Came here for breakfast and it was sooo good. They have a breakfast special with 2 pancakes, 2 eggs and your choice of 2 bacon or sausage. AND you can add chocolate chips, blueberries and cranberries to your pancakes or just have it plain. I chose blueberries and the pancakes were perfectly cooked!! Service was awesome, the waitresses were so sweet and kept checking up on us. It just feels very homey in there, and it was probably the best breakfast I've had in a while. Ate here yesterday and saw that apparently you can get the omelettes in a burrito so that's what I was looking forward to. It's open seating and we opted to sit outside, we didn't realize our table (as were all of them) dirty but our waitress noticed and offered to clean to clean it- mind you we were already seated. Another waitress comes by and wipes every bit of crumbs and dirt right onto my lap, irritating. I wiped my lap very obvious and she apologized. My bf ordered a fanta when we were asked about drinks and given about 10 mins to look over the menu. I ordered the Munga Munga (i believe that's the spelling) in burrito form and informed the waitress no feta as I have a dairy allergy. I saw her write it down. My bf again asked for the fanta and she said yes of course. We waited maybe 10-15 mins and out food was out. My bf still didn't have his fanta lol and my burrito came w feta- able to see bc they cut the burrito in half. I noticed right away and they took it back to remake. At this time my bfs fanta comes. Less than 10 mins later I get my refire. This particular omelette was supposed tp have Louisiana hot link sausage but it must've been cut very fine bc I could barely see any meat and there wasn't any flavor to it at all. I added some tobasco and pepper but I'm thinking I should've added salt too. Cool. I ate maybe half of half the burrito and a few bites of hash browns (that also had no flavor) and was ready to go. Less than 4 hrs later I had awful cramps and diarrhea. It's clear they don't take allergies seriously here. My bf ordered chicken fried steak and he said it was delicious tho. This local spot is a soild choice if you are looking for a classic diner meal. They have a large menu and the portions are a good size. The service is very nice and quick. You can get breakfast all day, so that's a plus for me. For breakfast, the omelets are a hit and a large portion too. The main event here is any burger or sando. They are big and very filling and come with fries. There is so much on their menu, so you will always find something new. I had to go to IKEA for storage bins and I was hungry. I saw this place on Yelp and decided to try it out! My birthday last week moved me into the Senior category! So I opted for the French toast, bacon and egg combo. It was under $10! I ordered my eggs poached and they were poached too perfection! The bacon I asked for crispy and it was perfectly crispy. The stellar reviews for this place are well deserved. I brought a friend here for a birthday breakfast, wanting to branch out from the usual west sac diner I go to, and I'm so glad I did! This spot passed my vibe check, especially the patio where you're surrounded by well established plant life, succulents, and Aeonium galore. We were warmly greeted the moment we entered and told to sit wherever we liked. From there the service stayed friendly and attentive. Both of our meals were hearty and delicious, our coffee cups stayed full the entire visit (always a major plus). This was some very good value for money. This omelette was LOADED to the brim! Came with some crispy hash browns, since you have to get hash browns with an omelette. We ordered the patty melt with onion rings and a western burger with french fries. The patty melt was served on a delicious sourdough bread with grilled onions. The meat itself was well prepared, with a spice that may have been a type of curry. This flavor threw me off to a certain degree of the standard patty melt. My husband ordered the West sac burger, which was topped with bacon cheese and barbecue sauce and served with fries that were hot and crispy. My only complaint about their menu is the fact that there are so many delicious-sounding choices. How on Earth does such a small kitchen do so many things so well? :-) Tip: The venue isn't very large, so depending on the time of day you might need to wait a few minutes for a table. That said, the service is quite fast, and the tables usually turn over very quickly. Service is efficient and friendly; it seems like everyone who works here is always smiling. Tiny place, and you may have to wait for a seat, but the food was fantastic. We went there for lunch in a Saturday, and lots of folks were eating breakfast. I had the Dream Hill sandwich and it was fantastic. We also had the chili fries, which were good, but not great. My wife loved her sandwich too, and she liked the chili fires more than I did. A local favorite [West Sac] I had this restaurant bookmarked for sometime now and I finally made it here for lunch before they closed at 3:00p. We happened to be nearby after attending an event in West Sac. Hubby and I each had breakfast for lunch and ordered 2-egg Breakfasts meals (bacon for me and sausage patty for him). It was a nice weather for dining outside, they had an enclosed cute outdoor patio seating adorned with pots and planters, but we opted for indoor dining instead. We proceeded to get in the queue since I thought it was a counter service establishment but an employee came to us and asked if we were dining in and that we could sit wherever there was available seating. Oh okay... Our breakfast meals came in a timely manner. We didn't order anything special but we enjoyed them very much. Very satisfying. We paid at the counter and went on our merry way. Bay hill sandwich! Try this before anything else on Dutch bread with onion rings. Split this with someone, or save half for later, bam that's a good deal! You are welcome, you'll likely never need to try anything else, trust it's that good! Service is okay the servers either get busy or try to leave you in peace, my only critique is I had to announce every time I needed a coffee refill. The location is not the most scenic, granted it's in the more industrial part of west sac.
