This is the absolute WORST mc donald's location i've ever been to. once again, embarrassing im even having to say that, but after a long day a quick meal before going home sounded nice. and ive been to this location multiple times because its the closest, and every time the food is either undercooked, overcooked or is missing items. tonight around 9pm or so, my husband and i stopped by before going home. ordered a big mac meal & a DOUBLE quarter pounder meal. had to wait in the parking lot for over 10 mins, just to get our food and the fries are ROCK HARD.. big mac had little to no mac sauce. i ended up throwing it away because it looked so sloppy and disgusting and DRY. husband didn't get his DOUBLE qtr pounder they gave him a single. i don't understand why they don't just shut this disgusting store down, seems like they turned off their google reviews or something because i wasn't able to review on there. If you want fast food, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! they do not give a rats ass what they are handing the customers. seems like they also changed out the whole crew recently, bunch of rude kids. This store is atrocious. The only time I've gotten good, friendly service was during breakfast. Any other time I've gone in or drive-thru the employees are mostly blah at best. On top of that, they always screw up our orders. I can't remember the last time I went or ordered from this location and gotten all of my items. Again, breakfast crew is usually very good. Otherwise, the rest are just flat out terrible. read more

Our order was a mobile order placed on the app around 8pm on a Sunday, my husband went to pick it up and was waiting forever parked outside. Finally got home with our food and it was all cold like it was sitting out for a long time. We were missing our 2 large fries, our sauce, and we only got one kids toy when we got 2 happy meals. My husband went back right away to tell someone and he said someone apologized about the food being cold but didn't offer anything, they said they would give my husband the two large fries we were missing but he continued to wait inside for 15 minutes before he finally asked the same girl again for the two large fries and she gave them to him. All the employees were also cursing and complaining loud enough for customers to hear , and there were multiple orders sitting on the counter to be brought outside and nobody was brining them out. That's probably why our food was cold. We aren't coming back to this McDonalds. We live so close but would rather drive far to get better food and service! read more

The absolute slowest and poorest service in Polk County. It was 8:00 p.m. When I arrived. I pulled into the curb pick up and placed my order. At 8:23 I went into the store to see what was going on. I ran into a friend who was bringing her meal back in because her hamburger meat was not a complete hamburger. Plus the bun of her fish sandwich was hard. I got mine, the bun was ripped. Wow! This place has some terrible reviews! I would have to guess that it's been remodeled and has new management. My first encounter with the self serve kiosks - this things are very fast and responsive. Apparently if you use them, your order even gets bumped in front of the people in regular line. We sat at a really cool table that had lights built in - they changed with time and pressure from different weighted articles - very cool! There were three built in game screens/tablets fro kids to play. My experience here was good - it's updated, clean and the food was tasty - maybe it's just their drive thru??? read more

Horrible place to eat if I could give this place a 0 star I would. It took them 20 minutes to give me my egg mcmuffin.And the whole time they were "preparing" it they were taking their time and chit chatting like people don't have places to go. NEVER eat here. And of course there food tasted HORRIBLE and one of the worst things I have ever put in my mouth. If you do decide to go here don't expect to have decently good food because if you are this place isn't place to go there food is horrid and worst of all there was a hair in my food but what can you expect for such a trashy place like this I will NEVER eat here again the bathroom was very dirty and Disgusting and I can not believe this place is still in business! read more

Worst McDonalds! I don't go to McDonalds often, but have been enough to know how the food should taste. Fries were undercooked and barely warm. Burgers were not warm and buns were dried up like they had been sitting for hours. Waited in the drive thru 15 minutes because the cashier at the pay window was less than qualified to take orders and count change. Based on all the other reviews, I guess they weren't just having an 'off' day. Apparently this low quality food and customer service is standard for this location. read more

They're lucky that I have no choice but to give them a 1. I have never had horrible service like tonight. I went through the drive thru, #1 I changed an order and ended up being charged for 2 meals instead of 1. #2 the fries were hard and stone cold. Which whatever it is what it is right. What made tonight different is I have spent the last 36 hours in the hospital with my son, I've gotten about 3 hours of cat naps. When I go to get my food I see one of the girls look at me, then to her coworker and holds 2 fingers to her lips insinuating that I am high! I hate to give a poor review to a fast food restaurant. Working a drive thru and having to deal with frustrated customers, esp in a stressful environment, is my idea of torture. So, I always go out of my way to be understanding and kind to drive thru workers. I know their job isn't easy and that mistakes happen sometimes. No big deal. However, the customer service at this McDonald's has consistently been poor. My family members have had similar experiences as well. I'll only speak of my last visit though. When I pulled up, there were no other cars in the drive thru. I sat at the speaker for about 2-3 minutes and nothing was said. I did the little cough that means , "Hey I'm here, but I don't know how to get your attention and I don't want to make this awkward." I eventually just spoke up and said I was ready and then someone responded. For the next few minutes, I repeated my 4 items about four different times, and each time it showed up on the screen as something different. Sometimes an item would show up almost correct, but slightly off. Like the nice personalized stationary set my aunt got me for graduation that had my name spelled wrong on it. She tried. It was close. But, it wasn't correct. Mind you, I was understanding and patient throughout this whole process, not showing any frustration to the girl taking the order. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe the speaker is bad? Maybe this is one of those dreams where you're trying to talk and you can only coo like a pigeon? After a few exchanges, she suggested options that I didn't know existed at McDonald's. A meal pack? This poor girl. What is she hearing me say right now? I just want a number 1. I'm not ready for meal packs yet. I need to sit down and sort out finances before I commit to this meal package you speak of. Finally she stopped responding and I sat in silence while cars in the other drive thru lane went by. I decided to pull to the window to get the order straightened out. This was apparently not the thing to do. I was treated like a nuisance. I felt like Jack Dawson when he dined in first class on the Titanic. I may as well have been eating a roll with my mouth open and talking about the rats in steerage. I finally got my order and low and behold, no fries. I circled around and got back in the now-long line to get it straightened out. I would have gone in, but I had a puppy in the car who I discovered gets car sick and projectile vomits when you circle a building 3 times. I get to the window and am asked if I actually ordered the fries or forgot to order them..... Oh man. I ordered a gratuitous amount of fries. My dog thinks her name is fries because I repeated it so many times that trip. This girl was cool about it though. She very quickly and graciously gave me the fries and all was well. It wasn't until the drive home that I discover that the fry containers were only about halfway filled. This location is perfect for a McDonalds because there aren't any other drive thrus around the area. And personally, I can't remember the last time I've ever had any type of mishap at a McD's. There are some employees here that are truly wonderful and I know this review isn't a reflection of their efforts. But sadly, the majority of employees I've encountered here have been consistently unprofessional or incompetent. read more

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever eaten at. Sad story I keep giving them the benifit of the doubt, since this is the closest fast-food near me, but every time really. I order coke and they give you Dr.pepper. you purposely ask at the drive thru if they added a certain item and they reassure you they do, just to find out nope they didn't. Then when you call back to complain about fries that are so old and hard they literally brake your gums, the manager doesn't even apologize, just ask you to come back for more food. I don't call for free food, I call so you guys can finally get things together. Never will I EVER spend money at this location. I will take the extra time to spend money else where. read more

Drive through can take up to 30 minutes. It's deceiving because there does not even have to be many cars in the line for it to take that long. I think the food is fine my husband thinks it is below McDonald's standards.i just can't get over the consistent experience in the drive through .....i here now , it was backed up 1 past the speaker and have been in like for 12 minutes. Guess I keep hoping the owner gets wind of it and it changes. Our options are limited here. read more
