Stopped here for second breakfast on a road trip. I don't usually eat at McDonald's so I was impressed by their updated menu and buildings. We used the bathroom first since my tiny bladder can't survive long trips. The bathroom was clean and stocked. They have automatic soap dispensers, sinks, and dryers. They have the foot handle to open the door, but it is difficult to use. It looks like it was attached upside down. For breakfast, we ordered bacon egg cheese McGriddles and hash browns. McDonald's prices have significantly increased since I was last here. I recommend downloading the app for BOGO coupons. Order at the kiosk or at the counter. The employees are friendly and several seem bilingual. Our order was assembled quickly and was accurate. The items were typical for McDonalds, they do well with consistency. The McDonald's I go to if I'm hungry and nearby. The food is awesome but they do sometimes make a mistake but it's no big deal. The workers are kind and know me great. The design of the inside is very neat. I wouldn't recommend but still a good place. read more

I came to the Trade Mart Blvd location to grab a quick bite. i stopped on drive thru with my code ready. I provided the lady with the code and she tells me its been redeemed. I tried explaining that on my end it states got it and they have the code. the drive thru worker Suli was INCREDIBLY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She continued telling me the code is already redeemed even after I provided a 2nd code. She didnt even try putting in the 2nd code. She proceeded to then go mute and blatantly ignore me as though we were not in the middle of an order. I immediately drove off and came inside. As I was coming inside the store I could overhear how rude she was to the next car too. The saving grace that prevented me from going off was the fact that I was greeted with a warm welcome from a new cashier named Gustavo. He was calm, professional and attentive!! He ran the code and got my order with no issue. I did speak with the manager Christie who assured me miss Suli would spoken to about the incident. i still dont understand why it is ever appropriate to have the most unpleasant people in the business of serving people. McDonalds: fast food or not we still have a responsibility to be kind, respect and most of professional. i hope this message does not go unchecked. I've been to this McDonald's on previous occasions and always had a great experiences experience (customer service, food quality, etc.) until today. The new kiosk system is in better terms the worst invention. I was given no other option to place my order other than through the kiosk - no counter service. I was told by two employees that they would assist me with my ordering process, but then walked away. I walked away as well. I will never return to this McDonald's simply because of those kiosks. They are good for those who want to use them, but it shouldn't be the only method to place an order and take place of ordering at the counter. However, Waffle House thanks you. read more

Our breakfast was your avg McDonalds breakfast sandwiches. Nothing bad about them... BUT THEN: Our meal came out to $11 something we gave $100 bill (we wanted change) and the lady at the window gave us back $78 and some coins.... when we realized it was $10 short we checked the receipt and it said we paid with a $20 bill!!! So sketchy.... still not sure what went on behind that window. But anyway, the guy at the food pickup window was suuuper nice and helped us resolve it and gave us the rest of our change. This McDonald's and only this McDonald's makes a true southern biscuit. Biscuits are large fluffy and consistent, other McDonald's will have a flat dry soaked in oil biscuit. I'm guessing the same person for many years has been making these biscuits, I hope they compensate this employee very well cause the only reason I go or recommend McDonald's is due to the biscuits at peters creek. read more

I'm so disappointed with the horrible customer service. We came inside due to we had a complicated order. We specifically asked for 3doublecheesburgers no bun add Mac sauce and pickles ALL IN ONE PLATE. Didn't happen we also ordered 3 1/4lb patties w cheese ALL ON ONE PLATE. Didn't happen. We were going to sit inside and dine in however when we asked for water cups we were rejected saying we could not have them. I was so furious. We then requested for the order to go. This McDonald's has gone down so badly. The night crew is riddled with attitudinal employees whom are SUPER RUDE and have NO manners. The same crew can be caught in their cell phones which explains why orders are handed out incorrectly. I ordered 5 McFlurries, received less than half a cup of ice cream in each cup, asked them to make them correctly, and was treated like crap. They slammed the sliding drive-thru door in my face, told me to pull forward, made me wait 19 minutes, then brought my order to the car, shoved the order at me and walked off. No napkins, no thank you, nothing. It's been this way for 3 weeks now. The employees at this location feel as if they are privileged and could clearly care less about customer service, let alone getting the orders correct. Then when THEY make a mistake, they make YOU feel as if YOU did something wrong. I hate when customer service sucks AND the food is prepared incorrectly. This location is the worst in Winston-Salem. It's extremely terrible. The evening managers will even argue with you when they are absolutely wrong about an order. No one at Baptist wants to even solicit this business, if we don't have to. I totally understand why it's necessary to use extra gas money to drive down to Chick-Fil-A for exceptional service because this poorly managed establishment is reflected in their horrible employees giving terrible service. They need training or another job. Do better, McDonalds. Hire better, McDonalds. Don't just hire ANYBODY like you've just done, McDonalds. read more

I'm done with McDonalds! I ordered about 5 sandwiches and a couple of fries to take home after a work day at this location. I found that a Big Mac was left out of the bag when I arrived home. I called back and was told by a female manager to drive back there and they would be happy to give it to me. It's about 15 minutes back to this location. I instead asked for my money back when I assume, she hung up on me. I filed a complaint. read more

Yo! This place is on point. Nuggets flowing down a sweet and sour river into my mouth. Coke fountains that shoot to the skies. I want to get married here and have them throw French fries at us when we leave to go on our honeymoon,( which will be to one of those 2 story McDonald's in Florida where they serve Paninis and spaghetti). The service is too good. They all speak English, even though I know it's not their first language, which is great because I don't speak any other language but!! When I ask for an extra sauce they don't get all pissy, they throw it in the bag no questions asked. One girl there is kind of hot, I'd ask her out, but I can only afford a date to....you guessed it, Wendy's. and I know this girl is loyal to her career. She ain't about to cheat on her co workers with some ginger pigtailed burger slinging hussy. To summarize, I eat here a lot. I can feel my arteries clog with every 20 piece I order.
