My kids love to go to Fluffy's because each kids meal comes with a free ice cream. Several flavors to choose from and they give enough for the family to share. The fluffy burger is amazing!! The staff is really kind and efficient unless the place is packed. You may have to wait for your food a bit since the chef tends to get overwhelmed at times. I ran into this little diner by chance and was quite surprised with the quality of the food. It's a neat diner/ice cream shop. I ordered the Harley burger and 6 wings. The burger was fresh and not a frozen patty and it comes with coleslaw and your choice of fries or tater tots. The wings were delicious with the house made buffalo sauce and cooked perfectly. Service was great and fast. They also have ice cream so I tried the only sugar free option, Mississippi Mud which had three types of chocolate. A great spot to check out if you're in town. read more

It's a quiet place on the corner of a strip mall in WH. The food was fantastic w breakfast served all day! My kids had HUGE fluffy pancakes, scrambled eggs, & bacon, the syrup & butter served in plenty. My mom had the grilled ckn sandwich w tater tots & I had the jumbo ckn wings w garlic/parm seasoning & ff. The condiments are on the table, so no need to bug your server. The food was delicious and very healthy servings. We also indulged in the ice cream flavors, some in waffle cones, & the others in cake cones, all creamy creations w a variety for all. Breakfast was good, went back for lunch, not so good. My husband got the hamburger that had no flavor. I got, I think, Lazy burger that was on marbled rye, with grilled onions and Swiss cheese. Grand opening! We are always looking for a new breakfast place because me and my husband do breakfast every weekend. We have a few regular places we go to but decided to give this place a chance. Eggs were raw, literally gel coming out of the partially cooked whites. And the waitress tried to tell us that is normal for over easy. When I said no it's not she tried to tell me it is that is why she orders hers over medium. I put below so everyone knows the egg whites are always cooked completely, the only difference in easy, medium and hard is the yolk! Next, my husband ordered biscuit and gravy and the gravy was cold. They took the plates back and tried redoing it but was definitely not impressed with it. The manager to comp the entire meal but still raw eggs is asking for salmonella! I love diners, wanted to love Fluffy's. Drove 20 miles to try it. Went late morning, most finishing breakfast, the restaurant a little under half full. One server working the floor, socializing with regulars. No greeting, no seating offered, no menu given. I sat myself, found a menu on the table. Didn't know they do breakfast all day, nor see a breakfast menu. Did get a water. Think staff needs to know some of us are new, a happy, friendly, welcoming staff was missing. Not finding anything exciting on the menu I asked about specials, chose the meatloaf, more expensive than the menu items, $15. Wouldn't have known there were specials, the board isn't visible. The place doubles as an ice cream shop. The place was clean, passing burgers looked good. The meatloaf was loose, not holding together as slices. Tho it had a red "top" it also was covered in too salty brown gravy. The squash, zucc veggie was garlic buttered. The roll, served butter-free was undercooked. The room had no staff in it for 15 minutes of my visit-wonder if they all took lunch in the back? Never got a drink refill. Pretty much a one and done for me with the high-priced "meh" tasting lunch. read more

I've been to Fluffy's a couple of times now, and I wouldn't consider it a favorite, but convenient and a comfort food. I've had both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast for the value is ok but there are other breakfast locations, some cheaper, with more taste to the food. As for the burger I had, it was a menu order double patty with cheese. Again, it was a lot of meat and tasted alright but nothing I would drive a distance for. If you're nearby, you may give it a try, and you might find something you like. read more

Fluffies is a well run diner that offers breakfast all day and a set of home cooked daily specials, in addition to their regular sandwiches and salads. I was impressed with the light breading on their fried green tomatoes and the large portion. My husband enjoyed their burger. And then there are all of the ice cream offerings. The owner/manager has been present all three times that we visited. This place is extremely clean and the food is very fresh. The waitresses are friendly and orders come out in a reasonable amount of time. It's a fun place to meet up with friends, or to take kids for a treat, or to have that rare date night. read more

It was tasty and I liked that you could get it grilled or fried. My friend had the burger which she enjoyed. She said the tater tots were the best. I had a hot fudge sundae with coffee ice cream. Have seen this place on social media and thought I'd try it today. It is located in a strip mall but when you walk in it's a spotless and welcoming diner atmosphere. We were seated immediately and the server was warm and friendly. They offer breakfast and lunch all day. The eggs were perfectly cooked, simple average hash browns but good, sausage links were delicious, pancakes were light, fluffy and tasty. We also sampled the western omelette. It was chock full of ham, peppers, onions and cheese. Coffee was good too and they keep refilling when you want and the server was vigilant. The prices are a great value too. We also took home chicken wings that were delicious. Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing were included. Everything was very fresh! They even have ice cream with lots of flavors to choose from but it was too early for ice cream for us. What a treat! Such a cool little place for a very quick meal and tasting of a variety of real home made ice cream. Flavors change regularly, but you get to taste each. Customer service was okay, however I hardly ate my breakfast and was not even asked if there was a problem with the food. The bacon was very well done, very brittle. The home fries were very greasy as was the biscuit which was burnt. The scrambled eggs were okay, but not quite cooked enough. Heard great reviews and wanted to check it out. The dinners I saw online we're not on the menu, but hand written on an index card with no description. We ordered smothered chicken and teriyaki salmon. My husband received his soup after 15 minutes and I continued to wait another 15 minutes for my salad. Great food, however the waitress came immediately and took our drink orders and brought the drinks, then proceeded to stand behind ice cream stand and talk to the ice cream girl for about 10 minutes. She then came to our table and asked did I take your order, NO you did not. In this time about three other tables came in after us and placed their order while our girl was hugging and talking to the girl doing the icecream, they received their order about the time ours was even placed. Have been there multiple times and service and food has always been excellent. But this girl seemed to want to talk and not wait on the table. To my knowledge it looked like she only had one other table as I was watching where she went. The other waitresses were working like crazy. Tonight 2/15/24, me and my family went to Flufffy's for the first time. It was absolutely delicious. We were so impressed. The service from Mazzy was amazing. She was super sweet and very attentive.
