I have attempted to give this location a chance time and time again. The food is always cold & disgusting looking. This is the closest location to me but I rather not anymore. Or they will mess up your order. I.E. I order a SEC biscuit & got every other type of sandwich 3 times. Mind you I ordered through the drive thru but even when I went inside the cashier still kept giving me the wrong order while developing an attitude. Another time I ordered a whopper with cheese & bacon. I had to go inside because the cashier did not know how to ring the item up and overcharged me. The floors are always sticky (usually in the front by the counters). People are people, current workers will be nice on one visit & then have an attitude the next. I am no longer coming to this location I rather go 5 miles further or not go to any at all. read more

Whopper looked a little sad but bacon king looked excellent. Bacon was done good! Ice machine broke down but they warned us beforehand. They said the drink would be warm but it wasnt that bad. One of the staff was friendly while others were quiet. Fries were pretty good. They werent busy so it didnt take long. Overall a decent burger king experience. read more

We started eating at this Burger King for the 5.00 promo. The entire place is clean. We checked. The dining area is well lit and the floors are clean and not sticky. The food is prepared nice we get what we ordered. The staff is friendly and helpful. If I have to nitpic I have to say the place was cold last night 71 in December is to cold. We go v and so good.! Today I made a order through Ubereats and everything else about my order was fine. The only thing is that I asked if the delivery driver if she can please tell them no ice and they got rude towards her and told her, that they weren't going to change the drinks. Always polite and friendly and I've never had a bad meal here. While the location is a little annoying to get in an out of due to its proximity to an intersection and the store is a little slow, the employees are always super friendly and helpful. They had to bring my food out, not sure why they couldn't use the window, there was no line, but it didn't bother me. When the employee brought my food out a wasp was flying into my car and she went above and beyond to smack it off the window frame to keep it from flying in. Just when you thought fast food couldn't get any worse, along came this "Burger Sling..." The food here is disgusting-wilted lettuce, tomatoes falling apart, soggy bun, and half-cooked meat, on my Whopper. Whatever happened to having it your way? The counter servers had knotted hair with strands hanging down over the food on trays, touching their hair and faces without washing their hands afterwards...then handling food. A mop, in a bucket full of dirty water was in the corner of the prep area, and servers had to have my order repeated twice and still didn't get it right. I know that it's hard to find good help these days but the management needs to close this place down until they can find people that can read and speak without sounding like they have a mouth full of oatmeal, can smile and greet customers without looking like you just interrupted their getting paid without having to work, and people that have a grasp of the concept of cross-contamination. This Burger King was remodeled in 2018 and is very nice inside. On several trips to this location the employees have always been nice to me, my order has always been correct, and the food tastes like it is always made fresh instead of being made in advance and then warmed up in a microwave. Also another reviewer mentioned that it is not crowded here. I agree as I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes at the drive thru or inside. I give credit for that to the efficiency of the employees at this location for keeping the line moving. So if you are in a hurry this is a great place to go read more

So it's still during the Wuchan Virus. We stopped by the nearest BK for a quick lunch. The wait wasn't too bad. We waited at the drive up order stop to place our order. Yet minutes waiting for the employee to take out order. The young lady taking the drive up order was pleasant. And then.... another 5 minutes waiting for the food at the pick up window. That's where we noticed the issue. The employees at the pickup window were completely messed up. The order was a complete surprise to the ID10 handing out the food. She asked what we ordered. We repeated back what we ordered. She determined that the drink included in the coupon special wasn't on order. Sooo... She gratuitously "gave" us the drink. When a drove out the very busy driveway we discovered that she also omitted the fries. The entire order was cold. Hadn't been hot for some time. Nope , not this BK ever again. read more

I go to this location and usually have minor or no problems (minor like no napkins, no straws etc, I'm not too harsh) but today, there were bigger problems. I have a love/hate relationship with this Burger King. I hate the area where it is located. It is located too close to a major intersection 17 & Cypress Gardens Blvd, and it makes it difficult to get in and out of during heavy traffic periods. There is a back entrance off of 17, that helps a bit, but, it can still be a pain. The employees are always friendly at this location, the manager not so much, I have on multiple occasions cringed as one of the managers gave the employees a "tongue lashing" right in front of me. The manager is a bit grumpy but, not so much as to appear rude. The food is always well cooked, but, not overdone, as I have experienced at other B.K. locations. The menu is pretty much the same fare as is available at any other B.K. The restaurant is very clean, with a fantastic interior design featuring stone work and good accent lighting, that gives the feeling you are dining on steak in a fine dining establishment, rather than $1.99 10pc chicken nuggets, which are fantastic by the way.
