I must say off the bat that I love their sandwiches. Fresh bread made in house, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, etc. The bread makes the sandwich that much better. I get the regular 8" and that's enough for a meal. The giant can probably be split with another person. The new sides like the potato or cucumber are also great and are pre made in small half cup containers. Service use to be freaky quick but it has slowed down tremendously. In their defense it appears that they are getting a lot of on line orders that are setting them behind. Today was about a 15 minute wait, with two cars ahead of me. You can tell they were overwhelmed and confused with all the tickets coming in. I also ordered mine about 10 minutes edite I got there. They definitely need to address this issue. Employees were friendly and attentive, just overwhelmed with 3 people working. I will still keep coming for the signature sandwiches, and you can get them roasted now. I frequent this Jimmy John's as it is near my home. On each visit, they are as described: freaky fast. But they are more fast than freaky, for sure. I have had nothing but experiences, and I love getting the day-old bread to use for sandwiches at my house or for soups, crotons, and other applications. I also appreciate that now they will toast your sub I typically get cold subs, but occasionally it is nice to get a warm sandwich. Also, if you love a crunchy chip, treat yourself to their brand of chips, they are kettle cooked, full of crunch and flavor, salt and vinegar are the best! I truly enjoy indulging in a #3 with light onions, no tomatoes, light mayo, extra tuna. It has become my guilty pleasure every six months or so. The umami of the soy sauce in the tuna salad keeps brining me back, despite my sway toward a plant-based diet. I also crave the combination of Jimmy John's delicious fresh-baked bread (hollowed out to reduce my carbs), a bag of yummy "Thinny Chips," and a scrumptious Oatmeal Cookie for later or the next day. The awesome and "scary fast" customer service is a delight, and I have never been in a franchise that I didn't feel at home in. I love this place! It's always clean and a fun vibe all-around. I stopped in to pick up some sandwiches for the family after church. The inside of the restaurant seemed pretty tidy. They weren't too busy right at noon. There were two people right at the register waiting, and they were nice. I ordered four sandwiches. Jimmy John's subs are pretty good. They have the right kind of bread, which helps a lot. I ordered an Spicy italian club unwich, which is basically any of the subs wrapped in lettuce instead of bread. Bread is bulky, but an unwich doesn't feel like any less of a meal. I will say, they must have a hard time getting bigger pieces of lettuce to wrap because the iceberg wrapping was one layer and pretty full of holes. Romaine would be better. It was wrapped tight in paper, which is how they maintain the unwich structure without the bread. Good stuff anyway, just messier than one would expect. read more

The staff was very patient & Z took really good care of me as I placed an order for a handful of my coworkers. I thought for sure that I was an annoying customer, but I was treated very respectfully, with kindness and patience. Jimmy John's has always been a level above Subway in my opinion. But never more so than these days. As Subway has declined in its quality Jimmy Johns has maintained its standards in quality. The service at this Jimmy Johns has always been high level every time I have dined over the last four years. The service is fast and friendly. The restrooms were well stocked and clean. People there are very nice. I used to order often, and usually the same sandwich. This makes the 3rd time in the recent past I've ordered the beach club and have not gotten any avocado spread. I never change or modify the order, I guess it just depends on who makes it for me. Usually I pick up my order through the drive through. The last time I ordered online with delivery, I asked for my order to be delivered in a certain timeframe ( you can choose that on the app). They brought my order 45 minutes before they should've, so my sandwich was very soggy and my soft drink was very watered down. I won't be going back again any time in the near future. read more

This is my go to Jimmy John's. It's convenient to my house and has a drive through. I have eaten here many times and never had a bad experience. Today I ate inside and ordered a Billy Club. The sandwich was ready before my card cleared the payment. The sandwich was perfect and piled high with meat, just like I like it. I have never tried the delivery so I cannot comment on that. All I can say is as far as any other JJ's I have been to, this one is just as good as they get. read more

The food is tasty, but... I ordered 2 sandwiches; a number 9 (big Italian) and a number 3 (tuna salad). I received two number 9s. They corrected that and made me my tuna sub. The sandwich was made such that 80% of the tuna salad was on one half and the other half nearly void of it. As I pulled up, stomach growling, i was excited to order 2 sandwiches and two bags of chips. i pulled up to the window, paid, and checked my bag. to my astonishment, i was missing my bag of jalapeño chips. i politely asked the lady where my chips were. she then looked at me and said "you're barbecue chips are there." i told her that i had also ordered jalapeño chips. she then said "you did not order jalapeño chips." i then asked her to get the chips i had specifically ordered. she then asked for my card again and i got my chips. i was at a loss of words that an employee would argue with a costumer. what has this world come to. read more

Customer service was good. Bread was not as good as other Jimmy Johns. Disappointed was really craving a good sandwich.

Worst Jimmy John's in Winston. Our order has been incorrect two times now. Both incorrect orders took place at the drive through, and weren't discovered until we returned home to eat. Our sandwiches were prepared incorrectly. For example one sandwich only had bacon, lettuce, and tomato (missing turkey and cheese) was ordered correctly, and was correct on receipt. We called to report the error, but the solution didn't favor the customer. read more

I have given this location more than 1 try since it is so close to home. Each time I find myself picking off the meat because it's just horrible. Smells and tastes like it's old and has been sitting out for days. Love jimmy johns but this has turned me off for a long, long time. read more
