Ok, something's gone awry these last few years and this place is absolutely horrendous. This McDonalds closes at random times. It's listed as closed at 10pm (and 12am for drive thru) - they often close real early with their drive thru blocked off. I've placed a mobile order at 8pm and wasn't able to get it because they were closed. I've lived here for about 6 years and I have absolutely no idea what their hours are. It's McDonalds, so I'm don't expect perfect service. But my god. The service is SLOW. The employees act like you are bothering them. I ordered a McFlurry at a slow time (2:30pm?) and it took about 15 minutes. The staff absolutely do not care at this location (managers included) and it really shows. Sadly, there's much truth to the Yelp reviews. Zero stars Due to its proximity to home, school, extra curriculum activities, and situated perfectly within the corridors of the city where one would have to travel by, this is the ideal location with so much potential to serve its community. After many, many attempts to patron his location and give them the opportunity to turn around the lack of service they render, I will no longer be returning. This morning both drive through lanes were blocked off and drive through was closed, happens very often. I'd usually avoid and keep driving, but today I resorted to going in. When my order was taken there was no one at the front counter. Told the gal I wanted to use my mobile scan for the double points. We proceeded with the order and I paid realizing my app was not scanned. We are frequent visitors of McDonalds because it's the children's favorite place to eat so throughout all our roadtrips and daily activities, the app has been great. When asked if the cashier could re-ring it up, she said there's nothing she can do. The asked her for a manager and she said there's no manager, but someone remarked from behind her from the grill area "You're creating too much work for me....You're wasting my time." There was no one at this point at the counter or in the lobby. Drive trough was closed...She (Maria) ultimately did it while agitated and annoyed, but refuse service to allow me to place another order and told the cashier to not take any orders from me;her way of retaliating. I had hoped to place a larger order the second time around but with their blatant discard and unprofessionalism, I'd rather go elsewhere than spend a dime here at this location. The management here can benefit from retaking classes at Hamburger University to better their insight on McDonald's philosophy and business model, including customer service 101. System said there's an issue so go to counter with an order number. I go to the door, ring the bell, and the young man says there is an issue in the afternoons with the curbside ordering and doesn't know why. He said I would have to go through the drive through. That was why I ordered curbside to avoid the long drive through line! He said he could not give me my one item because it was too much trouble having to find my order. I just left this location for the 3rd time this am. It's the closest to my house and I am very much aware of their flaky ways and mistakes with orders. And so this morning I wasn't heard by the person and I was given a dry ass sausage McMuffin without egg... I wanted egg. So I went back to get it. I told the young person at the window , the manager came and told me I'd have to pay more- that makes sense. I paid it. No one was rude or whatever to me. I apologize for it knowing the woman's name- she's Latina and pretty and She's given me good customer service before. I've not once experienced her being rude- I come here probably once a month. She is straightforward and Speaks regularly. I don't need some fake nice and high pitched voice - regular is more than good. They weren't open until well after 6 am. So I came back. There are 2-3 ppl working there on a Saturday morning and I'd prefer to sit and wait for food then to deal with jerks. So it seems they got rid of some jerks and are looking to hire new ppl while they staff with the few good ones they have. So prepare to wait longer - don't whine about the wait times ppl.
