Which was nice, I refuse to eat in the kid play area because then our kids wont eat... So we ate here & they did great & then we went to play... This was my first time here since child & being in the play area & I was impressed at how clean it was until the little boy running around (he had to be 5-6) squatted down to pee, to which then brought a "Oh No ______ (fill in sisters name here), dont go look at it then it will give us away" From said little boys mother... Who then ushered off her kids real fast to the car as she was cracking up the whole time... As if your kids urine all over the floor while My kids are running around with no shoes on is funny... It wasnt till she was driving away did I actually realize all that had just happened.... Had I been a little more attentive I would have punched her in her face (woosa, woosa).... Ordered a Medium #1 which is a Big Mac. When it came out it was disgusting and soaking wet. I have no idea how. Not a big deal for me just want it replaced. The order taker who's name is Alex, a young guy, mocked my voice over the intercom. I am a gay man and he harassed me for having saying "thank you" slightly effeminately and when I called him out he read my name off my online order and mocked me more. I sat in disbelief asking him if he was truly mocking me and being rude and he said verbatim "you can take this with disrespect". I pulled up to the door walked in and found him and the manager I told him not to mess with people and asked for a refund. I was very upset he thought that that was acceptable behavior and he tried to deny what he had said and said he was talking to a coworker. I told him if he wanted to try to deny it then don't say my mock me and say my name. He also taunted me in a creepy voice and when I averted the drive thru like any sane person would he shouted at me that I am a "dumbass". There's McDonalds all over the world, and the menu is pretty much the same everywhere you go, however, not all McDonalds are created equal as they are mostly independently owned. We've all been to some that have seen better days and are not up to scratch, however, i'm happy to report this one in Weymouth on Rt 18 is not one of those. It has ample parking and a huge indoor kids play area. This place is spotless and the Staff couldn't be friendlier, very refreshing to sit inside and enjoy breakfast. Lets face it, its fast food, but it also needs to be good and hot and i'm happy to report this place checked all the boxes. Had a quick word with the manager, she was delightful, i believe her name was Jameila, although very young she was very professional and had a great handle on her staff and her restaurant, she will go far, i'm sure of it! read more

Reviews are a little harsh. The food is standard McDonald's. Never had an ordered messed up before, employees are all nice. I will say the drive through lines are insane, if you want something quick I'd try the KFC or Burger King down the street. This McDonald's is extremely busy and it takes 15-20 minutes to get through their drive thru. It's less than a mile from multiple apartment complexes and it's right off the highway. Everything was hot and served fast and the dining area was clean and organized, service was good also, what can I say ? It's a McDonald. What can I say other than best McDonald's on the South Shore... and alright, maybe that ain't saying much but this ain't fuckin' Nobu dude. I only come here in the late hours of the night/wee hours of the morning (see: optimal time for McDanks) and I have to say I have never once been disappointed like I am at the other ones in the area... no shots (but total shots at the one in Braintree, turrible). Everything is always piping hot and tasting how it should. Don't have to wait too long unless the college kids are home and you hit a car line spilling out into the entrance of the strip-mall. It has happened on multiple occasions, and it's hysterical. Wanna know what you do in that situation? You wait in that damn line because you're drunk (not driving) and you NEED IT. To start, I was drafting a two star review while I was in the drive through. Then, and the end of the drive through, they lost a star. Here's the story: I pulled up to the drive through and ordered a #12 with Sweet Tea. I was given a total of $7.00. Now, I hate the 6.25% tax as much as anyone, but I can figure that there is not $0.71 worth of tax in it. "That's not what your sign says." I said. "The Sweet Tea is 10 cents more." I was told. I pulled out my Droid and hit the calculator ap really quick. $6.29 + $0.10 + 6.25%. "That's still not right." I said. "Well, it rings up differently when you get a value meal. The Sweet Tea is $1.89, while other drinks are $1.79." "That still doesn't add up," I said, "but whatever." I crept up to the first window (cars ahead) and, with Droid in hand, started my two star review. On my way, I paid my $7. Then, I got to the second window. "I'm sorry, we ran out of Sweet Tea." Hence, the one star. The whole reason that I thought of McDonalds in the first place. I got a refund (after two tries. I first got a refund only on the Tea) and drove to the McD's on Bridge St. who got it right, had Sweet Tea and - guess what - the price was as indicated on the big board! read more

I agree with Tony B on this one. It's a McDonalds where the service is as good or better then most other locations. It's the play area that makes this location really great. There is plenty of space for parents to eat while watching their little ones running around. There is also a large area outside of the play space for people without children to sit and eat (and watch CNN). read more

I came back to this McDonald's hoping the service would be better if I went inside rather than did the drive-thru. It wasn't. This location has self-ordering computers. If you choose dine-in, after you put in your order you can grab a seat and an employee will bring out the food to you. If you self-order and choose the take-out option, I guess you just kind of stand around awkwardly while waiting for your food. They do have a computer screen showing which orders they're fulfilling, but it's only at the pickup station, so it's not very helpful. I'm not sure if the self-ordering is supposed to streamline things, because it seemed very hectic. You do have the option of ordering through a person, but the person who attends the cash register wasn't there half the time. Make sure you take inventory after you get your food, because for the 5-10 mins I was waiting for my food, I saw multiple people come up and say they were missing things. I'm so glad I did, because when I received my order and checked it, I realized they didn't give me the Sriracha Mac sauce I ordered, but instead gave me Sweet and Sour sauce. When I finally got someone's attention, before I could tell them that they gave me the wrong sauce, she said, "I don't have Mac Sauce." This is really annoying, because if they knew they didn't have it, they can tell me and then ask me what sauce I'd prefer instead. But rather, their employee took the lazy way out and just gave me a different sauce and hoped that I wouldn't notice. I told her she should have told me that they didn't have the sauce I wanted. She didn't offer to give me a different sauce and just took the Sweet and Sour sauce away. If you ask me, it seems kind of racist to just replace Sriracha Mac sauce with Sweet and Sour. Just because they're both Asian inspired doesn't mean they're interchangeable. Btw, this McDonald's does not have free kiddy cones with purchase. If they do, it's a mystery to the employees. They will also give you a look like you're trying to scam them when you ask about it. read more
