We love living in the low country and enjoy all the local bounty, but we still get serious cravings for some Chicago favorites as I was born and raised there. Even after decades of living in other states, most of the food we miss is from the Windy City. Imagine our surprise, when we found out the gracious owners of this food truck are from the Chicago area and their menu is peppered with some of our absolute favorites - Italian beef and a loaded Chi town hot dog! The smash burgers are ridiculously good. If you think Beedos has the beef, think again. The patties here are expertly cooked, with just the right amount of crispy edges, and juicy meat. Probably one of our top 3 burgers of all time. The menu also offers up patty melts, chili, a Reuben, chicken ( wraps, tenders & a quesadillas), sides like crinkle cuts, onion rings, coleslaw and mozzarella sticks.
