Ordering inside has never been a problem. Outside is a whole "nuther" story. I think they put their least experienced people on the window, or maybe it's a punishment assignment. Check this out: After I placed and paid for my order (two ice cream sundaes), the car in front of me was having an issue and was at the pickup window for the better part of 10 minutes. When I finally got to the window, the employee tried to hand me two half-melted sundaes. When I challenged her, she said "the customer in front of you had a problem". I said "why did that become my problem?" I got the deer in the headlights look and asked for new sundaes. She handed them to me as though I had two hands for the sundaes, and a third hand to drive. Best McDonald's around...and I don't even eat fast food. But I was craving a milkshake and some greasy food. Renee provided literally the BEST service. Honestly, the girl should be working at a 5 star restaurant, she's too happy and accommodating for the job she has (no offense). THEN to top it off, Mike N entertained my drunk a** and told me about his passion and enthusiasm for customer service at Mick D's. This guy should be promoted to some sort of company therapist role, he's so sweet and friendly. Honestly, I didn't even eat the 10 bucks worth of gnarly food I ordered because it was pretty gross, but the staff was so awesome that I would recommend 10/10! read more

Poor service plus order gets messed up and go again to get food and they are closed and they are a 24 hour store

Current time now is 10:44PM and i got home from the 24/7 WEYMOUTH MCDONALDS and found out i paid $16.... some change to get 2 Medium Quarter Pounder Meals with Coke and 4 Chocolate Chip Cookies. With ONLY 2 cookies IN THE BAG (FULLY CHARGED ME 4 COOKIES!) And also had to wait 20min which i didn't mind cause its a full line jammed so I'm thinking oh they are making everyones order and they're probably fresh. I DIDNT EVEN TAKE ONE BITE TO KNOW IT WAS OLD!!! I've never SEEN or SMELLED old fast food from them until now and it completely wasn't fresh and the meat looked discolored so thank god i didn't eat it. the fries were completely cold and old as well but somehow 2/4 of the cookies they forgot were fresh. wow. OK this is well known for terrible service and errors but what happened to me last week takes the cake. The morning of 11/10/15 I was out doing an errand with my mother when we decided to stop by here. We ordered couple coffees and breakfast sandwiches and I ordered an oatmeal. Everything was going OK until someone had to make my oatmeal. One Hispanic lady asked a black lady to make it and a loud shouting argument ensues about "you are not my boss" and "don't tell me what to do". The clerk on the register essentially had to break it up and shout for them to stop their arguing in front of the customers. A couple minutes later I finally receive the product but the idiot put so much hot water in that it was much more like soup. Avoid this zoo! read more

This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. For a place that advertises the restaurant and on the highway that they are 24 hours they always seem to be closed at night! 4 out of the last 4 times I've gone here this place was closed for maintenance. And way more often than that the employees just say that they are closed. Not sure if they are actually doing anything or they just don't want to work. However, when this place has been open the service is definitely very slow and the food is cold and tastes like it has been sitting out all day. read more

I like McDonalds overall. Generally the food is consistent and there are some healthy choices. This McDonalds on route 18 in Weymouth is arguably the worst McDs I have ever experienced. Constantly messing up orders at both the drive-through and the counter. When you bring up the mistake to the manager he argues with you about it! Getting an order wrong occasionally is expected. Consistently getting orders wrong and then not making good on the order after the error is brought to management's attention is inexcusable. read more

This is easily and by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life, and I love McDonald's (if I could rate less than one star I would) Im not sure where to begin. The largest and most impressive failure is their remarkable reluctance to give you sauce on any level. I regularly order a 20 piece nugget with one of each sauce, I'm a man of variety. They will not give you that shit, period. I don't care if you are Trump or Obama they will absolutly not give you the sauce you ask for, even if you freely admit you are happy to pay for it, it's not happening, ever. Lest we forget they will look at you like you are deformed when you point out they did not give you what you asked for. This is not a one time occurance, I enjoy McDonald's I go there regularly for my decidedly unhealthy meals. This location has without fail disappointed me every single time. So much so that I joined yelp exclusively to write this one single review. At this point they have posted signs saying you can only get sauce if you order nuggets or strips, in essence if you enjoy sauce with your fries you are not welcome. Going inside will only exacerbate your problem because you MUST order from the kiosk, which is useless. Non of the staff speak English and they absolutly will not help you.
