My grandson apbirth cerplied for a part time job here in wilmington. He attended wilmington school and was 17 years of age. This so called "mgr" made him jump through hoops to get additional paperwork including permission to work, ETC. He went back three times and brought to this mgr everything she needed. She claimed (the so called mgr) that she would "definitely""" call him back in a week....here it is months LATER.... had a horrible experience. I arrived an hour after they opened and the doors were still locked. when we pulled up to the window no one answered, after a couple minutes a lady finally asks us what we would like. After she took our order we were also like fyi your front doors are locked. she was like yeah we don't open them till 6 and we were like well on the door it's says it opens at 5:00am (it was 6am btw). she the proceeded to say no and walk away after giving us a bunch of attitude about a simple question. read more

At times I wish we could leave negative stars. I used to prefer this location as the orders were always correct and the ice cream machine always functioned. I'm unsure what has gone on here but service is terrible. My last order I got a burger that wasn't wrapped well and in pieces with something like lint or dirt on it. I also just had 3 single loose fries. I asked for redelivery of the meal (minus the drink as I had that and was ok) and they send me a bag with napkins and sweet & sour sauce only! I actually had to argue with the delivery company as they felt a $3 and change refund was acceptable for my order that was missing items and the gross burger. Today I had an accidental Kate start and needed something quick so decided to give them another try. I was delivered the drinks (2 root beer and mocha frappe) but no food! The bag had condiments only. Guess it's time to find a new place when I need the quick fix as these deliveries are far from quick. read more

This McDonald's was good I don't know what happened but I went today to order food and everything was miss ordered in my receipt. I asked for only ketchup on my burgers and it was put as plain and when I got them it was everything on it. Definitely makes sense to me. I asked for sprite and got root beer ordered. Again makes sense. I ordered a hot fudge Sundae with caramel and only got hot fudge. The kicker though I tried to call when I got home the phone number don't work. Great job McDonald's on making my fat day be let's not eat any of it and waste a bunch of money for nothing. Ba da ba ba ba I'm hating your location in Wilmington. I went at 10:30 for a chicken sandwich (lunch was listed as starting at this time on the website). The kid in the drive-thru said they didn't serve lunch until 11. There is a chicken sandwich on a biscuit on the breakfast menu so I ordered that but with a bun instead (since biscuits are disgusting). The kid refused to do a simple accommodation & was completely rude about it & had a bad attitude. So much for trying to make the customer happy. This McDonalds constantly screws up orders especially breakfast sandwiches. I usually order 2 Egg biscuits, no cheese or sausage just egg but 8 out of 10 times, I get the wrong order. I have noticed that it does seem to make a difference on who's working the window. Wait for 20 MINUTES in the drive thru line. 20 MINUTES! This is not fast for a fast food place. Then we realized that the manager was working by himself that night, 01/24/2016. This is the worst McDonalds chain I have ever been to and is an abomination to the franchise and fast food market. The employees are terrible. Not once have I ever gone and not had a problem. One time, I showed up 20 mins before closing and they refused to take my order. I was then told to "leave and never come back" after complaining. They have called me and friends "assholes" before because we used their lot to walk across the street to CVS. The balding manager with the voice of a pre pubescent teenager is responsible for these acts and needs to be fired. They have a kid working their who is disabled and I have seen managers yell at him because he was working slow or not doing something right. Overall terrible environment. read more
