In the heart of Williamsville this McDonalds does a brisk business. It has ample parking and its own driveway, but you can also get here from the connected parking lot. It's a large location and has plenty of room for all. Near Tops.

We came here after everything being closed shortly after our elopement. My new bride had a hankering for some ice cream. Unfortunately, there was no chocolate mix for her shake. However, McDonald's crew member, ALEXSIS! HANDMADE my wife a chocolate shake. She was very kind and didn't hesitate to put in the extra work to satisfy a customer. AMAZING SERVICE! GREAT TEAM! 100% would recommend. THANK YOU ALEXSIS!

Cut out the middle man and flush it straight down the toilet. Re-edited: Their products are pretty good at this location and they know how to make a good hot juicy greasy breakfast sandwich too (ew, why do I love their breakfast sandwich, ew, ew, ew, I hate myself for this), but they NEVER have milkshakes, they say their shake machine is broken 24 7, and it gets so frustrating so yeah. Losing a star. Edited review: I have to increase this place because other than when that one tall stocky white blonde haired dude is working (HE IS SO RUDE) the employees here are super friendly, the shakes are nice, and the fries are unusually piping hot which I don't expect from Mickey Ds. So I am raising it from a 1 to a 3 for that reason. I come here to pick up food for other people, btw, never for myself. I just eat some of it on the way. Call it a middleman tax. Oh wait. The middleman is in the loo. Original review: I was here today. It was expensive and the server was so unbelievably rude. He practically threw the food at me. Of course it wasn't for me, but I had to rearrange it in the bag because all of the fries had tipped out given the aggressive way he handed it to me. The overpriced vanilla shake hadn't been mixed properly. If I do ever have to go back to McDonalds, and choose to proceed with it instead of avoiding it and dying with dignity and jumping into the Falls, then I will not come to this one.

Blackened egg McMuffin might explain the Slow service!
Dave D.

Ok, I never set foot inside this Golden Arches so perhaps five star quality table service is provided to customers. Maybe, there is a quintet playing uplifting music to inspire great thinkers. But, the drive in experience is ULTRA SLOW even when there are no cars in line. This Mickey D's is the most convenient one to me so I have driven through the line on more than one occasion with each slow experience apparently designed to provide restful moments in my car. Today I hoped for a different experience. No cars in line ... A quick transition with the drive in speaker and the cashier window but then I had to pick up my food. Coffee was waiting (As it should be since my order immediately pops up on kitchen screens once the words are out of my mouth.) but something about the young man's vacant look told me that my food wasn't there (And, it wasn't even though my order wasn't complicated ... Egg McMuffin & Sausage Burrito). Of course he didn't say anything to me ... I watched him go back into the restaurant & waited. And, I waited ... When the food arrived he almost threw the bag at me. No apologies ... No have a good Ronald McDonald Day ... Just a bag. Arriving at my eating location I found the burrito to fit the eh formula (no sauces were offered. Sir, I'd like the hot sauce please.). The Egg McMuffin had a nice blackened edge to the muffin ... That explains the slow delivery because it takes longer for blackened food. Sigh ... Buy local - Eat local - avoid national chains .... I need to remember.

Stale bun with 3 pickles and dry chicken

Edge of chicken was so hard I was afraid my teeth would break and the bun was was stale and crispy and there were no condiments on the sandwich, for $4 my mom and I expected something better, my mom ordered a caramel frappe that had so much sugar I won't even drink it. The only upside was the speed of service. I would rather make a dozen sandwiches than eat another crispy chicken sandwich ever again

Mediocre food, lousy service, dirty, and hasn't been updated since the late 80's/early 90's. Don't do it to yourself... Go elsewhere.

I had specifically made the stop here to grab a quick coffee & a breakfast "sang-which" on my way to run errands; only to find out upon arrival they offer no food here. ONLY COFFEE. Kind of a bummer. Due to busy Main Street in Williamsville and parking difficulties don't know if I would stop back because they don't have any food to sit and enjoy with your coffee. Seemed popular, long lines waiting to be served. Posting an updated menu on Yelp, as coffee shop has no paper menu (to-go menu) and they also do not have a website displaying their menu online for customers to view. That would be a nice update.

It was a Saturday morning and while street parking was plentiful, the line inside was pretty long. That said, the line moved at a reasonable pace and tables seemed to turn over fairly quickly. By the time our coffees were ready, we were able to grab a seat without too much trouble. My mom ordered a black coffee while I opted for one of the seasonal lattes. Both were smooth, well balanced, and what we were hoping for on a cold winter morning! Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the food selection. We were hoping for a light breakfast but options were limited to cookies and a few small pastries. The items that sounded most appealing were already sold out for the day which was a bit of a bummer! This is definitely not a full breakfast spot. Prices were on par with what you'd expect from a craft coffee shop, especially in the Williamsville area. While I enjoyed the coffee, the overall experience on a busy winter morning felt a little too hectic for my liking. All that to say I'd absolutely return, just at an off hour and after having already eaten. Overwinter is popular for a reason, and with better timing on my part, I know it would shine even brighter to me!

The location makes sense as the residents of Williamsville are generally well-educated and worldly enough to appreciate authentic Yemeni cuisine; the same cannot be said for most of Buffalo suburbs, unfortunately, so I'm grateful the Buffalo metro now has one. Ordered the Qamaria latte, traditionally-spiced with cinnamon and cardamom. The spice notes were potent, but not at all overpowering and the beverage remained balanced. Had a chicken malawach as well; flaky and savory, and also well-spiced. It was a bit greasy which was the only regrettable thing about the experience, but not extremely and it didn't compromise the flavor or texture. The dining room itself was clean and elegantly decorated with Arabian and Gulf motifs, and the staff were friendly and helpful when my mother had questions about the menu. (I give any practicing Muslim props for working in food service while fasting during Ramadan.) All and all, grateful they're part of the community; I just hope they don't overexpand and sacrifice quality for quantity like many others.

The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. Now I get to enjoy a little taste of Seven Hearts, and Buffalo, with my morning coffee for a few more days.

Everything was really clean and neat throughout the place. Service- ALL of the staff were wonderful. They greet you, explain all options to you and serve you too!
