now on. read more

Ok, it's a McDonald's, I get that. We were on our way to the cemetary for my Grandfather's unveiling in the sweltering heat. Running early, we opted to drive-thru for drinks. We stopped at the first order station and sat there for a few minutes... nothing. Finally saw the 2nd order station, drove up, same thing. We finally said, "Hello?" and someone came on. We ordered an iced coffee and a sweet tea w/ lemon. Paid, drove up to the next window, and see the 2 girls chatting it up. Finally, they hand me just the iced coffee. Where's the sweet tea, I ask? They are waiting for lemons to be sliced. 5 minutes later, I see the sweet tea through the window but they have clearly forgotten about us. The other girl opens the window to hand us a bag of food (which we didn't order). I said, hello, can we just get our sweet tea? She gave me the most sour look and said, how would I know, I wasn't helping you, handed us the tea and slammed the window. We drove away and realized the tea still had no lemon in it.
